❋ The Bound ❋ Long time ago in the small town of Edmonton England, they were feared by many and threaten by no one. Known as the Royals The Lucretia Family was nothing more than Vampires. But after years of over thrown mankind's only predator had met its match, a unknown war devoured the other noble clans and pursued the Royal Family. The war succeeded resulting in the extinction of the Lucretia's and the death of King. Forcing the last of there kind to hide away from existence. After years of hiding the one last of the Lucretia became the heir. After that event seeking to end centuries of isolation, Mika Lucretia gains permission to create a small district for vampires, Known as The Bound. After a few years inside The Bound she reveals to the world the existence of vampires and her desire for both races to live together. Tensions, however, run high, for another family of vampire significantly more potent, started to cause many vampires to become violent, gluttonous for blood. Seen this an Organization name Saikano has begin there assassination attempt in plans to exterminate them, interfering with Mika's wish for peace with the human world. The Lucretia Vampires A small vampire family who possess vampiric ancestry, undiluted by human blood, whether by mating with humans or by being born. They are know under living withing The Bound. The Elliott Vampires After the years inside The Bound The Elliott Family began to changed as many people as they could to vampires as a "way in serving Mika". But instead they began making an army to create a new world for Vampires. Showing no respect to The Lucretia wish. They too also show a racist hatred to Werewolves, wishing to have them exterminated in the new vampire world. The Wolf's Is a family of highly evolved wolves that have developed to look like men. They have been in the service of the Lucretia family of vampires, for generations; they act as the Lucretia empire's military and special-ops units. They are born with stronger bodies than humans, keener senses of smell and sight. The Humans Living species capable of abstract reasoning, language, introspection, and problem solving. This mental capability, combined with an erect body carriage that frees the hands for manipulating objects, has allowed humans to make far greater use of tools than any other living species on Earth. Saikano Organization Saikano is the organization that Mika had gained permission to create The Bound. But after the agreement Lord Saikano began to doubt about the decision he had made and with that his decision was questioned after the several violent attacks by some vampires. He is easily recognized by his suit and expensive car, a reason he doesn't like the Bound is because it always gets things all over his car. He likes to hang out with the boys of the Manor. Yet he is dangerously over protective. She is outwardly gentle and kind-hearted, and is not very good at being malicious or at killing humans Bio: Lili is Kyon's younger sister. She was a normal teenage girl attending London High, when she was placed in the middle of Mika's demands for vampires to attend school. As a Result Lili was bitten by Mika, and turned into a Vampire against her will. Bio: Growing up in the world of humans Dice was saved by Queen Lucretia,meeting Mika as a child, he became strongly attached to her, making her a promise to always protect her and her older brother, Magus. After vampires are revealed to the world and he is forced into protecting Mika beside Setsuna, His high commander, He comes into conflict with his fellow human students, almost all of whom immediately treat him with distrust and hate for supposedly siding with the vampires. He felt that he had evolve into higher species than any ordinary werewolf or human. He knew had became what is known as Innovator. After Setsuna became an Innovator, he once again became stoic and close his heart to people once again. This was probably because he had become different from the others among the crew and was confused with his new abilities. As of right now his duties is to protect mika as one of her guardians. He also has high Durability, High regeneration and consider wise for his age. Abilities: -Mind-block-this ability, stop any enemies who use either empathy or telepathy to read his mind. His mind and emotions is safe thanks to this ability. -Embedding Light:This ability to use the power of light in varies ways, this attack is lethal against vampires, however the side effect is that he will go in a coma for 2 days before he is fully recovered after using it numerous of time, it takes a toll on his body if he overuse it, which cause to go in a coma. *Roaring Light: His roar is embedded with the power light which is consider lethal to vampires, this attack inflict towards the vampires through sound that is combine with the element of light. *Saber claw: His claws is embedded with the power of light, if he were able to inflict a scratch on his enemy, this ability slowly turn his enemies to stone, turning it into dust -Menace: able to predict where the attack