Quick Question

Is registration down because you need more donations? I ask because I have a few friends who want to join up. I want to donate soon but my first paycheck is going to the red cross. I want to try to donate here out of the second one if car insurance isnt too much. Ive taken enough out of this site that Its bout time I put something back in. But thats off the topic I originally posted. Anyways. If not from lack of funds I wonder what it might be? Thanks.  |

good question. as you can see from the graph on the homepage, this site continues to grow every week. donations pay the server cost, but when bandwidth goes outside of the monthly limit, i have to pay even more extra cost. in order to keep bandwidth within the limitations of the server capacity, I have disabled registration for a few days. once the projected usage is back within a tolerable range, i will turn it back on. how can this be prevented? more donations! every dollar donated is another GB of bandwidth for a month!
