Eden



Middle-Earth, a world where magic resides, it is a world filled with mystery; A world which witches and monsters exist. In Middle-Earth, witches are considers a being that should not exist for they bring omen. The witches retaliate and caused havoc from town to cities for the reason of not want to be looked down upon. Thus the war against the witches had started. The Council of Middle-Earth created a clan of Witch-Hunters taking down any Witches that had gone rogue or consider a threat. All Witch Hunters are trained at a Sanctuary using magical weapons that is effective against the witches. Not everyone can be a witch hunter. Only those, with strong will with a unique auras and cosmos can be Witch Hunters. Most Witch Hunters work alone, some work in pairs. But at times, there exists a being from within themselves to fight alongside them, which they are called Kudan. They are similar to familiar who fight alongside the witches.

Witches as many may know have an element of their own; they are each different than the other. Same goes for Witch Hunters. The known elements of the Middle-Earth are Flare, Aqua, Gale, Gaia, Lightning, Darkness and Light.
Elements Flare, Aqua, Gale, Gaia and Lightning are the most common elements, while Darkness and Light are rare elements that very few people possess.
As mentioned before, Middle-Earth consists of monsters and witches. But other beings also exist in Middle-Kingdom such as Elves. Humans were able to accept Elves for the elves’ powers is considered holy and with good intentions, they don’t deal with deal with dark magic or cause havoc like most witches do. Though the humans accepted the Elves, not many like them due to their appearance and pointed ears. It was also with the Elves help that the Council was created along with the Sanctuary, with their magical abilities, it manage to keep the witches at bay from invading the council and the sanctuary itself due to the barrier around it.

The elves have also helped out in creating magical weapons. All magical weapons are made from the same ore, brightstone. The hardest ore that is able to break through magic barriers of witches. Weapons made by brightstone cannot be destroyed by ordinary made weapons; it is also filled with unknown magic properties depending on its master’s aura and cosmos.


Elements

Creatures of Middle-Earth
Elves
Elves are considered holy beings, the closest beings to God. They reside in their own elven city which is unknown to all humans and witches. They also took part in the creation of the Council and the Sanctuary. They harbour dislikes towards witches while their views towards humans are mutual.
Witches
Witches are considered an omen to Middle-Earth society. They are well disliked due to many few who tapped into dark magic. Many witches now went into hiding preparing for the war. It was also rumoured that there is a city somewhere in Middle-Earth where witches reside.

Witch Hunters
Witch Hunters are mostly humans with unique auras and cosmos. They are considered different than the witches, for their powers are not tainted by dark magic. Rather, their powers are more on the universe of within themselves. They are considers a being above ordinary humans yet below the Elves. They also have rankings depending on their strength, cosmos and completed missions they done. The highest ranking for Witch Hunters is called Paladin. But only one Witch Hunters is bestows to that title. The second highest would be the Elite Knights and the most common rankings are Rooks. There is also a title for those who are in training to be Witch Hunters, they are called Squires.

Kudan
The "Kudan" concept is hard to understand, because it’s something from this world only. Each person possesses some kind of protector spirit or deity that protects them and it’s used to fight others. But only a selected few are able to bring out their Kudan. They are mostly Witch Hunters of high rankings that are able to bring out their own Kudan. The Kudan power will depend on the inside will and strength of each person; their elemental properties representative of the personality of their possessor. Kudan should not be put together in the same category as a witch’s familiar. A familiar is something a witch is in contract with; familiar is either a spirit, animals or demons. It is not something from within thee self.

Monsters
In Middle-Earth, it is common to have monsters roaming the land. The monsters in Middle-Earth are mostly consists of Trolls, Goblins, hellhounds, Cyclops and etc. As for dragons, if there is one then it would be rare. But no one has ever seen one; they are considered myths and legends now. The closest thing you can call that is a dragon would be a Wyvern. But they are also rare and are hardly seen.


Technology
The technology of Middle-Earth is of modern century, they used electricity like of our world however there are some parts that which they stick to the old. They still use carriages along with horses, as for vehicles, they use trains. But for cars, it is mostly fueled by solar panels. Middle-Earth is more of eco-environment. They mostly get energy from the sun, avoiding pollution; cars are run by electricity instead of gas.

Weapons
All weapons used by Witch Hunters are enchanted by holy magic thanks to the elves. They are all made of brightstone. It is also easy for Witch Hunters to carry around, for they maintain particular shape. Those particular shapes can be accessories such as rings, earrings or bracelets. The weapons will turn into its original form once it is activated by its wielder’s cosmos. Ex. Ring transform into a gun; a bracelet into a sword and etc.

Mantello di Cielo Primo (Defensive)
Giotto wears a long, black Cloak that releases Sky Flames. The Cloak also has the ability to nullify magic attacks.

Sky pillars(Weak)
Using his elements, he creates a few sky flames, sending it towards his enemies. This attack can be dodged but with the precise timing. It takes less time to use, and can be used several times.

Flare armor(strong)
He coats himself with the Sky flame that renders him no harm, but instead boosts his attacks, powers, speed, endurance and etc. If anyone tries to touch him, they will be alight in flames. For the Flare armor is considered hotter than magma. It also has the ability to absorb any fire attacks that comes at him and turn that power into his own. He can only use this for 3 hours at maximum, but will also be inflicted stiff pain, will feel sore for a long while after 20 minutes.

Personality: He is shown to be a calm and collected leader that cares for his friends and is willing to protect them from harm. He also has a strong sense of justice and actively pursues what he believes is right for the people. He highly values friendship and other bonds that he has with people he knows and is a forgiving person that never holds any grudges.

Bio: Giotto lives in a small town, his family is considering of nobility status. Everything was peaceful till the day the witches cause havoc, hurting the innocent people. He witness at the age of 14. At that point on, he decided to become a witch hunter, wanting to do what he can to protect the innocent people from witches. He set off to Siphilys and was given a test which proofs he has the power and ability to become a witch-hunter. He trained at the Sanctuary under the guidance of both elves and human commanders. He became a full-fledge witch-hunter at the age of 17 and became and Elite Knight at the age of 19. He was considered a genius, having to become an Elite Knight at such a young age.

Super-human abilities(non-attacking)- Able to jump very high, stronger than most Elves, Excellent eyesight and hearings.

