Yes.. as unbelieveable as this sounds.. I know... its very unbelieveable... but my brother walks in at like 1 in the morning and goes... "You wouldnt fucking believe this but Ive just seen the Family Guy Movie... And guess who has it? ME! Ya... FUCKING HILARIOUS!" Well... since its so late Im just gonna sleep and see if hes shitting me tomorrow... if not ill tell you all I can from it... I know.. unbelieveable... very... but its probably true.. btw.. if it is true ill take some pic and upload em ~_^

Yeah, it's been out that there will be a movie (Straight to DVD) for a while now, but the news is that it will also later be broken into three episodes and aired on TV; It has to do with Stewie going on a search for his "real" father, when he sees some scientists on Television; From what I saw on some websites I found through Google, sounds as though someone in the TV industry may have a mole at one of their "DVD premiers", that must have ripped the movie to file & shared it on BitTorrent before it airs or releases on DVD; From the news articles I read, it sounds like it happened as of Tuesday; I don't use BitTorrent myself, but of course I guarantee that once again, the Movie industry & whatnot will use this as the perfect opportunity to rage once again against the makers and users of file sharing software, and not to ferret out the moles and corrupt people inside their own organization that had access to the movie :) (Sorry, had to rant there :) I hate piracy, and intend to buy the DVD when it's released as I planned to, and I feel that this movie leak should *not* have happened, but I just cynically chuckle at where the movie corporations always point the fingers and blame over it; If they could find these blasted thieves in their organization, prices of DVD releases wouldn't be so high to compensate for the piracy losses; |
