Song name Help!!! Got song but not name HELP!!!!

Can anyone tell me the name of this song???I need your help please...I know it's from a Initial D..but thats all. I want to get a better quality of it if possible ..It happens to be another one of my favs. I got it from Windows Media Player but now they closed the download for WMP online i cant seem to find it anywhere.