Resistant(Non-attacking): Due to what he is which is unknown to everyone, he is able to deflect magic attacks easily with just a wave of his hands or sword. But only light/weak magic attacks. Reason is that his skin is more durable and stronger than humans, witches and elves. Though he could deflect the attack, it will only leave a tiny marking on his hands.

Salvation(defensive): Able to summon a small portal of darkness. The portal acts like a blackhole sucking in magic attacks. The hole will then send back the magic attacks that it sucked in towards his enemies. However, the attack strength of the magic attacks decreased a bit when it sends back at his enemies. But, though the attack is weaken, it absorb the little magic of the attack and add it to his own, replenishing his energy a bit but not greatly.

Soloman(Weak)- Shoots out large blast of dark lighting attacks, able to incinerate monsters within an instant, turning it into ashes. This attack may burn his enemies as well, it might not kill his enemies but will give his enemies a burning pain sensation.

Cyclone Twister(strong): Using darkness to gives out pressure, while lightning to shatters the earth, creating a twister almost sending his enemies into the air. He uses the force of nature and his elements sending them at his enemies full blast. Sadly he could only use this attack three time.

Personality:Zion Crosszeria is very calm when he is around the one person he loves. He doesn't usually get mad unless someone harms his love ones or acts very stupid. Zion is constantly cool, calm and is popular with girls,his appearence is more attractive to humans.

Bio: Zion is consider a mystery to all Witch-Hunters. They see him sometimes within the sanctuary and at the Council. He is neither human, witches, witch-hunters nor elves. He is shrouded in darkness. He also considered really powerful, which huge amount of energy and cosmos. His goals are a mystery to the councils as well, they did not dare to oppose him for he never done anything that opposes them. The council trusts him yet doesn't trust him.

• Dark Arrows ( Strong ) | Dark-colored arrows, achieved by the element. These arrows are able to impose a curse who achieved striking addition to causing damage. The curse imposed by the arrows is to lower the vitality of the target. Yet the effect achieved in them can not be combined. The arrows need to be launched by an arc of the same color as these, created by the same magic.

Personality: A smart, graceful, athletically-talented girl | Tsundere would be the right word to describe, appears to be always staring and not very sociable, always preferring to act in isolation, like a lone wolf | Often act brave in front of others and as a person who has a strong character that will not bend no matter the situation, however, is more a mask their true feelings, those who get to know properly, you will see that Hannah is only a gentle person, even cowardice with certain aspects, once this happens, it is quite easy to blush and besides quite open with the person, but find it hard to admit the feelings, especially love, that may develop before it.

When in battle, no matter who is in front of her, is shown as a strong, analytical, looking for weak points and always thinking of the enemy before attacking, not usually a person who is carried away by their impulses.

Bio: British descendant of Half Witch lineage quite old. Now virtually nonexistent. Hannah was orphaned at the age of 5 years, her parents were victims of Witch Hunters, who smashed the front of her household and killing them before her. No part of her family wanted to be responsible, which forged perhaps her solitary personality.

She was granted her life in exchange for her abilities, and serving as a Witch Hunter for the Council. She never strove to make friends, Her only priority was witch hunt to stay survive by any means necessary.

Killer Instincts(Non-Attacking)
Joseph was discovered to had been born with a disturbing natural ability. He is able to kill and torture another human being in cold blood with absolutely no feelings. Due to his past events, his Killer Instincts awakened allowing him the ability to strike an enemy's critical point every 3 hits to deal bonus damage.

Gunslinger(Non-Attacking)
Joseph is a master gunman able to use firearms at both range and melee with devastating efficiency. Joseph is also able to perform trick shots even capable of hitting a target behind cover. He has a range of over 200m without a scope as a natural ability. Joseph also carries several types of bullets with different effects, most notably elemental effects. This is reality give him the ability to use any element whenever he wishes as long as he has the required bullet.

Tailwind(Defensive)
A passive amount of Gale magic is flowing about his body constantly. Tailwind can be used to enhance his speed and physical blows by 20% for 10 seconds with a cooldown of 1 minute. It also passively grants his bullets 5% more passive penetrating power by increasing the force behind them and reducing air resistance. However, he loses the penetration power during the one minute cooldown.

Condemn(Weak)
Fires several blasts of Gale magic. The spells are designed for 'pressure' rather then 'penetration'. In other words, if an opponent has s defense that prevents cutting or piercing, this ability to smash and crush can still hurt them.

Death Penalty(Strong)
Death Penalty is the ultimate finishing spell for Joseph. It requires that Joseph posses at least 1 'Origin Bullet' which is a bullet made and filled with the powdered form of his own bones. Using powerful Gale magic, Joseph charges up The Equalizer for a single powerful shot. The shot has 99.9% penetration power with only the most mightiest of defensive abilities able to block it. Additionally, the 'Origin Bullets' themselves deal an additional damage. Origin Bullets will immediately affect witches upon coming in contact with their spells. The bullets will cause prana stored within the Witches to ignore the paths within the body, flowing chaotically and destroying it in the process. Afterward, the circuits will be bound together again, rendering them permanently inoperable and destroying the target's magecraft abilities. When someone is provoked into using their utmost amount of energy, the damage is completely fatal. It causes excruciating pain within the body as the nervous system spasms while being broken down. Their internal organs are almost destroyed, and numerous muscles and nerves are damaged. If they do not die instantly, the wounds will quickly prove fatal, and even if healed by a Witch, it would be impossible to recover enough to even stand again.

Death Penalty does have several weaknesses. The first and most deadly is that to use it, Joseph's both feet MUST be firmly planted on the ground to brace himself. This is due to the extreme recoil of the attack. Next is that the bullet moves in a true straight line and is near impossible to perform trick shots with it. This means that its easy to dodge it if the opponent is fast enough. Finally, the number of times he can use this attack is based on the number of Origin Bullets he has left making it an extreme last ditch attack. Finally, due to the power of the attack, his gun The Equalizer will be unable to be used for anything for at least 1 minute and the Death Penalty attack will need at least a cooldown of 3 minutes or risk breaking the gun apart.

Personality: Joseph is known as a man 'whom you don't know what he's thinking'. He is not anti-social but is slightly awkward amongst people. He does get along fine with most people at the Sanctuary and is very strict on the rules. He utterly despise witches and is well known for torturing them publicly to discourage others form becoming like them. Once he receives confessions of their crimes he is known for executing them brutally for all to see. This gave him the code and nick name of 'The Inquisitor'. He is the Sanctuary's master in this art and often the first pick on witch hunts. Wilhelmina Everbright and his adopted mother are amongst the few people that he does truly care for.