will come or appear, enabling him to dodge the attack easily on time, can also be use to divert the direction of the attacks thanks to Menace(a being on Setsuna can see, due to being an innovator) Weapons: Silver Vampire Hunter Gun-Bloody rose: Setsuna use this only to avoid using his power. It also a good way to take down his enemies without having to use his special attacks on the vampires. (The gun is basically the same one as zero's in vampire knight/guilty) Appearance: [Wolf form] Second character ❋ Name: Lyner Barsett ❋ Gender: Male ❋ Age: 18 ❋ Role:student/ part of Elliot Family ❋ Race:Vampire ❋ Location:Elliot mansion ❋ Personality & Hobby: Lyner is consider a mystery at times for he hardly show what he is thinking or show any expression at all except for being bored. He lacks motivation, but when something interest him, he pursue it to the end. He does however show kindness to animals. ❋ Bio: Lyner was born with the power of psi(esp) his power is greater than the leader of the Elliot Family. However, the fact he has no wish to take the role as the leader of the family. Lyner is also consider a trump card in the family. However, Lyner tend to skip out on meetings and does his own thing mostly sleeping on the rooftop or play the piano, bass or guitar. ❋ Abilities: -Melchsee's Door:an ability that creates a concentrated ball of pure Burst energy. This ability seeks out any PSI energy in the area and completely absorbs it. It also eradicates any physical matter it touches. Once it absorbs enough PSI energy, it breaks down and starts to attack indiscriminately, shooting tree-like branches at all people who are using PSI. While powerful, it tax's a lot on his mind. This can be use in various attacks and defences: * Melchsee's Lance: - Lyner creates a condensed sphere and releases it, relying on the indiscriminate targeting of "Melchsee's Door" to track down the oppoents PSI energy. Because the sphere is small, it gains enormous speed but loses a lot of power, which also is less taxing on Lyner's mind but is still powerful enough to go thought a human or vampire's body. He can move the ball in any direction, or stop it, as long as it is a part of his program. When the small black sphere is tracking PSI energy, it moves extremely quickly and leaves a trail of itself along its path that can be used to slice oppoents by turning the sphere. This trail makes the Burst energy resemble a lance, hence the name. * Melchsee's Disc: - By setting a program for Melchsee's Door to stay put in front of him and limiting its PSI tracking to 5 meters, Lyner creates two discs that absorb any PSI attacks that are directed toward him and can be used for close range offensive attacks and be used defensively too. Unfortunately, when the discs absorb enough PSI energy, it activates Melchsee's Door's basic feature which attacks all PSI energy indiscriminately. Lyner has to forcibly stop the attack to keep it from killing his opponent, which greatly fatigues his mind. * Melchsee's Vortex: - This can be used offensively in two ways but is mosty used defensively. Lyner creates condensed spheres, each linked together with a line, allowing for greater control which forms a semi-sphere around him and absorbs all PSI attacks. When used offensively, can change at his oppoent with "Melchsee's Vortex" around him. * Ring Release, Attack Mode: Splash - This is the first offensive use of "Melchsee's Vortex".In the attack mode, Lyner breaks the chains linking the spheres and releases the spheres, causing them to splash around targeting PSI sources. This move is Similar to "Melchsee's Lance" but this move has a greater number of sphere's, making the attack harder to evade. -Nova Melchsee's Version:the ability to fly with his Nova activated giving him flight capabilities. Lyner found training to achieve Nova easier. showing that he has a greater affinity to this form of PSI. When Lyner completed his Nova training he saw the Nova turn black on his sholder which meant he knew about Melchsee's Door's power sliping in. This ability is strong but tax his brain occasionally will cause nose bleed, but if overuse even his brain is taxed, he will slip into a coma. This attack is a double edge sword. Can be use in varies ways to attack: This turned his Nova from a brilliant white colour to pitch black with his hair grew longer and spikier, his facial features are hidden but his eyes remain visible and he also has multiple black rings floating around his head like a halo with multiple Melchsee's Doors floating around him. Ageha still has some control in this from. * Power Amplification - This form allows Melchsee's Door's full power to be released and at the same time be powered by Nova. In this form his speed, strength and techinques are powered to unhuman levels and gains a berserker like fighting style. When Lyner attacks hit in this form they make a shockwave out of Melchsee's energy, his body is so hard that he was able to break even the strongest attack by just changing at him and make a hole in him with just a hand thrust. After a unknown amount of