Wild Arms

I've always loved this game series, and my friend told me the other day that 4th detonation was going to be released next year ^__^ I've played all three that have come out in the US so far, but I haven't beaten number two *I can only rent it for 2 days at a time.... ^^;;;* Anyways, out of the games which is your favorite and why? advanced 3rd is my current favorite, lots of puzzles and some pretty neat characters. I also liked the storyline a lot. |

| I;ve only played the first Wild Arms for the Playstation and i loved that game. The opening sequence had awesome anime graphics and a catchy tune, and the battles were simple, yet addicting (to me, anyway) and the storyline was interesting. This RPG would have probably been one of the top RPGs for the Playstation, had it not been released around the same time as Final Fantasy 7, which totally overshadowed Wild Arms. |

Played all the games too Kiya-chan....personally i thought the second one was really bad.They made up with it with the third one though.My fave has to be the first one...when you found out that Rudy was a *SPOILER*....WHOA!You know they're re-making the first one and it's coming out near the end of the year...you get to play as the professor chick and someone else i forget... If you're stuck on something maybe i can help....if i remember what to do..heh.  |

I've played all three too plus alter code f(that disappointed me). advanced 3rd is my favorite bacause i love Virginia.

I love them in the order that they were released from greatest to least. So the first is best, then the second is second, and third is third. I can't wait for Alter Code F and 4th Detonator. |

i've just played the 3rd and the 4th (in japan version) the game is awesome, and the characters are nice,, i want to play the alter f but i never found it, poor me |

Ack! Stupid Wild Arms 2 and all of Irving's manipulations and conspiracies! ***INCEST Part -insert here-*** (I've read something really bad,... as in really, really bad. Do correct me if I'm wrong or maybe, just maybe some random people were making-up the story.) Man, he sucks! =( I want to get my hands on the prequel. Or is it irrelevant to the other? Whatever, I just need the first one. |

I love all of the games so far, though I haven't beat the 2nd one. I thought Alter Code: F was good and I'm planning on getting the US ver. soon. Advanced 3rd was awesome too, Jet and Virginia are cool characters. I even have the anime series of Wild Arms, but I wish they'd make one of the actual games an anime. Twilight Venom was a good series, but I want to see an adaptation of any of the actual games. I think it might be pretty cool if they did that. ^.^

| That's it! 1st one in PSOne. What do yae think of the 2nd one? Was it the same? I've only played the latter and I don't think they have the 3rd game in the same console. Tsk tsk tsk... |

The first one by far is my favorite. I've beaten it and am now working on Alter Code F... which is just a remake. ^^; They've done a good job, but I hate the new battle arena. That was how I leveled up near the end of the game and now I can't do that. T_T I have to resort to other measures. The second one is fun, and I hate the battle systems in the third one. When I got in the sand machine I stopped playing. I hated it. I can't wait to play the fourth one. ^_^ |

| I LOVE WILD ARMS 4!!! That is, compare to Wild Arms 3. The battle system is much more better and flexible but that just makes boss fights seem quite easy =) Bugger. Neways, there're cool sidequests like playing game ROMS for example & there's that good old battle arena again. Overall, no. 4 just catches my attention (nice graphics) and I think it's worth playing if you want to take a break from hard games. The downside of this game is (in my opinion); the characters talk too much for my liking! |

Yea 4 is great!!! The hex battle system was really hard to get used to but after like an hour or so of playing it gets really good. Oh btw i heard that they officailly announced that they were going to make a Wild Arms 5 NO JOKE!!! |

Oh great, I'm so left behind! ~throws tantrums!~ IIiieee!!! >_< Wait, what console is 4th/5th? Grr... I'm stuck in the 2nd. Well, it's my fav! And I despise Irving! He's such a freak! I hope that the coming sequels won't be including those freaking issues; put them aside and get over it for the last time! 2nd had to suffer... ...de? Dare kara matto ni shizumitai? 3 and 4 are for the PS2. 5 I'm not so sure they might either go with ps2 or 3 since they just started working on it. |