Bio: Joseph Starcaller was born on Hattifatner's Island a remote place not commonly visited by those from the mainland. Living with his family, Joseph was often strangely estranged from them. Even he had little idea why they often barely treated him as family.

Soon at the age of 14 he dated a girl however his family's dark secret soon came out. His family was consisted of witches whom were experimenting on the people of the island. One of their recent experiments was on the girl he was dating, turning her into a ghoul thirsty for blood. He killed her with his own hands in an act of mercy and further tragedy came when he found that almost all the islanders had been turned into ghouls as well. He was saved from them by a witch hunter.

The woman was Natalia Freeborn, a Knight in the service of the Witch Hunters. She informed him of the sins committed by his family as well as the fact that the Sanctuary had sent Hunters to the island to perform a 'cleansing'. The island was a sea of flames as they rushed through when Joseph informed her that of his family's location. Natalia offered to let him leave quietly but he refused. He followed her to his family home, passing through the barriers easily.

None of them realized what he had planned. His family was in the midst of packing to escape when he arrived and quickly directed him to do the same when he struck. Using a gun he had taken from Natalia, Joseph systematically murdered his family one by one until his father, mother and sister remained. His mother and sister made their escape as his father tried to stop him. Natalia entered the room to see him kill his father in complete cold blood.

Realizing the potential he had, she placed him under her protection and they left with the Hunters once the cleansing was done. Once at Sanctuary, Joseph was subjected to rigorous tests to determine his loyalty and shocked everyone at the reason he came with them. Joseph wished to see all witches be triad and made to pay for their crimes.

Inducted into the Witch Hunters, Joseph became a squire and personal student of Natalia. She raised him and they became as close as a mother and son should be until the day more tragedy struck. During his training, he became friends with a man named Evert. They rose throughout the ranks and became rooks together until the day Evert was assigned to a boat to investigate a witch who used insect familiars. Soon it was found that the witch had turned everyone on the boat into ghouls and as the boat was due to dock it would mean tragedy. Evert manged to force the witch and ghoul into a single line while being heavily wounded for Joseph to finish it. Joseph fired his Death Penalty from the shore, destroying the boat and killing everything on it.

The loss of his friend hurt him badly and he swore that he would bring the same pain on every witch he meets. Joseph rose through the ranks as a fast pace only surpassed by the genius Giotto. He became an Elite Knight at the age of 22 and is not a 2 year veteran of the rank. Once during his training, he rescued an elven girl who was fresh from Avalon and she swore a vow of loyalty to him. Currently, she is his partner during investigations.

Mind over Matter(Non-Attacking)
Passively allows her to manipulate water in all of its forms: Sold Liquid and Gas. She often uses this to use ice element attacks.

Knight of Honor(Non-Attacking)
Once Wilhelmina grabs hold of anything that can be even remotely conceptualized as a weapon by her own recognition with her hands and she recognizes that she wishes to wield it, it instantly gains the property of "becoming her weapon." It allows for something as worthless as a piece of scrap iron to be turned into a mighty spear or sword capable of damaging Witches and striking legendary weapons. If she takes another fighter's weapon of a superior rank, its quality will be maintained while under her control. She is able to naturally control any weapon that she wields as if it were a favorite weapon with which she specialized in and polished her skills for many years.

However, she cannot use another Witch Hunter's weapon for her own due to the weapons being bonded to their original owners.

Écriture of Light(Defensive)
Allows her to write runes that, depending on what is written, will actually affect its target. The runes are written using physical light and are an extremely useful form of Magic, with the runes being used ranging from offensive ones to defensive ones. It allows her to erect Magical barriers in the form of rune enchantments in a given area, preventing those inside it from exiting. Each enchantment possesses specific “rules” to it, which are freely set by her, and which must be complied with in order for the ones trapped inside to leave the barrier. Escape is otherwise impossible, with the rules being “absolute”.

Each barrier has a time limit depending on the complication of the runes used. The maximum that a quickly created barrier in combat can last is 5 minus. The maximum would require her to take time to write them.

Millennium Road(Weak)
Freezes the area turning it into a frozen battlezone. She can also use the ice crystals created to amplify her light element attacks.

However, dry areas reduce the effectiveness of this attack.

Armadura Fairy(Strong)
Forms a powerful battle armour around her granting her an increase in all her stats by 65%. She also gains the ability to fire a massive blast of light at an enemy by invoking the name of her weapon. Her damage resistance is increased to 75%.

She is only able to stay in this form for 3 minutes with a cooldown of also 3 minutes.

Personality: Wilhelmina is a bit of a goof and sweet girl. Complied with a fiery spirit she is extremely popular at Sanctuary. She is also desperately in love with Joseph Starcaller who is extremely oblivious to her attempts to confess to him. She does not approve of torturing but is forced to steel herself when Joseph gets to work.

Bio: Born in Avalon, Wilhelmina was a bright and chirpy child who surprised everyone when she choose to become a knight. And yet, her instructors sang her praises when he demonstrated her pure skill. Within a few short years, she became a master warrior decided to go out and see the world.

However, being young, naive and sheltered she soon came across trouble. She accidentally came across some witches who tricked her into having dinner. At their workshop they came close to killing her when she was rescued by a Witch Hunter named Joseph Starcaller. Soon, she held the rank of Knight and became the partner of Joseph who had became an Elite Knight. Psychic's Curse (Non-Attacking) - The ability to read behaviours and thoughts but it inflicts pain into her wrist. The illustration is a Scorpion wrapped around her wrist like a bracelet

Poseidon's Cradle (Defensive) - The ability to use water as a hurricane barrier to shield herself from any attacks. The wall of water can only last for half an hour.

Aeris Bio

The Aeris clan are well-known witches among the world of magic imposed through fear. They have the reputation for mercilessly attacking anyone in their way and mostly dealt with special requests/killings within and out of Eden.


Lavirus Aeris (Father): holds a high rank as a council in The Covenant. He comes off as ruthless, apathetic and rude. He treats everyone as his pawns, even his own children.

