for me i prefer jiraiya...he is more wiser than tsunade....he is good for long term planning n a better shinobi too...i would say he is the best at the moment in konoha...importantly...he is kind n understanding.....even the sandaime 2 advisors plan to elect him as the fifth hokage but he turn down....the only problem is he is too perverted....serious prob....basically...tsunade is just a puppet only....she is being supported by jiraiya from behind...i wouldn't sy she is very bad but by comparison with jiraiya....just a bit set back so what do u think''''''who do u support...jiraiya or tsunade

| Basically Jiraiya is a better candidate then Tsunade but Tsunade was elected but i think Tsunade is still doing a good job as a hokage. Anyway the best candidate i think would be Jiraiya if Tsunade wasnt appointed as hokage. |

Jiraiya. *repeats what nukeman said* he is the first choice, he turned it down. It just proves that he is, supossedly, the new hokage. Besides, i like him more than Tsunade.    |

i think tsunade is a better choice as hokage than jiraiya.he's too...er how to say,i don think he can do a better job than tsunade somehow.besides i think being hokage is not just about being the strongest in konoha,it needs leadership as well n sharp mind.tsunade is better at both i guess.jiraiya can contribute better by not being the hokage.  |

Orochimaru... hahaha, kidding. i can't choose between them, although i think it turned out for the best, because Jiraiya didn't want to be Hokage in the first place.
