@OOC; Hey everyone, this rp is based on the anime/manga called Kaze no Stigma. This was requested by a certain user which I am not going to reveal who it is. Note that the main characters from the anime or manga will not be in this rp. †Stigma† of the †Shadows† Time passed, technology expanded. The past of old been forgotten, however there are a few families who to this day still remember the power of the nature, the power of the four elements: Fire, Earth, Water and Air. During these time, family watched over by the spirit king of fire have grown powerful and became the top out of all the other elements and families. In Japan, a family had made themselve known. They are the Kannagi Clan blessed by the spirit king of fire. These people are consider as Spirit Technique Practitioner. Spirit Practitioner is not only located in Japan but all over the world. Their job is to vanquish evil spirits or youma. Within the Kannagi family, a young man was deemed useless for he could not use the spirit of fire and is even afraid of it. The family cut ties with the man who was also one of the heir to the Kannagi family. Within this world, those who could wield the spirits of fire, water, air or earth within there own family are consider useless, an outcast. Each spirit practitioner also have one powerful person who is consider the contracter, having entered into a contract with the spirit king ( Wind spirit King, Fire Spirit King, Earth Spirit King, Water Spirit King). The contractor is able to draw upon all the spirits of wind/fire/water/earth based on which spirit pratitioner the contractor is. He/she is consider the strongest of all the other spirit practitioner. However, during the time when Spirit practitioner are doing there job, a foe came to play: Stars of Sagacity. They are adept in anti-mage fighting. There goal is unknown. . WARNING!! When you join this rp, please make sure your character is not from any anime or from the series called Kaze no Stigma. This rp is based on Kaze no stigma, but I wish that you would create your character without copying from any anime characters which includes there technique and skills. Be Creative!! [INFORMATION] [Spirit Technique Practitioner (精霊術師, Seirei Jutsushi?)] The spirit arts are split into elements such as fire, wind, earth, and water. [Blaze Technique (ç‚Žè¡“, Enjutsu)] The fire arts are most effective for combat. Users of Enjutsu are known as Enjutsushi (炎術師, Blaze Technique Practitioner) and can draw upon flame spirits. The Kannagi and McDonald clans are two famous Enjutsu user families from Japan and America, respectively. Common powers include emitting fireballs. [Enraiha (炎雷覇, Blaze Lightning Supremacy)] A sacred sword with fire properties, given to the successor of the Kannagi family. It was supposedly given to the Kannagi by the Honō no Seirei-ÅŒ (炎の霊魂王, Blaze Spirit King). [Blaze Spirit King (焔の精霊王, Honō no Seirei-ÅŒ)] The founder of the Kannagi clan originally entered into a contract with him a thousand years ago, and the Kannagi family derives their strength from his power. [Fire of Purification (浄化の炎, Jōka no Honō)] The fire of purification has the power to exorcise yōma from their hosts or environment. The Kannagi clan is in charge of purifying and eradicating evil yōma in Japan, due to their contract with the Flame Spirit Lord. [Wind Technique (風術, FÅ«jutsu?)] The wind arts are most effective for reconnaissance, it is also quite effective for combat. Unlike Enjutsu users, wind users have a much faster summoning ability. Users of FÅ«jutsu are known as FÅ«jutsushi (風術師, Wind Technique Practitioner) and can draw upon the wind spirits. FÅ«jutsushi are able to conceal their own presence and are better at detecting elemental users. The FÅ«ga clan of FÅ«jutsushi served the Kannagi for 300 years, but was eliminated in the course of plotting revenge for their subjugation. [Wind Spirit King -] The Wind Spirit Lord [Wind of Purification-] The wind of purification, just like the fire of purification, has the power to exorcise yōma from their hosts or environment. The only person who can use the winds of purification is the contractor. Though not in the same league in terms of power of the fire of purification, the wind of purification has greater area effect than of that to fire. [KokÅ«sen -] A jingi given by the Wind Spirit King, KokÅ«sen is a spear-shaped weapon that can amplify one's ability in FÅ«jutsu. Where Enraiha is the great elemental weapon for fire, KokÅ«sen is the great elemental weapon for wind. [Wind Fang Clan] -A Fujutsu clan who serve under the Kannagi Family after being defeated by them centuries ago. [Earth Technique] - Users of Chijutsu are called Chijutsushi (地術師, Earth Technique Practitioner). The Tsuwabuki clan is known as the most powerful of Chijutsushi. Common attacks are making spikes rise from the ground, and creating earthquakes. [Water Arts] - The water arts, known as Suijutsu, are said to be strong against Enjutsu; however, it is completely erased when up against a higher-level Enjutsu user. [Spirit Beasts] - A Spirit Familiar is a large number of spirits who have been coalesced into a physical form. [Contractor] - A Contractor is a person who enters into a contract with a Spirit Lord. That contract grants the user the power to call upon all the spirits (of a certain element, depending on the element of the Spirit Lord) in the atmosphere or even tap into the power of the Spirit Lord itself. Contractors are said to have the most power, but their use of it is very limited, as that great power