Amerith Aeris (Mother): Loving, gentle mother. Had a great bond with Nova, as she was the only daughter. Amerith opposed her husbands' actions against humans/elves and hunters, which led to her eternal sleep. At the age of 10, young Nova witnessed the murder of her mother, committed by Lavirus

Niam Aeris (Elder Brother): The oldest son of Lavirus & Amerith. He takes up after the father, cold, ruthless and rude. He is the right hand of Lavirus Aeris in the battlefield, though, he still gets looked down by his own father.

Vivian Zen/Nova Aeris Bio: Due to the popularity of the family, the identity of Nova was kept secret from the world. Before her mother's death, her mother feared that Vivian/Nova will be lured by her father's ill acts, therefore her will was for her to be adopted by the Zen family. The Zen family was a close friend of Amerith Aeris, who practiced White Magic. They took Vivian/Nova as their own and trained her, specializing in illusion & healing.

Lynea was the "I do what I want!" kind of person. She does anything and nothing will stop her from getting what she wants. She will do anything that she sees right, but of course... She actually was not a bad person. Just... Not too friendly. And she have quite a short fuse

Bio:
Lynea's life was pretty much changed since she found Zin'rokh at the age of 19. With her ability to control the plates of earth and the destructive capability of Zin'rokh, she was deemed a dangerous witch even if she haven't done anything that qualify her as a witch yet. Of course she denied her capture... But it leaves destruction behind. Her denial made her even more dangerous in many eyes, but of course... She is actually not a witch, she was mistakenly entitled as one.

She seeks to prove that she is in fact not a witch. Even if she must go against the Witch Hunters and another Witch. But of course, none will ever know what'll happen next. Will she accepts what she was entitled? Or will she succeed in proving herself?

Personality: James is amicable, despite his past and his identity. He likes to relax himself most of the time, drinking, having fun and lending a helping hand. James does not yearn much for luxury too. As long he has enough money for a living, he is content with his life.

When it comes to the war between the witches and the witch hunters, he is totally apathetic about it. Should trouble finds him, James simply "kicks it into the curb" as he claimed, and finds a safe haven if the Witch Hunters search for him.

Bio

Jim leads a normal childhood in a middle class family who earned their profits from alcoholic beverages. When he reached his teenage years, Jim realized that he is a witch when he saw his hands suddenly ablaze. Then he faced his parents, and they revealed to be witches in disguise as well. He continued to live peacefully with his family, and his sister as well.

But things changed for the worst when the conflict between witches and humans escalated. James and his family moved houses, lived under different identities, disguises. But it only slowed the inevitable. He and his family got caught during the peak of the conflict. But luck was on his side. Someone or, rather a group assaulted the very prison that he and his family was in.

Using his Flare abilities, he got out, and met with the witch insurgents. Jim did not manage to reunite with his family though, and tagged along with the insurgents. From that very moment, Jim hated his status as a wizard, hated what the Hunters did to his cozy life. But instead doing something rash, he participated with the insurgents in several hit and run operations, raids.

Years later, Jim had enough with the witches' revolution, and thus he quits. Now he wanders around the land, giving helping hands to witches in distress, takes a quick stroll in Avalon. His hate has decreased as well, and simply takes his misfortune as a chance of bad luck. Jim rarely trains on his Flare abilities, and focused on his physical abilities and tools.

Elven Dance draws upon the deepest and most powerful of elven magic which in turn dranis his magic and stamina pool. Bio: Rand was born to the second highest Elf family in existence, El'Thir. He was the second son of holy lord vessel Ga'al El'Thir. A family over 20,000 years old his family have watched over the elven holy lands for times long forgotten. Rand was raised and bred to be a holy warrior. A man to take the mantle of lord vessel from his father and thus trained by only the most experienced and capable elven warriors. When he reached 100 his century age ceremony ended in disaster as a attack by a witch caused havoc and the death of his older brother. He then got his father's permission to hunt down the witch who did it. 70 years later he found the aged witch who had no bore two daughters. He allowed her to live under the pretense she would not teach her children witchcraft. he returned a few years later and found her house burning with her two daughters trapped inside. He was able to save one daughter who told him witch hunters sealed them both inside and set the house ablaze. Rand took the girl and raised her, she became a witch but one who learned healing spells and she travelled with him healed people. one fateful day she left alone to a small village where she was spotted by a witch hunter and attacked, rand could not save her in time and took her back to his elven forest. When he returned his father shunned him for bringing a witch to the holy forests and when rand refused to leave her to die he was exiled from the forest until he brang back the head of a witch. The girl lived and he watched her age and die. On her death bed she asked him to swear to protect the witches that held no evil. Since then he has lived his life warding witch hunters from witch hunters yet for a witch that brings havoc his sword acts just and he will take their life unless they turn to the light.

@All; Okay, I best clear things up to those of you who are going to be witch-hunters. All main weapons are made out of Brightstone. The secondary weapons are all normal weapons with no magic properties to it. As for weapons accessories, if you have noticed my profile, I had put ring for my first character. The reason for it is that all weapon accessories are the forms that the main weapon maintain when not in used. Basically, if you are to use your main weapon, your weapon accessories will transform into that main weapon. From ring to gloves/guns/swords and etc. Also to those who had chose guns as their main weapons, you do not have to worry about bullets. For the bullets are from your own cosmos. It will not run out till your cosmos or energy is depleted. Your cosmos is your element. Also, the main weapons cannot be used by any other people. For the main weapon are bound to its user almost like a contract.

@Roxas; Your strong ability for your first character is a bit too strong. Please make some changes to it. I would suggest having strong side-effect for using that strong ability like how I have my character strong ability having a downside to it. As for your second character, I would suggest you added that your character cannot make any other witch-hunter's weapons as her own for the Knight of honor ability. Again, please have a side-effect for your strong ability and defensive. I would suggest a time limit for the defensive ability, like perhaps about 20 minutes or 30 minutes to maintain that ability. You might also have to change your second weapon, for as you saw the second weapon is just ordinary weapon used for back-up.

@Frozen; Like I told Roxas, please make changes to your second weapon. The second weapon is just an ordinary weapon with no magic properties. It is only used as back-up. Also I am wondering, does your black dragon armor has any weaknesses? Because, for my cloak it is weak against ordinary attacks like daggers, while it is able to nullify magic attacks.

