Do you HAVE to be a boy to like yuri? Do you HAVE to be a girl to like yaoi? im a girl and i like both. But im bi so that may explain some of it. But i like girls better though. Im confused.

well, if you're a bi , then I guess it's okay .But I don't really like yoi , or yuri .I only like a yaoi realtionship if either one of the guy is a bishounen, and I only like yuri if either one of the girls are totally boyish .
Life starts simply , why change them?

'Bi' means can go for both gender. Ano ne, Yuri are FF relationship and Yaoi are MM I've only watch one anime that contains yuri scene and that's "Kannaduki no Miko" At first I didn't know that it's Yuri but since there's no scene of yuri from the very beginning, but later when Chikane did something to Himeko~shocking, but still like it coz Chikane has the charateristic of a brave warrior. Whereas Himeko is just like a sweet gentle rabbit,seeking for protection, so fragile, so beautiful. I pity Souma that he has to bear the pain of losing Himeko to Chikane. Ja mata ne, mi-chan

I don't think so. I think that if a person is open-minded enough, they could like whatever it is they like... even if it is against the social norms dictated by the world.

i don't think you don't have to be s girl to like shoujo-ai/yuri or a boy to like shounen-ai/yaoi... it all depends on one's preference...like me i prefer yuri than yaoi...  ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

Well, I think it does matter.. If you're a guy.. you'll not approve of yaoi coz you hate it if you see gay people having relationship with another gay person, right? Same goes for girls like me.. I hate seeing lesbian relationships.. coz I can't imagine myself in one.. so I think it does matter..   |