would put a strain on their body. In most cases, a portion of the powers of the Contractor would last through their lineage to future generations. [Special Information Storage Room] [Jingi]- An item given by a Spirit King. It can amplify one's power to the extent of a contractor. [Elixir ]- An extremely rare substance which is said to be the ultimate product of alchemy. It heals any injury inflicted upon a person, as well as clear the body of all supernatural afflictions. [Yōma] - Youma are demons that appear throughout the story. They can possess people and give them power while devouring their souls. They are considered to be evil spirits and are used in evil ways by some Jutsushi. Most youma do not have names as they are not of great importance. [ Slime]- Youma in the form of a slime. They cover people and absorb their life energy [Belial] - The strongest of all Youma. [Family] Kannagi Family- The most power Enjutsu Family throughout Japan. Reason is that there ancestor had enter a contract with the fire spirit lord which is the reason why they are consider powerful along with the family heirloom, Enraiha. Tsuwabuki Family- Family that wields the spirit of earth. The Tsuwabuki clan is known as the most powerful of Chijutsushi. Common attacks are making spikes rise from the ground, and creating earthquakes. Miwase Family- They are know to be most powerful Suijutsu, there power are effective against enjutsu but not against one that is too high level like a contractor. Fuwa Family- A family of fujutsu, related to the Fugu clan. They are not consider powerful compare to the other family in Japan. They mainly use their powers for smaller purposes. OutCast- Group of spirit practitioner who were banish from there own family due to lack of controlling spirits of either fire/earth/water/wind. They consider one another as a family and swore revenge. Stars of Sagacity- An Organization whose purpose is unknown. But it is known that they practise in summoning youma and such. His classmate admit that he is who made Aniya threw him, and wants to take responsibility for it. But, Aniya takes full responsibility and dropped out of school. Name: Yukihime Shikao (Real name: Yukihime Miwase) Age: 24 Gender: Female Location: Honshu Occupation: Freelancer Spirit Medium/Music Artist Family: N/A Role: Suijutsu Contractor Abilities: a)Gyougen: Konjousui - A powerful attack composed of a large number of "konjousui flowers" mixed with water spirits. "Konjousui" refers to water droplets with a 99.9999% purity, a sort of pure water which initiates corrosion most frequently in the natural world. Anything which touches the flower will be dissolved in an instant. Yukihime claims that she is only able to maintain it for a maximum of 4 minutes, whereas in reality she needs 4 minutes to complete the magic formation for the 'Gyougen: Konjousui Formation' technique which blasts a spirit beast up from beneath an opponent. This attack tires her and leaves her vulnerable for a short period. b)Mind Over Matter - She is capable of using water in all three of it's state's: Solid, Liquid and Gas. c)Spirit Beasts Summoner - She capable of summoning and using spirit beasts. She can not summon more then 2 beasts at one time. Any more and she will suffer internal damage from trying to control to many spirits. Also, she can only use water-type beasts. Weapons: Mangetsu - A water element Jingi, in the form of a chain sword. This weapon is built mainly for ranged and speed attacks, but is quite good in attack power. It amplifies the usage of water type-attacks. Personality: Originally a kind and sweet girl, several years of being alone on the streets have left her more world wise and weary. She specializes in manipulating people from the background to fulfill her needs. She enjoys writing music, fishing, kimonos and Anime. Bio: Born into the famous Miwase family that were considered masters in the art of Suijutsu, Yukihime has a lot of high hopes on her as the oldest child of the main family. However, to everyone's shock it was found that she found barely control the water at all. This was considered a shame of their family as they were the main branch and heads. And as such, she was banished and disowned by her family at the age of 12. Yukihime wandered around the world for almost 5 years and was eventually accepted by another Suijutsu family, The Aquamarines. Around this time she also discovered her talent in music and after a bit of help from the head of the Aquamarine family she acquired a recording contract and has not looked back. She has become an internationally renown singer at the age of 18. To help her in her weak Suijutsu abilities, the Aquamarine family's head helped her to form a contract with the Water Spirit King. She then became the contractor of water and continued to develop her abilities to finally become the strongest Suijutsu user of her generation. She is also a Freelancer Spirit Medium whom performs works such as exorcism. Now after about 12 years in exile, she has returned to Japan to record another album here. @Roxas; Could you please change the time limit for your gyogen to 4 or 5 minutes, reason is that water are a lot slower than wind, so it will be weird especially the fact that the attack is strong. Usually strong attack takes a lot longer in order to be unleashed. SO please change that. Also for the spirit beast, please also state that you can only summon water spirit beast and limit it to about 2. Spirit Beast summoning is more like a ritual and takes a bigger strain on your body.

