Well the title is pretty self explanatory... the soundtrack is pretty awesome and im sure others would love to download it too. so admins, can you? would you? please?? //sparkly eyes and yes i know im supposed to put this in the request songs thing |

All uploads are handled via the request section. If you want a song from an anime uploaded, request it in the request section located here. Once a song has been requested, anybody can upload the song that has been requested. However, that does not mean that it will be released onto the site. In order for the people in charge of releasing songs (gendou and myself) it must obtain votes from other users. Once a song is on the request section, users can vote for it. The more votes a song has, the more likely we are to release a song. Demanding music like this when you KNOW you're not supposed to ask for music here will NOT bring the songs you want onto the site. Not to mention, asking this way is just plain rude and I might be inclined to ignore music requested in the forums just for that reason. You even said yourself you know you're not supposed to ask here, so why did you? Please next time just read the rules and be patient.  |

| Been wondering as to "how many votes" will a song be uploaded? Since it was mentioned in the previous reply "In order for the people in charge of releasing songs (gendou and myself) it must obtain votes from other users." Like is there an amount to be reached? Cause there a song requests with votes between 30 to 100 so just wondering about that. |

Votes do nothing more than let gendou and myself know what the people want. A song could have none or a thousand votes, and it's still up to us to release a song or not. Vote on songs you like. The more votes a song has, the more likely we are to release it ahead of others. For example, please take a look at this picture: Click. Because of how many votes those songs have over the other ones, I would be more likely to release them ahead of the ones with lower votes. However, that does not mean that I'm going to take the time right this moment to go and release songs with high votes. I will be putting time aside soon in order to release a bunch of songs, hopefully weekly. Just keep voting and keep uploading and I will get them out as soon as I can. While voting itself does nothing more than add a number, voting is essential for letting us know what songs more people want over other songs. If we release a song that nobody wants to hear, would you not agree that we wouldn't be doing our job very well? |

| I agree with you inu on songs that nobody wants to hear and thanks for some insight on the votes issue. As a suggestion, would it be possible if songs can come out within the current anime season because some anime songs from some anime in the spring season were not released, release dates are understandable but uploading within the current season makes it go with the flow, it's just a suggestion. |

| Rooster Teeth has announced a day that their soundtrack will be released. Unlike most of the music on Gendou, the soundtracks they have are not too hard to get, whether it is in the US or internationally. It could be easier to buy the soundtrack from them. |

Uploads will start coming weekly beginning in December. Also, I will not be uploading the music from rwby. |

If it's not from an anime, can you not ask for the song to be uploaded on Gendou? It's hard enough getting background music and insert songs from anime, with so many released every season. The users who want music from that element show and RWBY can download those soundtracks elsewhere, so why can't this website be exclusive to anime music? Please don't clog the servers with music from other series ._.