time This form will start cracking and disappers, leaving Ageha exhausted and bleeding form the lip (most likely from the stress put on the brain). This seem to put on less stress then the normal Nova. * Upgraded Melchsee's Lance - When activating Nova Melchsee's Version he can generate multiple, small Melchsee's Doors with rings around them which soon after being thrown become flat with more rings around them. It soon shoots multiple Melchsee's Lance's at the oppoenent with destructive potential but it gives up it's indiscriminate targeting system for bigger numbers. * Upgraded Melchsee's Disc - This is manly the same as the orginal Melchsee's Disc but with more power. Since Lyner gains a berserker like fighting style in this state he was seen using it by spinning around, making large cutting damage. * Upgraded Melchsee's Vortex - His new shield is relatively similar to his Melchsee's Vortex. While using Nova, Lyner is capable of forming 3 groups of rings from the Melchsee's Doors around him without "doors" attached to the ring. This version is now powerful enough to leave Lyner unscratched by the most powerful attacks which is his strongest attack. -Mind Block : This technique is more of a distinctive personality trait rather than a pure utilization of this variant of PSI, however, it does function as an effective counter-measure for Lyner if the circumstance arises where he is opposed by an adversary possessing mind-reading capabilities. Due to his innate capacity to passively succumb to his own immense fighting sprit, Lyner is capable of losing 'himself' within his distorted psyche and thus attacks completely devoid of any identifiable thought, effectually neutralizing the precognitive advantages of a telepathic opponent. Although highly beneficial in these types of confrontations, the ability remains specialized and as such, serves little purpose elsewhere. ❋ Appearance: ignore the wings if you want

Name: Lyka Haven Elliot Gender: Female Age: 23 Role: Elliot Vampire Leader Race: Vampire Location: Elliot Villa Personality & Hobby: The rule-stricken and very uncompromising respected leader of the Elliot. She is a complex individual. A tsundere, unpredictable, moody, judgemental. The brilliant loner. She loves learning, reading books and dirt biking. Though with a complex personality, she seems to grow a fond to Lyner, as he was her father's strongest warrior and most loyal, she respects him. Also, she mostly considers his advices to improve the Elliot organization She is one of the few Elliot who believes in equality between humans, wolves and humans. Biography: The Elliot family has ruled the vampire creation for generations but since the Lucretia wanted to promote equality, the Elliot showed sign of threat, they fear that vampires must only stick with their own kind, or dominate over other race. Mistress (2011): The Bound:.. The Elliot Family was ruled By King Ivanovic, he was killed in the Vampire War, for the threat he opposed. One of his strongest male member, Lyner, were to have the Role as The Elliot Ruler, But he denied the role and was passed down to the next Vampire, the female daughter of Ivanonic, Lyka. The rightful heir to rule, it was questioned, she was still to young for the role to take but there was no other choice. Later to known that the Lucretia Family had changed there vampire world ideals and That Lyka was to fulfill the Ideals that The Elliot Family had in cultured for generations, causing a massive differentials between the families. hey mistress, it's "L"! long time no see :P Name: Magus Lucretia Gender: Male Age: 24 Role: Mika's Guardian/Brother Race: Pure Vampire Location: Lucretia Mansion Personality & Hobby: Calculating, only cares for the good of the family. Extremely indifferent, he never considers life or death into any equation. Bio: Magus had been at the side of his father the entire time throughout the vampire war. He was involved in so many vampire killings during this time that most every vampire labeled him, "The Blade of Genocide." When his father was murdered, he blamed it on himself for not being able to prevent it. He shut himself into exile within the mansion because of it. Soon, however, he realized that he needed to carry out his job as the heir. It didn't take him long to pass that title onto Mika, knowing that his own reputation would ruin any hopes of the Lucretia Family retain peace. He now focuses on protecting Mika at all costs, with knowing that the past should never ever happen again. Abilities: Love of Blood: Heightened sense of smell can let Magus distinguish the race of those that are around him. This also prevents the threat of ambush. Frileya: While forging this sword, he actually spent time melding his blood to this sword, making it as reinforced as diamond and able to burn through most any being. His skill with this blade is unparalleled and near unmatched. Flight: Like his sister, he is able to reach great distances with one jump. Bio: His father was a werewolf. His mother was half vampire and half human. When he was born, the community around