@Toyumi - I just noticed, but you kind of skipped over C.Knight's character. @All - Alright everyone, I'm going to have to advance to the next day. We need to keep things moving at some pace (however slow >_>). [Barberry - Pokemon Center] It was an hour or so before dawn when Victor awoke. He groggily gathered up his things and got dressed. He was only barely awake, so he decided to get a soft drink to get a small boost of energy. As he headed off towards the main hall, he nudged Roan, who was still asleep, and spoke quietly so as not to bother others in the room. "Hey, Roan. I'm heading out soon. I'll wait out in the lobby for a few minutes if you still plan to come with me." With that said, he went out and got a drink before sitting down on a bench in the main lobby and opening it. 'Looks like we're going to have to battle her Ralts. Maybe I should have thought things through a little more before jumping in and saying that I would take the Soto League challenge. I want to impress her, but I'm not sure we even stand a chance. Her and her Pokemon have a lot more experience in battles than me and my Pokemon do. I only ever focused on the journey aspect of all this.' He looked down at his hand as he took out Ralts' Premier Ball. "Well, all we can do is give it our best shot and hope for the best. At least I have some sort of advantage. All those days I spent watching her battles at the Gym gave me knowledge of her style and tricks. We'll just have to hope that that's enough to outweigh her experience."    |

@Jon What I meant was, how many hours would it need to get there, RP Time wise. Morning Barberry Town Pokemon Center Serah walked out of her room the she shared with Reiji, she decided not to wake him up, because Reiji looked so peaceful sleeping. She had changed into a new attire, a pink tanktop and a denim miniskirt with sports shorts under it. She had her usual sneakers on with socks reaching her knee. She bought a hot drink from the cafeteria before sitting down on bench. "So today's the day then. Off to Primrose!" She finished her drink and walked out of the Pokemon Center. She noticed a man sitting on a bench with a soft drink, but she decided not to bother him. "Well I've only met one of the other Trainers, maybe that was another one.." Serah shrugged the thought off and walked to the Poke Mart to buy some supplies. Once she was set, she walked out to the forest route with a sign saying, "To Primrose." Serah remembered to check her PokeGear often in case she loses way, though. As she was walking on the trail, a Chimchar suddenly ran past her. "Whoa." Serah noticed the Chimchar was hurt, and wondered what happened, but then the answer came, in the form of a pack of Zangoose chasing the Chimchar, again, running past her. "Are those Zangoose picking on that Chimchar? The Chimchar was badly hurt." Serah decided to follow the Zangoose, figuring she had time to kill. "Well this should be interesting."  |

[Barberry Town - Pokemon Center] Fenris had woken up before dawn and had headed out Eve following closely behind once outside he let Adam out of his pokeball and started stretching himself after which he jogged around the Pokemon Center to warm himself up a bit. After that he sat down on bench in front of the Pokemon Center watching as Adam flew around. Suddenly Adam stopped and flew down to perch on Fenris' shoulder. Fenris looked to the horizon and saw a shape that was coming larger rather quickly. Eve had also noticed this and was jumping in excitement. It quickly became clear that the shape was someone flying on a Pidgeot, Fenirs knew it was the same one he had borrowed to get to Juniper Town. When it landed a man jumped off from it's back and approached Fenris, before he could reach him Eve started pushing against the man's leg, causing him to let out a laugh. ???: Okay, okay, I'll let her out. He took out a pokeball with black top, like the one Fenris had for Eve and let out a Glaceon. Eve immediately jumped on the Glaceon and they started rolling around the ground, apparently fighting. Fenris looked at the two and shook his head. Fenris: They still haven't changed a bit. ???: Did you expect something else? Fenris: Not really, so how have you been doing? ???: Busy, took some time off from my duties to help my brother out though. Fenris: Nowell, you shouldn't do things like that so often. Nowell: Why not? It's been a bit slow there lately, so I thought why not come out here for a while. I also wanted to meet rest of the trainers who will be challenging me for the badge. Fenris: Well, I think we should get inside then and wait for the rest to wake up then. Nowell: Let's do that then. Fenris and Nowell headed inside the Pokemon Center with Eve and Mira, Nowell's Glaceon, following close behind them. The two of them sat down on the couches and Eve immediately jumped onto Nowell's lap and curled up into a ball. While Mira curled up next to Fenris. Fenris and Nowell started chatting about this and that while waiting for the others.   |

