Here is a general breakdown of what we've compiled so far:
This issue is only affecting users in Malaysia. Please note that we are able to view you all's sites.
Your sites are not down, they are simply inaccessible to users with TM Net as their ISP.
From the looks of the Traceroutes provided, users are experiencing connection errors directly after accessing their ISPs. (View the 2nd hop on your traceroutes.) This issue is related to a possible blockage on your ISP's end.
General Errors include being unable to access sites or only seeing the CSS of user sites(no template)
This issue is only affecting users with Custom Domain Names.

(EDIT - Yesterday) Users have contacted their ISPs and received little to no assistance.

The range of ISPs has increased to include TM Net Streamyx, along with P1, Maxis, and Digi which have all returned inconclusive results. This may not affect all users. It's subject to variance depending on how each user's connection is filtered.

This issue is still primarily affecting users with Custom Domain Names. However some users have also reported the inability to view their sites via their Freewebs Domain and Webs Subdomain.

Clarification
We are not aware of any "Cable Issues" that have reported on our end post the recent Earthquake in Japan
As previously stated, we are currently able to view your sites.

(EDIT - Yesterday) Since users are able to access their sites via Public DNS, it can be concluded that this is indeed an ISP-Related Issue.

This issue is not on our end

What is being done?
We are in the process of researching the issue further.
We are not 100% sure of the exact cause of the issue at the moment, but it does look ISP-Related. We'll continue to keep you all posted via this topic.

What can you do?
CONTACT YOUR ISP. You'll need to get in touch with your ISPs to find out if they are experiencing any known blockages. You may not be able to get much information from a Level 1 Tech, so you'll need to be persistent. Provide them with your traceroute findings and let them know that you're experiencing accessibility issues directly after connecting to TM Net.
For now, you should be able to access your sites @ www.yourusername.webs.com as this issue is only affecting Custom Domain Holders.
You can also access your sites via a free proxy server like http://freeproxyserver.net/ for temporary access until the issue has been fully investigated and resolved.