Name: Risa Moriuchi (Risa Miwase) Age: 18 Gender: Female Location: Tokyo Occupation: Leader of the Outcasts Family: Miwase Role: Outcast Abilities: Can manipulate water at will and create ice, also an excellent swordsman Bio: Originally the heir to the Miwase family she left after the banishment of her good friend Kaitou. Before leaving though, she took the sword her father gave her. She had a hunch that he was in Tokyo, and followed him there. While looking around Tokyo she ran across an Outcast and decided to stay with them in a mansion she bought with her money. She agreed with their ideas and has decided to lead them. Incredibly powerful, the only thing that can stop her is a Wind Contractor. When she isn't leading the Outcasts, she's usually out vanquishing Youma and collecting leads on the whereabouts of Kaitou. Personality: A bit rash at times, she is kind and caring but is hot tempered. A true to life bookworm, her room is full of books. He is also a highschool student. Because he is student, he has an exception in carry a gun on him at all times. The purification of the flame is high considering it is the colour gold unlike ordinary flames. Minato's power is the Golden Flame, said to have the largest purification effect. Firestorm: Brings out a whirlwind like Fire; sparkle of flames emitted from the firespin creating a storm. If touch by the flicker of flames can be deadly especially if you were to breathe in the smokes from the storm itself. Weapons: Enraiha Personality:Kind, Gentle, Excels in his studies and in his athletic abilities. Bio:Minato is the younger son of Genma Kannagi. He looks up to his cousin Shiori and admires his Kaitou-Nii-sama (Older Brother), stating that one day he hopes to be as strong as him so he can protect everyone. Minato is also a skilled En-jutsushi, and has a power called the Golden Flame. The Golden Flame has the strongest purifiying effect of all En-jutsu. Minato also wield the Enraiha which was suppose to be Shiori, but the fact that his cousin ran out of household, the enraiha was passed on to him. Appearance:

Character #2: Name: Mashin Kannagi Age: 16 Gender: Male Occupation: considered to be K.I.A. but he works for the Stars of Sagacity as a cyborg. Family: Used to be Kannagi when he was "alive" and before the Stars of Sagacity turned him into a cyborg. Role: Enjutsu Cyborg that works for the Stars of Sagacity (villain) Ability: 1) Self-regeneration - he can heal himself as long he isn't hit with water 2) Shield Generator - protects himself from attacks all around him Weakness: water (his circuits can't handle it and self-regeneration won't help, he might need several repairs and replacements to stay alive) Weapon: Flamethrower Personality: He is like a machine which makes him no longer human. Bio: When he was still human, he was born into the Kannagi family but, he was reborn into a cyborg by the Stars of Sagacity. He was a best friend to Minato and Ichitaka before he went M.I.A. His whereabouts are unknown but is presumed, dead (he will and might show up later as a cyborg). Apperance:

Name: Samuru Miwase Age: 16 Gender: Male Location: Tokyo Occupation: Highschool Student/Freelance spirit executioner Family: Miwase Role: Suijutsu Abilities: Absolute Zero: Using magic to lower the temperature to absolute zero, can freeze anything except flames. He could create frozen barriers harder than depleted uranium(what modern day tanks use for their armor). He can also create weapons however he can only summon a weapon at full strength for one minute before it begins to melt. Frozen Spellbomb: Completly destroys water and leaves an explosion removing oxygen for a fraction of a second. Afterwards the area becomes moist. He can purify normal water and convert it to holy water. Weapons: Frozen Weapons Personality: Thoughtful, kind, lonely, brave. Bio: The youngest child of the Miwase and the only male. Like his sister he has the power to manipulate water. However he is able to perfect freezing and create whatever he wishes. Because of his overwhelming power that rivals his siblings, he is deemed to be the next heir to the family. Appearance:

