Err...Download help(please read)

Err... I realize this question comes up a lot but when I try to download its just this internet player. I right click and I get ~About Quicktime player ~Plug in settings ~Connection speed ~Quicktime language How exactly do i download it to my computer? Any help? Thanks! ^__^ ??  |
