there's quite a few free online radio stations for anime at live365.com you'll just have to deal with a small commercial every 4-5 songs, but if you don't like that they have a plan called the VIP plan which you have to pay for, although it's not realy expensive. But if you can just deal with the commercials then it's a great website. Some suggested radio stations on live365 would be Anime Hardcore Radio 1, if you're into TM Revolution Daisuke Asakura and Iceman (to anme a few) you may want to check out Daisuke Asakura Jpop, AnimeLemming Radio (another anime one) and Gamer Girl play some pretty good music too.