There are weaknesses for his armor, if you look at his armor in the image you can clearly see that... Well.. Do some research on medevil armor and think about it. If you've got basic understanding of the purposes of different parts of armor, then you wouldn't be asking for weaknesses. The only hint I can vaguely give out to my foes in this RP is that you'd have to use a sword or knife on beeep parts of his armor up close.

As for his second weapon, it's only used for targets that can fly. Therefore it counts as a back-up weapon in anti-air scenarios since his sword would be insufficient. I will definitely change the gun to shoot his cosmos.

(Weak) Coating - he enchants any weapon (especially his hammer) and gain the ability to channel a user's element type through it. It is only temporary. Considered more of a buff.

Two non-attacking:
Repair: He is able to repair broken weapons (normal weapons), armors, and shields back to its original state. Tirr may choose to temporarily make equipment/weapon/armor/shield become unbreakable one time depending on the owner. But in doing so, turns the equipment/weapon/armor/shield to dust.

Create: He can mold new weapons as he reads the text written in the Grimoire using a brightstone, pieces of dust that resulted from "repair", and anything that comes from the earth.
-Side Effect: He's only able to use this 5 times a day. Further usage will spread corruption and consumes his body. This gives the witch a chance to possess his body once again. Advisable not to use in battle, mostly for business purposes only *People have to pay for them.

Defensive:
Armor - By reading through the Grimoire, he summons an armor. He decides who wears the armor. The armor is only able to block magical properties.
-Weakness: It crumbles when a physical attack is dealt with it
-Side effect: Curses the wearer to sap their life energy (weakening them in the process) in exchange for being able to repel magical properties. Corruption is spread starting at the chest area where life energy is fresh from the heart.

Personality: A laconic person. (Man of few words)

Bio:
In the early years of his life, Tirr is under the tutelage of a blacksmith in Avalon, his birthplace. One night as Tirr returns home, he encounters a witch hunt within a forest near Avalon. He is in awe at glimpsing at the witch's beauty. He planned to intervene the witch hunt; however, it was too late. The witch hunter was very powerful, being able to slay her in a blink of an eye. Witnessing this, he flees but an unknown force took control over Tirr's body, stopping him from leaving. His body brought the witch's body and her weapon to safety. This unknown force is the soul of the slayed witch.

Under the witch's control, he left Avalon. Tirr's mind is conscious to what's going on except he silently observes the witch as she stayed in his body for a century. She uses Tirr's body to use her weapon called the grimoire. The witch's plan is to revive herself using Tirr and bring vengeance to all witch hunters living in the world. When the witch is able to read the text that grants her the power to revive herself, she applies her dark aura towards the grimoire. Since she is just a source of dark energy, the grimoire extracts her out of the host, freeing Tirr.

Tirr inherits her ability to read the text in the grimoire as its current user and returns back to Avalon to become a blacksmith. He brings no ill will towards the witch who possessed him for so long and is actually very thankful that she did.

Since the grimoire is a source of darkness, he promises to use it for the good of elven kind as well as using it on moderation as corruption spreads through his body. He uses the Grimoire for forging weapons, armor, and shields. He became a famous blacksmith in Avalon.

Nonetheless, he was banished after rumors spread that his craft curses anyone who weilds/uses them. He soon traveled the world with the witch trapped in his grimoire and was never heard since.

She was exiled by the witches who lived after she tried an unknown spell that brought genocide to her people. In order to finish her off, the remaining witches hired a witch hunter through an anonymous proxy. She was "dealt" with ever since. Without the witches knowing, she lived on in Tirr's body and plans to come back with a vengeance.

@ Avaris: I didn't really compare with the other cast members before writing, ended up having something really similar with the "witch in their body" idea. I ended up just connecting the two somewhat in the backstory, just tell me if you don't want me doing that. :>

Magic's Advance (Strong) - Strikes the ground hard sending a crippling wave of magic forward whose element aligned to Soul Eater's current element. Any magical enchantment on Soul Eater is removed thereafter. (requires an "enchantment" - See: Defensive Posture)

The sword must take at least a minute to cool off as the wave disrupts the weapon’s magical integrity. Betraying this would likely lead to the swords deterioration, and possibly causing its current form to shatter.


Rippling Slash (Weak) - A single swipe of the sword that uses wind magic to cause many smaller hits to strike the foe afterward. The additional hits have been known to be particularly deadly towards armored opponents, as they often sweep in through openings in the armor and wreak havoc on the person inside. Anyone hit with the full force of the attack is sent flying.

It is a single strong horizontal strike that can be avoided, should it miss, the user is left vulnerable for a moment to regain their stance. This of course wouldn’t quite matter if the attack hit in the first place.


Flashstep (Non Attack) - Using Wind Magic, one can achieve fantastic bursts of speed for short distances. It can be chained twice for maneuvering, but the user must rest afterwards or face increased exhaustion.

There are three basic carnations of flash step: straight ahead or straight backwards. A flanking movement to the left or right, or if close, an extreme flanking movement where the user appears behind the foe that also happens to be the most exhausting to perform.


Satellite Armor (Non Attack) - Allows for two objects to defensively guard a perimeter near the user. Though shoulder pads are often used, in reality anything of similar size can be used as a replacement in dire situations. Should any large object strike against them, they will try to maintain their spacing, sending anything human sized flying back from whence they came.

They only move as quickly as the user can control them, thus making them useless against more stealthy opponents and sneak attacks.


Defensive Posture (Defensive) - An excellent defensive posture that allows for counterattacks. But more importantly makes use of Soul Eater's magic eating ability. The way soul eater consumes attacks is divided into tiers. Weak attacks are consumed to replenish Soul Eater's life force. Strong attacks are absorbed into Soul Eater and activates "enchantment" which makes the weapon adapt the spell's elemental alignment until it is discharged in "Magic's Advance".

Adsorption only works within a set area around the user when activated, meaning only magic’s in the user’s immediate vicinity would be absorbed. Magic that affects a large area will continue to persist around the user. Soul eater cannot absorb more than one strong magic attack at a time, or else the stored enchantment will discharge right into the user!


Personality: She is a personable woman with an accepting and professional nature. This she learned helped gain her precious money to purchase supplies. She also has used various forms of blackmail, flattery, and underhandedness to successfully avoid prosecution and witch hunters on many occasions.