OOC @ Jon- I did? ... Oh yeah I did. Sorry about that. I couldn't do much anyway since Haseo's character kind of rushed mine to their room. [Adele - Barberry Town - Pokemon Center] The alarm Adele had set went off almost an hour before dawn. She jumped to shut it off, then quickly got her clothes ready. She took a shower, then dressed herself in a brown shirt, blue shorts, and her running shoes. When she headed back into the room, she looked over at Parker, who was still sleeping. "Hey," Adele said as she nudged him a bit, trying to wake him up, "Please wake up Parker. We have a big day today." Adele got all of her things together as she waited for Parker to wake up. When she noticed that he finally was up, she put her bag over her shoulder and smiled. "You should start getting ready to go," Adele said, "I would like to leave early today. I'm going to get some breakfast at the cafe here, then I'll go to the Pokemart for some supplies. You can meet up with me when you're done with whatever you have to do, and then we can head out." Adele then headed out of the room, and went down to the cafe, getting only a bagel and a cup of coffee. She ate half of the bagel, then put the other half in her bag to save it for later. As she was walking out of the Pokemon Center, Adele saw both Victor and Fenris. Fenris was with a man who Adele didn't recognize, but Victor was alone. She didn't want to bother Fenris because he was with this man, so instead she went over to Vincent. "Oh, good morning," Adele said as she went towards Victor, "So you're up early too..." Adele finished the last of her coffee and threw out the cup in the nearest trash can. "I always thought that traveling in the morning was more enjoyable than traveling in the afternoon or in the evening," Adele said with a smile. She looked towards one of the windows of the Pokemon Center, and noticed that the sun was just starting to rise. "Well, I'd like to get going now," Adele said, "I want head out as early as possible today. Oh, and uh... Good luck on your way to Primrose." Adele shyly smiled, and then she quickly headed out of the Pokemon center and headed to the Pokemart. There, she got two potions and an antidote, but she continued to look around as she waited for Parker to meet up with her.  |

[Parker Lancèle - Barberry Town - Pokemon Center - Adele and Parker's Room] Parker was in a pretty deep sleep before he heard an alarm wake him from his slumber. He didn't open his eyes, but decided to fall back into the warm grasp of sleep, like any boy his age would do. That was pretty short lived though, as Adele decided to wake him up. He responded with some groans, but eventually sat up. Parker yawned and stretched in bed, his hair was a mess. He looked over and saw Gil peacefully asleep on Adele's bed. Parker instantly felt jealous that he was still asleep, but he'd have to get that Swinub up soon. Adele noticed Parker was up and threw her bag over her shoulder. Adele: You should start getting ready to go. I would like to leave early today. I'm going to get some breakfast at the cafe here, then I'll go to the Pokemart for some supplies. You can meet up with me when you're done with whatever you have to do, and then we can head out. Adele left the room and got up. He got out some clothes from his pack and went into the bathroom to take a shower. When he came out, he had his pants on, but not his shirt. He thought it would be fine, since Adele wasn't in the room. He finished drying his hair so it would be like it was the day before, and through his loose tank-top on. He picked up his pack, making sure he had everything, which he did, and went over and woke up Gil. Gil greeted him with headbutt, since he didn't appreciate getting disturbed in his sleep. Parker laughed a bit then put Gil on his shoulder, heading out of the room. He walked to the front desk and said thanks to Nurse Joy before starting to go to the Pokemart. Nurse Joy stopped him however, to tell him some news. Nurse Joy: Oh, that's right, Mr. Lancèle, there's a package for you at the Pokemart. Parker nodded and thanked Nurse Joy for the notice. As he was making his way out, something caught Gil's attention, causing him to get riled up. Parker looked over to see what Gil was worked up about and saw someone with Fenris. They looked familiar, but it was a little dark, so Parker couldn't recognize the man. He made his way to the Pokemart, meeting Adele there. Parker: Just give me a minute or too, there's a package I need to pick up. He handed Gil to Adele, and he seemed happy about the exchange. He walked up to the counter to get his package. Parker: Excuse me, I'm Parker Lancèle. Nurse Joy told me you have a package for me? Clerk: Ah yes. Just a moment please. The clerk went into the back room and came back with a Dusk Ball and a note. Clerk: It appears to be a gift from Snowdrop Town. He handed Pakrer the Dusk Ball, which he collapsed and put in his pocket, and the note. The Note read: Parker, We got a shipment of Pokeballs in yesterday, and there was one more Dusk Ball than we ordered. We figured you could put it to more use than we could. Hopefully this help you through your jounrey. Good luck! -Love, Mom and Dad Parker smiled and put the note in his pocket as well. Parker began to think about giving the Dusk Ball to Adele as a gift. He didn't know why, but he felt a strange attraction towards her. Maybe that was why he was always teasing her? He kept the thought in his mind and walked back out to Adele. Parker: Well, shall we be going? He smiled, and the two began to walk towards the mountains to get to Primrose Town.

