The menus doesnt apear correctly in opera too... I had the "edit profile" feature before in [Preview if editing Profile] thread, but its doesnt appear until now... (gendou must be forgot his to do lists i think ^^ nah.. just kidding)

That's not really what I had in mind. I case you haven't noticed, your signature now appears in your profile, just like you suggested. What I have in mind is another field in your profile altogether that appears ONLY in your profile that can be used as a place to describe yourself or put a pic of yourself like you would in your profile on some other more standard forum, like a PHPbb. |

Oh... if that your mind i think its just make this site too much full of image or texts that input by user... and the load time must be increase... the image in profile its enough... dont add more user input please... ^^, hmm, it could be new 'hole' i think... chatting feature its good too... why not try this ? but btw, its up to gendou want, we have no choise

Well, since this is the unofficial official unofficial suggestion thread, I'd like to add one as well. I'd like an option to see my past downloads. Just a simple list, doesn't even have to be linked or anything. The reason is that my harddrive is a mess like you wouldn't believe, and sometimes I don't put the files in the right place, so I think I need to download something I've already downloaded. This is a waste of your bandwidth and I feel guilty every time I do it, especially since I lack the money to provide donations like I should. If I could open a list, I could just hit find in the browser, see if something I'm looking for was already downloaded, and if so, then I can just run a search on my harddrive (takes a good 10 minutes at least with such a messy filesystem, versus about 5 to download on a bad day, 2 or so normally.) Then I only download the same file if I accidentally deleted it or something. Just a thought anyway. I hate it every time I realize I've just downloaded something I already had. |

| Is it possible to make torrents out of all the songs on your database? It's hard to find a song that I like by randomly downloading. |

torrents: never psoplayer: many of these ideas are on my list. i have finals this week. expect some code improvements late december, early january. question/poll for you all: would it be acceptable to display the following fields to the world: - "my uploads" (# of files uploaded and # of points assigned) - "my requests" (# of current requests, maybe even # of past requests) - "my posts" (# of visible posts)

@HACKED its called the reverse button other than that the only thing that sucks about the forum is that people just spam. There's never any decent discussion especially in the anime forum. Is what anime character you want to have sex with important? No. I have to scroll through dozens of posts to read something that has even a slight point to it. |

In Opera, the Transfers panel simply gives you a history of the downloads that you've previously done. @ Nazo ｢謎｣ And I have to agree with you on that nay decent discussion comment. @ -andrew- |

@-andrew-: If that bothers you, the best solution is to start new threads with more interesting premises that people can reply to. I know there will always be people lacking enough intellect for an intelligent discussion hanging around a forum, but when a good idea comes up for people to actually talk about, it will stay on top on its own (eg: The Depression Thread). If you leave the 5-word-posters to their devices, you end up getting the Anime and Game sections. More intelectually capable posters end up creating what you see in the Physics and Other sections. Basicly, do something yourself. Start some threads. Little will change on its own. Edit: Of course, I'm not blaming you, and I agree with your point. I just wanted to make mine. |

However, this is hardly a solution. Firstly, it assumes that you NEVER clear your transfers window. Ever. Lol, if you even glanced at my downloads folder, you'd understand why even if I never did clean up the transfers window I wouldn't find anything in there anyway. Anyway, what if you wanted to check from elsewhere for example? There are still many situations where even if you never did clean your transfers window that still won't work. That said, personally, I don't even think about it. I remove files from the list as soon as I do anything with them, and sometimes I forget to test them for days on end so just remove them from the list because I know I'll never get around to it. BTW, I guess it's ok with me if all that info is shown, but, it's kind of embarassing when people see some of them, so I'm not super-happy with the idea, just, it does kind of make a little sense. |

like i said before, there will be no download history. thats just another MySQL table the database could do without, and its not a critical feature at all. however, with the new song rating system in place, there is a possibility for implementing a "favorite song list" or something like that...