She’s usually more concerned with her own quest to potentially rid herself of her inherited curse. While she holds no ill will towards the witch hunters, she certainly considers them a bit of a nuisance for herself. Lucia has had to take a couple of lives to keep her true identity a secret. Despite the often harsh environment, she genuinely treasures the bonds she's formed with people in her travels.

The greatest thing Lucia hates is being caught off guard. Evidenced by her large array of defensive skills.


Bio: Legend has it that 200 years ago, a witch using the notes of Anima the Anamoly, wreaked havoc across two kingdoms by taking control of the bodies of the two kings and setting them to wage war against each other. Her reason, legend has it, that she was a princess whom was disowned by one of the kings for her disorderly conduct. Eventually, an unnamed witch hunter brought an end to her madness, and binded his soul to hers, so that her rancid plots would never happen again. Since that time, various people have been born with the conjoined soul, and have been guided by the kudan that serves as the avatar of the hero. They can live completely normal lives so long as they never practice high level elemental magics that could break the witch from the seal in their soul.

Traditionally, the Order of Witch Hunters has sought out anyone apparently birthed with the pendant of the hero. Anyone who resisted them where executed on spot, whilst other came to become great witch hunters themselves. Sharon the Counter Master, whom also inherited the pendant, was a peerless swordsman whom served the witch hunters 140 years ago. He was reputed to have been able to win duels using only “1/2 of a move.”

Lucia is the current reincarnation of the witch, and was quickly condemned for being one. 3 Days after her birth, the Pendant of the Hero appeared before her, harking to a legend that the pendant followed the soul of a malevolent witch from the past. Her heartbroken mother, unable to take the life of her own child, instead set her in a basket with the pendant, to drift along the river. After being found by chance by the couple at the mill, she was raised as their own. Though they would soon come to know of her witch identity, they raised her without any prejudice.

Seeking to protect her adopted parents, Lucia left home at the age of 16 taking a lone dagger and the seemingly sentiment yet insane talking pendant with her. Following the pendants words, if she could become stronger, she could free herself of being a witch by dispelling the villain whom resides within her soul. Her many hard lessons and dangerous encounters in her travels has turned her into a fine swordswoman with hundreds of kilometers of travel at her feet. She hopes to return home someday after ridding herself of the witch’s soul.

Name: The Pendant of the Hero – Titus
Type: A mimic, that is capable of taking various forms of objects. By default it seems to be a pendant.
Elements: Light

Abilities: Two Way Teleport

The pendant of the hero is capable of performing a teleport in which it appears in one location and then comes to rest at its original spot. It can even teleport into locks to break them open, or into a living thing to deal a nasty wound.

Anything currently attached to the pendant (ie the dagger, or the dagger and the user holding it) will be teleported. The two way teleport will hold its first position for a maximum of 5 seconds before returning to the origin.
The skill is, however limited to only be used once in 1 hour intervals. It is also useless against anything that is already resistant to magic or magic adsorbent. The teleport range is limited to anything within the users’ eyesight. Furthermore, the target must be within the user’s view in order to successfully execute, making teleportation practically useless in the dark. It would be worth noting that that the pendant also has the ability to teleport straight to Lucia's location, this is how the pendant was able to find her and all of her previous reincarnations in the past. It is regarded as a regular teleport skill and thus is also limited to one hour intervals between use.

Personality: The Pendant is the avatar of the soul of Titus, the hero who slew the witch whom caused the 30 years of chaos. His sole purpose is to ensure the current incarnation of the witch does not undo all of his work. He retains the memory of his own past, as well as his experience with the many incarnations before Lucia, making him a treasure trove of knowledge. Sadly for Lucia, the old avatar seems to have lost some of its sanity over time and rarely provides any help. Resulting in it being more of a cynical sidekick. Lucia’s method of fighting is based on similar regimens the Pendant advised to her previous incarnations. Her current rate of improvement could put her just above the famous Sharon the Counter Master.

Benelli Accelerator (Main) - A heavily modified shotgun. It is incredibly unique as the inside of the shotgun barrel is lined with a masterfully crafted magnetic accelerator. The array makes it so that the shotgun's spread (of the ammunition) is verily reduced, making the weapon effective at medium ranges. Any projectile that it fires strikes with much greater force. The chamber has also been modified to be able to fire anything that can be magnetized and of reasonable size (ie. a small metallic rock or nail)

To give perspective, when the firearm was first made the weapon was test fired against a solid block of steel. The shot using a single standard shotgun pellet, turned the block into "a piece of modern art", distorting it's shape in a way unimaginable. Holds 6 slugs before needing reloading.

Police Baton (Secondary) - A trusted collapsible police baton that's proven itself on countless occasions. Though it looks ordinary, it is actually made of a stronger grade of metal usually reserved for weapons such as blades. This baton is actually quite heavy, and has been known to be able to cause denting in armor. He is able to wield it like a twig.


Equipment: Counter Insurgent Armor - This old standard issue armor has been heavily modified to allow the user to look like an inconspicuous citizen on the road. Despite this, it has also been perfectly optimized for all combat situations.

Abilities:

Improvised Acidic Fragmentation Flash Buster Impact Grenade (strong) - Throw a powerful grenade that is a combination of a regular grenade and a flash bang. Allies and Enemies in a medium range will feel "severe discomfort" from the loud explosion of the blast, and anyone directly looking at the blast will likely be momentarily blinded. The shrapnel from the grenade is actually a sort of acidic liquid substance that, while nonlethal, causes momentary but severe sensations of burning on the contact with skin for a period of time, even if it is adsorbed into clothing. Furthermore, the grenade only explodes the moment it hits a surface, rather than depending on a timed fuse.

As with any grenade, the user may inflict damage on themself or their allies if they don't choose where they throw carefully. Furthermore, while the user is able to produce more of these grenades on the go, they are limited to using at the most 2 per engagement.


Sniper Acceleration (weak) - The user can temporarily utilize the Shotgun's power source to increase the power of the magnets; this results in the spread of the shotgun being further reduced, and giving it effective ranges similar to rifles.

This ability can only be used once in between 30 second intervals or else face battery drainage that can decrease the effectiveness of the shotgun's normal shots.


