Sixsous (presentation)

Well, judging by how long I’ve signed up on Gendou, this is quite an overdue presentation. I’m French and a huge anime fan (just can’t get enough :-). My other centres of interests are role playing games, classic music, science fiction and heroic fantasy. I’m also very keen on sciences, especially physics and chemistry. I speak fluent English and Spanish and I’ve been learning Japanese for quite a while. Actually English is my mother tongue but it’s been long since I practised it on a regular basis, so my skills have rusted... I graduated recently from an engineering school in chemistry and materials and I’m out of a job for now. I’m considering doing a PhD in Scotland. Anime have tuned in France very early, by there’s been a 10 year blackout until recently (they tuned gory mangas such as “Hokuto no Ken†to the kids and completely messed up with the dubbing, not to mention very odd choices of censuring... giving a very bad image to Japanese animation in France). Anyway it seems like mentalities have changed and that at last we can enjoy watching decent anime! I just spend a fortune on DVDs and paper manga. A petty they don’t sell that much anime music CDs in France... I make up for it with sites like Gendou (mind you, I do by the CDs when I get the chance). I’ve been downloading quite a lot from Gendou, so I feel like it’s time I did my part and start uploading requests if I happen to have the files. |

Welcome to Gendous! Wow you are like tri-lingual! w00t, I am only Bi Lingual. English and Japanese, but sometimes my Japanese takes over at the dinner table and most embarrasingly in school ^_^ Enjoy what the site offers!