Name : Hisui Mikazuki (Hisui Tsuwabuki) Age : 28 Gender : Male Location : Tokyo Occupation : Spirit practitioner, teacher Family : Tsuwabuki Role : Chijutsu Abilities : - Tsuchi ryū-hō (Earth Dragon Technique) Jutsu that allow it’s user to control over shape and structure of earthly materials they stepped on or they touch. The easier material to control is stone and sand, and the hardest is diamond. - Shikigami A technique that allow the user to call a low to medium level spirits within a certain time limit as a temporary familiar. It can be used in various way, either for figthing, tracking things, or helping house chores. Weapons : Ame no Nuboku Said to be the legendary spear (naginata) which create the first island of japan and create a bridge to heaven. Hisui himself are not quite know it’s ability, but the fact that the spear could purify those it touch and cut through magic and spirits make it a very useful weapon to him. Personality: Carefree and rather sly. Prefer to avoid troublesome matter, but can’t resist to mend with others business (especially those he knew). Bio: Born from the direct lineage of Tsuwabuki family, Hisui has been raised as a spirit practitioner since he remember. He himself never complaint about such a live since he know no other way to live. Since 16 he has been working and fighting as spirit practitioner and has a lot of experience, knowledge, and aquintance in his field of expertise. He make living from working as spirit practitioner and a teacher in a highschool. Although his family pushed him to quickly marry and have a child, he always avoid that topic since he still enjoying his current carefree and enjoyable live. His spear, Ame no Nuboku, was a family treasure of Mikazuki family which passed down along the generations. Mikazuki family is a very famous spear master family in Japan, and Hisui has been practicing their spear mastery since he still in elementary school. @frozen:Your abilities are tad bit strong for an ordinary suijutsu. Please set a side effect for your abilities or create a time limit for it. This is to avoid god-moding. Also another thing, no spirit practitioner can rival a contractor or be stronger than them. Also, Ice cannot freeze fire, always remember that ice is weak against fire while fire is weak against water. Please do remember that.

@OOC;Ok everyone, I shall start this rp now. Sorry for the long delay. I've been very busy lately. And might be for the next few weeks, so bare with me. @ Shia, I forgot to tell you this but the Kannagi family is actually located in Tokyo. So please edit your location and bio in your profile. 4 Years Ago [Kaitou Kannagi|Tokyo| Kannagi Residence| Afternoon] I was face to face in a battle against my cousin, fighting the right to wield the Enraiha. However, as always I was utterly defeated by her. I feel useless the fact that I could not wield the element fire. I clenched my fist as the fight is over. Now I sit before my father, as I hear him say that he is ashamed that I was even a kannagi and also ashamed that I am his son. He then told me that I am no longer a kannagi and that I should do whatever I wish. My father left the room and in walks my mother giving me a Credit card for me to use in order to survive in the outside world. I pack my stuff, leaving the Kannagi household, leaving behind everything including my little brother, Minato. I walked off and went on my way. . . . Present Time [Kaito Yagami| Tokyo| Client's house| Evening] I silently landed in front of the house quietly like the wind, I ring the doorbell. The door open as the maid of the house let me in to the living room. As I walked in, I notice a guy that is too familiar. A Kannagi. . . I smirk as I see him, " Oh, so its you. . . its been awhile since I last saw you" I said to him. The Kannagi looked at me in shock and said, " Ka-Kaito?! Is that you? What are you doing here? . . .I see. So you're the other psychic they called in for this exorcism. Who gave you permission to come back to Japan?" I silently looked at him and said. " Its not like I was exiled or anything. I go where I please." Then I notice the client glance at me then at him and asked, " You know him, Yuuki-kun?" Yuuki turned and answer the client, " Yagami is a fake name. This is Kaito Kannagi; he's considered a failure in our family." I sigh and said, " Yeah, that was a long time ago." Yuuki then asked me, " Why did you come back? Gonna come back to the Kannagi Family?" I answer with smile without any hesitation, " Not a goddamn chance." " Glad to hear it, for your sake." The client shook his hand and simply demanded he doesn't care who it is as long as we rid of this spirit possessing this mansion. Along with reminding us that every item in this