Just-Like-Dancing Dodging (non-attacking) - While normal humans lack the able bodies of other types of humanoids in the world, they do have the capacity to train. The user's years of experience in dealing with often armed opponents and subduing them in a non-lethal way has made him a master in unarmed combat. Agility and Reflexes have allowed him to dodge and subdue trained swordsman in his past.

However, being a human, he can only last for so long before getting tired. Putting him at a disadvantage against other humanoids unless he can strike a decisive blow within the small timeframe.


Magnetize Foreign Object (non-attacking) - Any object that can be held in the user's hand can be magically coated with a magnetic field turning that cheap looking plastic bobby pin into potential ammunition for your magnetic shotgun! This mode of fire uses only magnets, which make the shots generate virtually no sound whatsoever. This skill is primarily used to allow the user to silently snipe enemies.

It should be worth noting that normal shotgun shells need to be ejected from the gun's magazine before any other foreign object is loaded into it. Anything loaded in the chamber is launched in its entirety when the gun is fired. The user mustn’t use this particular projectile type too often or else face increased weapon barrel deterioration. Metal objects such as nails don't do quite as much damage to the gun barrel due to their metallic nature, making magnetization more reliable than with non-magnetic objects. Though anything can be magnetized, what can be loaded into the shotgun is limited to very small objects.


IBB-IGO (Incredibly. Bad. Breath. Ingested. Gas. Ordinance.) (defensive) - Counter Insurgents often had to use various and sometimes unethical methods to extract information from captives. One particular type of interrogation was by having the integrator speak to them with IGO's, an incredibly terrible smelling gas that an agent with a strong stomach would talk at a captive with. Though the program was long abandoned due to the fact too few could host the gas, this user was a success, and is immune to the stench.

This passive skill only applies when the user is in close range. As normal breathing will already do most of the work. And enemy or ally who stays close to the user will experience increasing levels of nausea until they end up spilling the contents of their stomach on the spot. The average person has been able to last 30 seconds of exposure before having their stomach subdued. As a side note, the stench can be temporarily negated by eating a common brand of cheap candy.



Personality:
He doesn't talk quite too often, as he usually chooses his words carefully and is a bit more of a "take orders" type of person. Regardless, he looks like he wants for absolutely nothing, and seems content with being Lucia's companion. He's the kind of person you just know you can depend on. Unlike Lucia, his experience has made him capable of living off the land, as well as making him a bit more distrustful towards strangers. Though his time with her has been changing that view little by little.

He actually has a small crush on Lucia, but a combination of their age difference, his eternally bad breath, and the fact he owes her his life makes him feel too shameful to come out with it.



Bio:
It was not too long ago that the witch insurgency caused a spike in crime rates outside of Emerald City. A slew of murders and the difficulty of normal law enforcement agents to deal with the witch insurgents in the countryside called for a special anti-insurgent force to be formed to combat the threat. The witch hunters, normally the ones tasked with anti-witch operations, where proving to be unreliable and unaccountable during this particular period. This and the desire for the government to have it's own permanent counter-witch unit lead to its formation.

Merik was originally a special operative from a governmental agency which dealt with witches long before the crisis. The talented young soldier helped form the curriculum that humans in similar anti-magic fields now practice. After a year of training, a unit under his leadership where tasked with a mission to pacify a region in the countryside. The rest of the details he's never told Lucia about, but what is for sure is that the moment he returned to Emerald City he was discharged immediately, never to return to government service.

Merik chose to live his life off the land in an isolated location off one of the main highways. He however, caught a crippling sickness that left him bedridden. Had not a curious mercenary named Lucia not happened to come across his cave and help him, he would've likely expired where he lay. With a debt to repay, he's vowed to accompany her until the end of her journey. He's personally happy to have some sort of meaning in his life again.

Types: Armadillo(?)

Elements: Earth

Abilities: Has the ability to call fouth pillars of earth to rise from the ground in 20 second intervals. He can perform a more powerful version that summons 3 pillars in a row that has a 1 minute cool down.

Personality: Though he's pretty weak compared to most other companions, he has a strong constitution and and indomitable fighting spirit that no doubt comes from Merik's own personality.

Merik came to be able to see his Kudan several months after he left the Anti-Witch forces in one of his more difficult periods of trying to survive out in the wilderness. With Cliff's Company Merik was able to finally adapt to his new situation.

Appearance: Like most any other Armadillo.

Genesis Metal Short Staff (Main) - This specialized staff is constructed of a special dwarven developed Genesis metal. The metal is able to be easily reformed at will into surprisingly solid shapes by special Lightning Magic Users while remaining virtually weightless.

Genesis metals are actually composed of magically modified meteorite dust that has fallen into the atmosphere, and it's manipulation is constructed upon the basic principle of the magnetic properties of metals. They also have the ability to take surrounding meteorite dust and slowly assimilate it into any form at the user's will. The staff possessed by the user has material that took 75 years to gather and prepare.


Sidearm (Secondary) - This pistol offers a high rate of fire with reasonable stopping power in a conveniently portable size. 8 Rounds before reloading.


Equipment: Frilly Dress - A frilly dress that's the last thing you would see in battle. Kuuyari considers it comfortable and a conveniently discreet way to hide Genesis Metal Dust - whatever that means.

Abilities:


Megabolt (strong) - A powerful electric attack that localizes the static electricity in a large area to call a bolt of lightning from the sky onto a desired target. Even if the bolt does not hit the target, should it strike nearby, the target would likely be momentarily dazed from the force of the strike. A direct hit is a completely different story. The skill's range is limited to where the user can see.

Needs a minute in between each cast to remain effective, like any other lightning, the bolt prefers to strike higher targets, meaning that even if the skill is cast by a magician there is no guarantee it will go straight at the enemy.


Shock Drive (weak) - Electricity is launched from the hand at an opponent, unlike megabolt this spell is more based upon magic than nature. An opponent struck by this will be electrified and potentially temporarily immobilized due to the electrocution. Anyone in close proximity to the victim may find themselves also getting shocked.

While the bolt is fast, it has what is regarded as having a short range before becoming ineffective. The attack is avoidable by anyone with keen eyes of the user casting it. It is nonlethal unless the victim is subject to the attack for a prolonged period, or if the target has additional conductors such as being drenched in water, covered in metallic dust or clad in a metal suit of armor.


Metal Manipulator (non-attack) - Allows the user to freely manipulate Genesis Metal Material. Primarily this means the user can create small objects such as a short sword, or a small shield, or even create dangerous phenomena at higher levels. The reformation can be done at will. With the "Absorb Metals" skill, the user can create larger phenomena using this ability.

