To tell you frankly, i was bored by this one. But in fairness, some episodes caught my attention, though. But over all, it's one of the boring anime i've seen. No offense meant, dark hikari. ^^v    |

well like them... i didn't like 12 kingdoms either... gomen... it just didn't fit my taste... i think it was about chinese legend (????) or something about china... coz the names are chinese (in my opinon) sorry... i didn't like this anime... GOMEN!!!!!   |

| Some episodes were far out boring, while many of it was pretty good in my opinion. I think its pretty good. But it sucked at the same time because the anime was never finished. It ended aruptly at episode 45 I think. From what I heard, there are no plans to continue with it... |

I only love the opening music. For the story, I only like the Tai kingdom episode.

Well...It was shown on a TV channel...But as a result of too much politics + virtually nil romance + complicated stuff = Not-A-Very-Good Anime...

| I got them DVDs (from Hongkong) but i never watched beyond episode 8.It's just simply too booooooooooring for me to watch.I wish I could get a refund -_- |

The anime is based off from a japanese popular novel, it's not from any kind of chinese legend/story/etc. Due to lack of fund, the series was never actually finished like the novel did. I like this series since it's profound in philosophy both in political and ethics. I guess this anime is for those who are interested this kind of things. Though, note that this novel series is actually considered as bestseller in Japan. I just wish the novel could be translated into english

| i love this anime! for it has a deep story. the characters though they are many... you can see their developments. the story is very elaborate and the main character is not some stupid damsel in distress that needs protecting. it is a very good anime. very detailed in deed. |
