Lately i have been think about a possibility to make a robotic artificial limbs. But i know that it's veru difficult. Well this what i think : Basically all information that send in human nerves is in a form of electric transmission. well i just think is it possible to use that information to move an artificial limb made from machine. I know it's almost imposible to connect all human nerves to the electric circuit. Please tell me your idea or anything related to this. ![]() ![]() |

That's already been partially done; I can't remember when/where it was on, or even what it was largely about, but a man could move a mouse cursor on his computer using his brain. I was like O_O Unfortunately, I'm a little busy right now, so I can't google it T.T |

| NASA has already created a robot with arms that surpass the dexterity and precision of a human hand. I saw a discovery channel thing on it. t was really cool looking. I think you would also have to get the limb on the person as quickly as possible. I was watching a film in Bio of Behavior about how a man with a missing hand could feel the hand again when you touched his face. Supposedly it was because the "mental map" of the face and hand are located next to each other in the brain and because there was no hand, the face portion moved into the stimulus-hungry hand area. MMM...gatorade... |