The only major limitation of this skill is that that the initial metal material available is low. While the user can manipulate the metals as they wish, larger objects/phenomena will be easier to predict but have much longer reach and be of greater size. An item created by this method turns to dust when it comes into contact with any form of Anti-Magic debuff. Furthermore, the metals must dedicate to a single phenomena or item formation at a time, needing to deconstruct it's current form whenever it is used for something else.


Absorb Metals (non-attack) - A passive skill that allow the user to temporarily enchant metals around her (Primarily in the soil). These metals can then be utilized in the same fashion as Genesis Metal.

Unfortunately, because it is an enchantment, any accumulated metal goes back to normal at the end of every engagement. However, any drawn out battle gives the user more time to gather material for attacks. The amount of metals gathered mostly depends on how much the character moves (enchanting on the ground), or the amount of other metals that is available for magical decomposition into dust. The general rule of thumb is that the longer the battle lasts, the more metal dust becomes available.


Disruption Field (Defense) - A defensive stance where the user creates a powerful electric field. The field is capable of neutralizing weak magic’s that come into contact with it. It also uses magnetic properties to deflect a bullet's trajectory, usually causing it to veer off into a harmless direction once it comes into contact with the barrier. Any life form that is unfortunate enough to step into the field will likely get electrocuted.

The user must be stationary when holding the field. Furthermore said field only affects the area directly in front of the user, thus leaving them vulnerable from behind and at the sides. While most metal projectiles can be stopped, (such as the spray of a sub-machine gun), large caliber bullets at high velocities will have their trajectories modified at the most. Very Large metal objects such as cars will unfortunately require some actual maneuvering to avoid!



Personality: Kuu can usually come off as being overtly blunt about things, and though her default expression usually seems passive she does have a short temper that she subconsciously expresses through her magic.

She is relatively well traveled, and has a particularly special bond with the dwarven races that she was raised under. As such, she has a keen understanding of their metallurgy and technology that forms the basis of her own magic. Similarly, she explains things in their uniquely simplistic language that can be best described as "incredibly vague". Kuu has also developed a strong sense of justice that has often gotten her sidetracked.

Kuu is firmly aligned with the witches, and will actively challenge any lone witch hunter who comes after her. She is well aware of her limits however, and would never take part in a battle where she's outnumbered. As for her fellow witches, she likes to be friendly with them, the notable exception being Lucia whom she regards as her rival worthy of occasional insults. This however doesn’t stop Kuu from hugging Lucia whenever she gets the chance.


Bio: Despite her appearance, Kuuyari is actually a full blooded dwarf. She appears to have been born with a birth defect that, in her later life, would cause her body to develop with a less muscular appearance. Nonetheless, her body type proved perfect for channeling magics, and the learning capacity of the dwarven race helped forge a fantastic magician. She is highly adept at Lightning Magic, which allows her to use her unique metal control ability.

One of her closest friends was a young witch whom was in hiding from the witch hunters. It was with her that Kuu came to find out that she was, in fact a witch, and not just someone with the capacity to use magic. She also came to learn some things from this witch that would inevitably make her seek to cross paths with Lucia sometime in the future.

Eventually, the witch was captured and summarily executed by the witch hunters. Since the age of 18, Kuu left home to wander around the land saving whomever she can from the inquisition. This has spread saving anyone from any forms of injustice whatsoever. On the side, she assists at blacksmiths for incredibly low pay. Smiths have often hired her expecting some kind of joke only to be spellbound by Kuu's impressive metalwork straight from dwarven teaching. Jokingly, her work would be regarded as mediocre by her elders as she tends to prefer style over practicality, seeming more like “wall ornaments” than weapons. That hasn’t stopped people from buying them though.

Name: Doge

Types: It takes the form of a shadowy wolf that can run at blinding speed, it's form is composed of metallic dust.

Elements: Lightning

Abilities: He can bite like a normal beast but has a similar "absorb metals" field enchantment as Kuu. As he absorbs more he becomes larger and more powerful. If he gets destroyed the metal that made up his form would go straight to Kuu. She can re-summon him with a simple snap of her finger. Requires a certain amount of enchanted metal powder in order to summon him in his weakest initial form, and it does take a moment for the dust to take proper shape. Kuu always keeps a bag of metallic dust to allow a summon at the start of every engagement.

Doge's dusty form makes him resistant to physical attacks, though a blast of magic or sure strike through his center core will cause his form to collapse. This task becomes increasingly difficult as he absorbs more metal particles and becomes larger.

Personality: Doge is rarely summoned outside of battle, but on the occasions that Kuu does, Doge will usually pass the time chewing on metal things such as swords. In battle, Doge has a highly aggressive no nonsense personality in battle that is keen on rushing the enemy whenever plausible. He will similarly break down if he comes into contact with anti-magic.

@Ugo: The soul of my character is trapped in the book now so it's fine. But wow!! Thanks for doing that in the lore. I actually planned on doing a "legend" for my witch character's bio. Though just to correct that the name of my witch is "Anima" lol I'm willing to collaborate with the lore if you want me to :D

@Frozen; -sigh- I think I specifically explain to you about the gun along with the cosmos...it looks like you were not listening. It would also seem like you did not read my second post about the weapon accessory. Your second character is a witch-hunter, his main weapon is made out of brightstone, which the bullets are your cosmos themselves. Also when I state the secondary weapon, I was thinking something less powerful, like an ordinary gun or knife. Also I would like all your abilities to have a flaw. I suggest setting a limit to your defensive ability while have a strong side-effect for your strong ability like how I did with mine. Same goes with your weak ability. If you don't understand, look at other people's profile for example as side-effect or flaw. An elite knight your character may be, but no one is that powerful or strong. If you are up against an elf, you might get your butt kicked, for as i mentioned witch-hunters strength is lower than an elf but stronger than human while equal to witches.

@Fharis; alright, I got fenris message.

@Avian; Like I told Frozen, I also want your abilities to have some flaws. Even if your character is an elf, elves also has flaws in their abilities as well. All magic, cosmos are like a double-edge sword, much like equivalent exchange.

@all; I'll start the rp somewhere around wednesday or thursday night, depends if I am not exhausted from work.
