Favorite RPG's?

I haven't played a lot of them, but my favorites at this current time: Final Fantasy 7 and 9 Xenogears I wasn't drawn by the graphics by these games of course, if I was, I would of never given them the time of day, but I loved the story line for those 3 games, I plan on following up my RPG run w/ playing the Full Metal Alchemist 2 game that just came out I believe. |

my favorites are: golden sun(1 and 2) final fantasy crystal chronicles(bad story but good gameplay and graphics) i never played any FF game besides crystal chronicles and tactics advance. sad, huh?

Hey Glacier Alchemy...glad to here someone else besides me likes Xenogears (the story was the best!)...it was my first rpg that I ever played and has always been my favorite. Besides Xenogears, I also liked (in no particular order): FF VII, X Star Ocean III: TTEOT Xenosaga Series |

FYI, Grandtheft Auto, Destroy All Humans, and Flat Out are NOT RPGs. Nor is Super Mario. Mario And Lugi, Super Mario RPG, and Paper mario maybe, but the rest of the series isn't RPG. Anyway, mine are: Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne Atlier Iris: Eternal Mana Threads of Fate Megaman X: Command Missions Megaman Battle Network. |

Short for role-playing game, it is a game genre where one or more players adopt a role and act it out in a virtual reality. Usually in an RPG game, you will set out on an adventure or quest, and multiplayer RPG games allows gamers to complete these quests with other gamers as allies over the Internet or as a LAN game. dunno about destroy all humans and flat out, since i've never played them, but doesn't that apply to gta and mario? |

the best i've played are: Never Return winternight Kingdom Hearts Final Fantasy X Diablo 1 & 2 I think that's about all...

Riviera- Fun and challenging Xenogears- Good story, second disk rushed though Shadow hearts- A peverted hero? not done before? Legaia 2- Interesting characters, and can make hero a chicken-wuss Dragon Warr IV- Classic fun Star Ocean- Fun Tales of Phantasia- Cool game, not sold in US though and many more any other ideas

Favorite RPG's Suikoden i-iv Star Ocean Till the End of Time Xenogear Grandia 2 and Grandia Xtreme Lunar [the 2 version of it that came out on ps1] Final Fantasy vii This are my favorite rpg's. |

| I mostly play tactic games like disgaea hour of darkness. i beated the game. it was really cool but the ending was really sad i almost cried. |

Earthbound and Super Mario RPG. ^_^ Also, I'm falling in love with my imported RPG ROMs of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Another Story and the Magic Knight Rayearth RPG game. ^_^ Oh, and if Harvest Moon counts as an RPG, then any of those as well.

I guess both of them are adventure/action games. |