him was shocked to find a normal-looking boy. However, he was an outcast to everybody. Having no true blood and no true lineage, he was an outsider to everybody that he met. when Lord Saikano heard of such a wonder, he convinced the odd child to be his emissary, a night-wanderer that would sit in the shadows and watch over The Bound. Up to this point, the only person he found that actually seems to warm up to him is Mika, the heir to the Lucretia Family. Abilities: Wolf?: He has no wolf form, displays no wolf features, but have sharp teeth and heightened senses and abilities. Bat?: He has no specific vampire abilities, just the fact that he can consume blood to heal his wounds. Oucast : He has the ability to snuff out any man made light and can move through shadow and darkness. Name: Kyon Heart Gender: Male Age: 22 Role: Agent of Saikano Organization Race: Human Location: The Gates ll Apartment Personality & Hobby: Has been shown to be serious, and to have great self-control but it lacks around Vampires. He is able to stay relatively calm in most situations. He can be distance but care well for the safety of others. He just likes to sit down and relax. Bio: Kyon is a Saikano Agent, who in behave of Saikano Organization negotiated with Mika about vampires to attend school in London. He was completely against the idea, believing that all vampires should stay on The Bound. Because of that statement, Mika went as far as to have his sister turned into a vampire and then quoted his own words on how all vampires should stay in the Bound. He later agreed. But his hatred for Mika Lucretia grew stronger for turning his sister into a blood sucking maid inside the Lucretia Manor, he then sat his site on ending the vampires and how ever side along them. Abilities: Aiming He has keen technique when it come to aiming a gun or any weapon he has a great record for hitting his targets almost 97% of the time. Martial Arts He has a very strong analogy of various Martial Arts so to that comes, Great stamina and Resistance. After five years he succeeded his training and became Lucretia's silent body guard. Currently he attends London High 11 as a student in the same class as Mika, but she doesn't know his true name. He lives at the tower 1.5 kilometers from the Lucretia manor where he can watch guard. He has a M8A2A2 Anti-Material sniper rifle to protect Mika from the roof since she can most be found at that location. From his tower he can easily protect the front of the manor. Abilities: Advanced Superhuman Abilities(Speed,Strength, Regeneration etc.) :His superhuman abilities are above the peak of many vampires, granting more power than others. He's able to control these powers at his own will. Elemental Control:He's able to control the elements, fire, water, earth, and thunder. Transformation (Automatically Upon Death): When transformed he engulfs himself in a black energy that incinerates anything touching and then reveals his true form. Upon completion of transformation, he automatically absorbs any blood on the field, even from the wounded it absorbs them until they are dried. He gains flight ability and his passive abilities are massively heightened however he is only able to maintain his form for a amount of time depending on the volume of blood. Humans: Give 30 Seconds of transformation Werewolves: 60 Seconds Vampires: 120 Seconds He automatically creates a giant sword made from hardened blood and crystallizes it creating his weapon. His Sword is created from Crusnik blood and is deadly to vampires. When his time is over, he reverts back to his Vampire body as if no damaged took place. Weapons: Proficient with any weapon He carries a set of hidden daggers and sharp extremely thin wires on himself at all times. His main weapon is a sharp blood forged, saw bladed silver katana. However, without the blood of royalty that he and his sister have, the assailants could not be daywalkers. Night is coming soon... Dice then arrived at his balcony. Pacem Lucretia||Tower||Afternoon Vincent arrives at The Bound after arriving at London England. “Hmm I wonder where my home is. . . “ said Vincent in his thoughts. While walking to the tower which can barely be seen, he spots a limousine that passes along with his target, Mika Lucretia. “Hm? I felt like I’ve seen that driver before, oh well” says Vincent in his thoughts again. As he arrives at the tower, he unlocks the door with his key and begins to assemble his weapons which are already at the roof. As he walks upstairs he opens the lock hidden board inside the wall. He takes out the M8A2A2 sniper rifle along with dozens of empty magazines. Afterwards he begins to load them with custom silver alloy bullets along with explosive rounds. He finishes loading and places them back into the wall. He tests out his M8A2A2 as he opens the BI-pod. He looks at the city through the scope, testing it for malfunction. A minute after, he places a silencer onto the end of the rifle and puts it back into the wall. He then prepares his uniform and student ID for the school he will be attending tomorrow.

