Hello everybody! I would like to say thank you to Gendou for all you have done as my account approach 9 years old. Proof: http://imgur.com/a/8eZmH This was one of the very first website that I found when I was a kid. It was the best place to download anime music and to hang out. These songs that you have uploaded have got me through my depression as a teenager because music was my getaway from heartbreaks to stressful time. I don't come on here as often, but it is still an incredibly website that I will never forget. It is amazing how fast time flies. If you have depression, continue to listen to music and you will get through it. Good things are bound to happen. As of right now, I've downloaded some of my old favorite songs and it gives me the shiver as a reminder that anime music is what saved my life. Again, thank you to Gendou, staff and the community for keeping this website alive. I love you all!

+ 2 you've said it all :) it's my very first website for music and forum full of the most amazing people ever, I swear. It has got me through the years, the sorrows the bad moments the heartaches since 2006, I'm very thankful and grateful for Gendou's existence, especially to all the people I've crossed paths with. to Law & klyern, to Gendou and the staffs, to the crazy loving & fun peeps I've met here, wherever whenever and in whatever situation, I hope everyone is doing well. + 3 I have the same sentiment as everyone here. I've been thankful to my friend ever since for letting me know about Gendou. I just wanted to thank the community and all the staff for making Gendou awesome and to wish everyone fun times :D  |

+ 4 xD I'm really grateful for this site. It's not just music that this site had given me but also I made a lot of friends, have a lot of experience, learned a lot of different things, sooo many things tbh. This site has full of awesome people, different people from different parts of the world have met here and share unforgettable experiences. To all my friends, thank you. To all I've argued and did something bad, I'm sorry. Thank you for all the memories, the friendship, the laughter and everything. I will never ever forget this site. I hope to see you guys again! This site will have a forever place in my life. :) |

I've only been here for 5 years and found Gendou by sheer luck because I was looking for a song from some anime back in my elementary days. Despite being this site not being updated with the latest anime songs (The request list seems updated tho ._. and I've uploaded some of it myself but they are still pending.. hmm, for quite a long time now ._.), this is still my to go-to for old anime songs.  |

My account is 11 years old and I'm just checking in here if it's still alive! This is where I hang most of the time during my high school and early college days. I also made lots of friends here even if I haven't got to meet them irl. Many memories were had! Cheers to the veterans!  |

+5 i can't upvote this but i'm continuing the pitching of points... not sure when i made my account, but i know i have a blast when i made it... i will be honest, i only go here for the music and download and sometimes reading the post on the front page of this site, from those puzzle/riddle thingy to the karaoke/singing contest thingy and such... i don't usually go in forums and post reply like this, but because i have free time then i will post a reply... anyway, yeah thanks gendou...

I think I am one of the earlier accounts here. Almost 15 years since I signed up here. I mainly just used it for music and not the forums. Hard to believe 15 years went by like nothing. It's one of the oldest accounts I still remember the password and username to.....aside from some 90s email accounts. When I first used this site to download music I was still on dial up..... Now I can download 100gigs in less than an hour. I wonder if this site will still be here in another 5 years.... |
