upto this moment all spectators are clueless. if you're also sick and tired of the filler eps (just like most of them, cause i'm not), which are rumored to end by march in japan, just think of the surely nice episodes after all of these. they're just putting us into a test. have patience.  |

And that is why I'd prefer Bleach over Naruto. Only a tiny amount of fillers and (currently) 1/3 the episodes. But my opinion might change if I actually watch Naruto... ^_^; *moves to anime*  |

Rumor has it that they're trying to make it like 1000 eps, but its a rumor and we all know how reliable thoses are. Oh and yea Bleach rocks even thought there were like 2 filler eps so far.  |

| the most recent sub that i saw was number 162 or 163 think but it's only kind of like the part where the original plot thickens so to speak. maybe it might even be like detective conan which has over 400 episodes and i don't really see any signs of shinichi growing back to his normal size yet. XP |

| most recent ep is 173 and its not even at the 2 year skip in the manga yet so it might go over 300 |

| naruto 1 has 220 episodes and the second naruto {naruto shippuuden} has 11 episodes at this time ^_^ |

This is probably pointless, considering no one's posted here in ages, but here goes. As of today (June 21 2008), Naruto has 283 episodes, I think. 63 of which are classified as Shippuden (hurricane chronicles, apparantly), or post time skip.  |