Kyon Heart ll The Gates ll Streets ll Afternoon Inside a near by cafe shop Kyon was awaiting his afternoon snack, when suddenly he gazed to the side and slowly saw the figure of "Her". People turned around and a waitress assisted him, But Kyon just took his Saikano ID and rushed out the place. The girl was quick, but he was able to track her. He stopped to catch his breath and looked up, were he could see a figure just standing on the edge of that building. Kyon quickly entered and took the elevator towards the roof. Okami Kakushi || London - Wolf's Manor || Main hall || Afternoon Okami had just finished training with his unit. Every morning he calls his unit to a Special training session with him so he can make sure none of them are slacking off or dulling their skills. He also does this to affirm him units individuality to the rest. Only his unit that consist of four members previously Fine though one had been killed in combat not too long ago. These People are the only people Apart from his high commander Setsuna who have seen his true fighting style while he was in Worgen form. He thought about the loss of his comrade. unfortunate and due to his own Error Okami could not help but take the blame. It had been bugging him lately, Darkening his thought and dulling his control over his temper as he let the melancholic thought of death surround his inner nature. The flashback of the events that seemed so alien to him replayed. Flashback of three weeks ago at the Noble ball which he had been placed as a guard. Okami Had been patrolling the party as he usually would. In the corner of his eye he could see the security detail was making sure everything was in order. He was watching closely making sure nobody was making more drunken fuss than they should have been. Okami hated these sort of situations. The tense atmosphere of crowds and the Untold hatred and dislikes he could smell in the air was Annoying him. He knew his team had not completed the last mission as well as they should of but to be downgraded to such a lowly task as security simply annoyed him. Okami was not used to anger. To put it simply it was emotion that had avoided him simply due to the apathetic nature of his view of it, But Okami had also been introduced to the feeling of hatred due to a death of his friend a word he never mentioned or even got used to, and not too long after her thought it exist it was taken away from him. And now instead of quietly dismissing anger as a demanour of uselessness he simply let it be. The night grew tense as mid time through the ball people said things they didnt want to say and the slurred words of people caught each other tongue's like the claw of a curious cat. He ignored them. Let them be fools for fools can only speak to fools he thought to himself trying to move onto the crowd in front of him. In hindsight the pointless bickering of the crowd he had been assigned to would of been suffice to settle his night. What he ran into something so small yet Tower high enough to set his rage and Worgen blood into boil was something he could of avoided by simply..Standing still. A Young man looking over a young woman and laughing as the crowd around her laughed Upon her a group of 8 people standing and laughing at the lone girl. This broken sense of honour he could not ignore. Pushing past the people he stood in front of the girl. Although he stood in front of her. Okami was a small man in his human form. The other man stood tall and laughed not knowing that he was part of the security detail assigned to this Event. " And Who might you be little one, Another Lost boy who think just because his dead parents were noble they deserve to be here " He laughed out loud "Okami kakushi, Security Detail. Please move from this Area and relocate away from this woman" He asked "Security DETAIL !? you !? You do know who we are. A noble blood Vampire family like us has no reason to squander with security detail like you. even if you are real security. Stand aside we do nothing more than jest with this girl. Is that a crime ?" He sarcastically asked "I will ask you again, Power has been vested in me to keep peace and sanctum in this event. If anyome Vampire or scum alike Cause reason for disturbance i will have to eject you from the building if you refuse to co..." Okami was halted by a sudden and Violent spit to the face followed by laughter of the man in front of him "One final chance. if YOU or ANYBODY HERE causes another disturbance I'll have to.." He was cut short again A tall man around 6"5 stood in front off Okami and his clothing ripped apart as he turned into a tall wolf form similiar to Okami's worgen shape. He growled over Okami's face. Okami took