Converting ogg files... possible?
Link | by night_link on 2006-02-08 10:09:31
I have a soundtrack that all the files are in ogg format. It's no real problem for me because I have a player. My question is, is it possible to convert them to mp3 format? Because some of the tracks on the soundtrack are ones requested here. Thanks.

OR! You can download a music player called Quintessential Player and then that has an encoder. You just need to get an mp3 encoder plugin (L.A.M.E).

PLAYER

ENCODER PLUG-IN

Can't figure it out... then... reply with question... else... reply that you got it figured out.

I've got a similar question, but it's a little more complicated. Does anyone know where I can get a converter for OGM (ogg vorbis VIDEO) from? Anything that can convert it from OGM into DivX, Vob, or even WMV would be helpful. Thanks!

@h4xor_dude: This is a rather round about way to conver it, but using this program you can convert them to a dvd file system, where dvd decrypter and auto gk can take over.

@13: For your OGG files, dBpowerAMP Music Converter will be your best friend. It goes beyond most other programs by integrating into windows to give you extra converting commands in the right click menu in windows.
