Hey the new Tales of Lagendia english version of the "Tales of..." series has been release...i've started playing it and its great...what do u all think of this game...give your reviews here!!  |

I just completed the game yesterday....i'm now starting the character quests! Just like every "Tales" game the battle system is a blast to play.....2D version of the Real-time battles of the Star Ocean series. The story is emotional & not too cliche (not that boy & party saving the world isn't cliche enough)....there are some very sad moments & a few d***hs of likable characters. The voice acting is surprisingly well done (in my opinion) lots of chatter back & forth some are hilarious (god bless Norma!)....the music suits the game well but i must say the english version of the end song originally done by "Do as Infinity" is well....not as good...that's all i'm gonna say.  |

A few weeks ago, Xaria gave me the game at school and I played it straight when I got home (even though I was in the middle of Kingdom Hearts AND Star Ocean Three) I only played it for like an hour and so far I didn't get such a great impression. To me the characters seem pretty annoying. First of all The main character Senel seems too self-centered and overly possesive of Shirley. The only thing I like about him is that he does not have a SWORD. X.x; And now Shirley. I never liked a main female with blonde hair. Its just me but I dunno. Or if they have too much pink >.>; Anyway I dont understand how she can even surivive in this world if sea water AND sea air make her really sick. Isn't the whole world almost all sea? And she's on some kind of ship through out the game so she would be in contact with sea air alot. So far to me, the graphics seems alittle too bright and cutesy for me. Also the voices peeve me abit X.x; but thats english voice acting for you. But don't get me wrong. I havent played very much of the game so you dont have to shoot me down for what I said. Who knows once I finish Kingdom Hearts and Star Ocean three I'll pick up Legendia and once I play it maybe my attitude towards it will change >.>; I might fall head over heals for it and become overly obsessed with it. You never know with me ^^; >.> |

Uhh, it seems this thread had been here for long time, nevermind..what just im about to say here is, the game are more fun if you continue to play after finished it chapter( i mean quest chapter is best)..No, I mean the quest chapter are better than the game chapter it self... the story about will and his daughter harriet.... the story about wilma and her everlight.. the story about valen family and stingle...moses and galf..and all other character..include grune..hah..she funny though.. \O/ damn there are lot more and monster are tougher than ever...why would namco put all of this after the credits roll?..I almost miss to go on the quest series, because I think its almost over.. but I wrong..I love its storyline and enjoy while playing quest mode(even there were anime scene too..what a waste if I just leave the game right after I fight the final boss)..well, I prefer the RPG game with good storyline/plot even the game play not that good..Compare to Star Ocean 3, the gameplay are good but with storyline like that its totally screwed up the whole game..(after all what been through and the heroes actually a character from virtual game?..Duh~ stupid storyline..better make the hero just had a nightmare..)  |

Yes^^ it was great.. same as my fav tales of phantasia.. i would like to play other Tales game.. when will they release on english version? the story is quite interesting & the graphic has improve but i still like the Phantasia storyline.. i like the most is that it has add a voice system, so it get more interesting^^ |

I love this game. The characters are awesome, especially the storyline. I like this better than tales of the abyss, although abyss' gameplay is better imo. I like moses, shirley and stella <3 <3 <3  |