this as a sign to back off. He was not scared but he knew better than to react to another wolf's empty threats. " This is my bodguard, MY security detail" The man said " Just leave this girl alone and enjoy your night " Okami said turning his back and holding the girls hand as he walked away "Typical, You show him some teeth and he walks away, Security detail...Youd be lucky if he could keep a bunch of Dogs alive, Pathetic dogs..." the man laughed With this. the death of his friend, a fellow wolf..a fellow Wolf-kin had died in battle, Bravely. Like a hero. He stopped and hesitated as he grit his teeth against each other fiercely. The other wolfs in the security detail noticed his anger and started to approach but the man's bodyguard decided to throw a final insult that would make it all too late. " He said...Weak men like you could only lead a bunch of cowards to the death, Like a pack of Pup..GYAGH! " the wolfs face had been grasped and stopped from speaking . he was face to face with Okami's worgen form His red eyes lit up the other wolf's face as he held him in mid air and Crashed his head down into the ground. Okami growled as the nearby crowd backed of shouting and screaming as Okami Punched the wolfs face again. he lifted him up and pushed him into a wall as he growled into the wolf's face. He didn't even notice the opposing wolf was already knocked out. Luckily for the Wolf, The young girl screamed something behind Okami. " THAT'S ENOUGH!....He hurts more than i do now...leave it here " She shouted Okami's eyes dulled down and then he stopped. the rest of the night wa snot worth mention..If it wasnt for him being a commander in chief. This would not of gone unnoticed. But his authority superceeded that of normal law, he was punished with military style enforcement of Segregation and Ration depletement and also a two week ban of social interaction by method of house arrest. Word spread quickly of this unkown Okami , his name passed one much quicker than he would like his flashback suddenly halted. end of flashback The sound of knocking Broke his concentration as Okami looked over the main hall and over to the main door. he threw the towel of his neck and let his hair down from the hairband he was using. He wasnt one for conventional dressing. Okami did not really care how he dressed unless he was in uniform or on a mission. The way he looked never really bothered him as he would rather not be seen at all. But in any case he walked over to the Big double doors in front of him. After a few minutes of knocking he opened the foor to a man with spikey hair and A failr unique look on his face. He looked straight at the man. ( Laren Wright ) " Can I ..Help you ? " Okami asked

The Gates || Pacem Lucretia || After-Noon || Streets After finishing what’s for tomorrow, he looks at the mirror across the room and hides his fangs, appearing to be human. He has hid his Vampire presence and replaced it with a human one. OOC: A skill that only he can do. . currently (Retract his fangs). He also hasn’t drank blood ever since he revived himself. He walks outside and locks the door as he finds a restaurant for dinner outside The Bound. After half an hour of walking he sees a group in the alley and asks them where he can find the exit to The Bound. However he is stopped to find a group of Vampires who are ready to kill someone. But he hears a female shout out “The Vampire Mistress!!”. Vincent begins to walk backwards as he puts on a scared expression. Numerous Vampires begin to look back at Vincent as he prepares to run for his life. His legs begin to tremble as his heart pounds quickly. Heh heh heh, dinner, we’ll kill you and disrupt the TREATY! Vincent makes a run for it at human speed but he is instantly surrounded by vampires.

[Setsuna F.Seiei|Rooftop|Afternoon] I watched from above as things are getting out of hand. Mika surrounded by the lower class vampire. I sense fear close by and saw a vampire scared shit as he was also surrounded by the vampires. I slowly brought out my gun specially made to go up against vampires. (Think of zero's bloody rose in vampire knight) I pointed my gun down at the vampires surrounding mika and the fearful vampire. I began shooting at all the vampires who was said to be part of the elliot family. All the shots meets it's target, taking out half of the army of vampires. [Lyner Barsett|Elliot Manor-Music Room|Afternoon] I continue on playing the piano until I stop. 'Seems like a bloodbath has started' I mutter to myself. . . I slowly got up from my seat and walks away from the piano, walking out of the music room. I kept walking down the hallway until I spot the Leader of the Elliot family,Lyka looking out the window.