room is worth far more than what we're being paid, as he reminded us to make sure not to break anything here. With confidence, Yuuki Kannagi assure the client to not worry while tell me to stand back and watch as he calls me a useless idiot. While telling me that he will show me how fire magic works, saying this with cocky attitude. I responded to his attitude, " Give it your best shot, youngest child of the branch family." Of course he got angry and grab my shirt in a fist and said, " What did you say? Why you. . .." After awhile, I sense it and said, " Its coming. Time to do your job." The room begins to darken as it slowly appears in the room. The client saw it and scared as he slowly got up and back away from it. Yuuki steps forward in front of the client as he face it. He conjure a fire ball and said. " Die, you evil spirit!" He then threw the fire ball at it. The fire engulf it, but it seem that it does not have any effect on it. I then spoke, " Dumbass." The thing grins and laughs and fire the attack back at Yuuki and the whole house. The house is alighted in flames.However, I was unaffected along with the client. " This isn't an evil spirit. It's a youma," I said. I notice the client crawls towards me and clings onto me, begging me to save him while saying this, " Please save me! I'll pay you! I'll pay you twice what we'd agreed!" " Your life isn't worth very much, is it?" I asked in a monotone voice. "Ten times, no. Fifty Times!!", the client plead as he say this. I then smile and said, " Have a nice day." "Hundred Times!" The client cried out. As he said this, I smirked and said, " you've got a deal." I then walked forward towards the Youma, while pushing the flames away from me, creating a path as I stand before it. I then focuses in on my powers within which is the colour blue and I blast out waves of wind, blowing away all the flames in the house. Strong whirls of wind surrounded me as I began slashing at the youma many times blades like wind till it disappeared completely. As everything is over, I smiled before I turn to the client and said, " I'm done. You've got three days to deposit the cash." " O-ok." I then turn my attention to yuuki who was laying on the ground feinting dead. I kicked him in the back and step on him, as the client then spoke, " W-What are you doing? I don't know what happen between you two, but you should treat the dead with. . . ." "He ain't dead" I said. I turn my attention back to yuuki and said, " Hey, how long are you gonna pretend to sleep?" He then move and look up at me. The client look at him dumbfounded, " what?" I answer to his confusion while looking down at yuuki, " The Kannagi Family are fire magic users who can control fire at will. They're protected by the spirits of fire; even a member of the branch family wouldn't die from flames of that intensity." Yuuki then slowly got while looking at me and said in shock," Kaitou, you use wind?" I smirked as I look down at him and said, " Of course, I'm an exception." Night has come and passed, I stand in my VIP hotel room looking out the window as look down at the city below me. While knowing that the Star of Sagacity will make their move soon. . . [Minato Kannagi| Kannagi Residence| Tokyo| Evening] I silently waited at the gate for my onee-san(cousin aka shiori) to come home from exorcising another youma today. I feel excited wanting to tell her the big news.

Edited all biography Sorry for the quick intro, mite edit after i come from school ^^ §hiori Kannagi| Kannagi Residence| Tokyo| Evening The night had fallen quickly, the slow steps of a young school girl, With red flaming eyes and long silky fiery hair. It was the young Shiori Kannagi, walking back to the Kannagi Residence, holding a transparent grocery bag. Inside contained a warm fresh patch of Melon Breads. Her eyes gazed at the light starts, lowering her eye site, she saw figure awaiting at the entrance of the residence. When her flame haze eyes glared at the figure the then saw that it was her relative, Minato. She smiled faintly and finally approached him, at the gates. Minato.. waiting for me?. She said as she ascended her pale and fragile arms, placing the grocery bag, holding the Melon Breads, before him, then leaning her head to the side, so he could see her smile faintly again. Shiori, was of a small stature for her age, so she gaze a bit upwards to Mianto. Just the one's you like... She said awaiting his reply.
