You can look up anime reviews at animenfo.com (or any other good anime review website), or just do a google search. I'm sorry that I can't give you a review myself, I haven't seen these anime before.

tactics is not hentai...and definitely not shounen-ai like all the shounen-ai fangirls always imagine I enjoyed tactics. vampire princess, don't know

I'm planning to watch Tactics myself after reading the first volume of the manga. Shounen-ai is a maybe, but I didn't think of it that way. If the manga and anime hold true to each other, then I could assume that it's more of a comedy, supernatural anime. If you go to AnimeNewsNetwork, I think you can find a basic summary there.
Nothing says love like a love letter tied to a brick thrown through a little girl's window.

Don't know about "Tactics"...but if the "vampire princess" is Vampire Princess Yui/Miyu...than yes i've seen that.No it's not hentai...more like gothic horror....the manga is much better though...the anime is decent.There is the occasional nudity but that's nothing.  |

| I have never watched vampire princess but I have read the manga. It is pretty nice but I felt that story is like never-ending. Tactics(animation) has good beginning and nice plot. The graphics is pretty good. Unfortunately the ending is a bit abrupt. |

and i was hoping of another season for tactics....except that there seems to be no signs of it....including matantei Loki ragnarok also both of 'em are drawn/written by same artist/mangaka...and both of their anime ended abruptly <_<

| Yeah Loki ragnarok has quite a good plot. It is quite sad to see them end in that manner.Sigh if only they can come with season two. |