[Fenris & Nowell - Barberry Town - Pokemon Center] Fenris and Nowell had stayed in the center for a while, seeing Adele and Parker go by, also Victor had arrived at some point, but apparently had missed them. Fenris: Well, that's three of them, you should remember Parker, and Victor is the one sitting over there and the girl was Adele. The others don't seem to be up yet... Nowell glanced at Fenris and placed his hand on his shoulder. Nowell: Well, let's get going then, I know you're anxious. Fenris smiled. Fenris: It shows, huh? Nowell: Yeah, it shows. Fenris stood up and walked towards the entrance Nowell following him, he waved at Victor. Fenris: Victor, I might see the rest of you at the gym in Primrose. They then walked out where Nowell let out two Pidgeot's borrowed from their parents and the two took flight heading straight north towards the mountains where the Pokemon had been sighted. With the well trained Pidgeots it didn't took them that long to arrive at the mountain plateau. Nowell recalled the Pidgeots and then looked at his pokegear. Nowell: The sighting was in... in that direction. He pointed towards a small hill and the two started walking in that direction. Nowell: Oh yeah, almost forgot, here. Nowell tossed something at Fenris who caught it in the air and looked at what he had caught. It was a luxury ball. Nowell: Mom and dad send their regards and wish you well on your journey. Also... here's a little smoething from me, I thought you might like it. Eve and Mira had been walking aorund the place, but were now returning towards Fenris and Nowell. Nowell handed something to Fenris and Fenris smiled a bit. He then pulled out Eve's pokeball. Eve stopped walking and looked at him. Fenris: Eve, would you get in for a bit? Eve shook her head and took a step back. Mira stepped behind Eve and nudged her on. Eve looked at Mira then back at Fenris. Fenris called her back into the pokeball. Fenris: How does this thing work? I've read the theory but never got the change to observe it? Nowell: Let me show you. Nowell took the thing and pokeball from Fenris and did something. A while later he handed them back to Fenris. Fenris: So that's how they work. Thanks. Nowell: Always happy to help little brother. Fenris let Eve back out as he knew she hated being in there. Eve looked around, than ran at Fenris jumped to his shoulder and started snuggling him. Fenris: So you liked it afterall. He petted Eve's head and looked around. Fenris: Well let's see if we can find what we came here to find. Nowell: Yeah, let's. |

[Adele - Outside of Barberry Town - Approaching Mountains] Adele was very quiet on her way to the mountains with Parker, partly because she excited for the journey to Primrose and partly because she didn't know what to say. After walking for awhile, when they were a good distance away from the town, Adele decided to let out Eloise. "Behave now, Eloise." Adele said. Eloise nodded, and she cheerfully skipped ahead of Adele, making sure not to go too far away from her. Adele let go of Gil, who she was still holding, and put him down on the ground. "Gil, go on ahead with Eloise," Adele said with a smile, "I'm sure that she'll love the company." Gil didn't move towards Eloise, and instead stood in place in front of Adele. Adele sighed and bent down in front of Gil. "Gil, stop being stubborn," Adele said, "Could you please do it? For me?" Gil quickly glanced back at Adele, who smiled again and nudged him forward toward Eloise. With that nudge, Gil reluctantly went up to Eloise. Adele could tell that Eloise was very happy to have a new friend to play with on their travels. "See?" Adele said as she turned to Parker, "I knew she'd love having a friend to play with." She smiled, then looked around. She could see the mountains not too far off, and the thought that she could see the cave entrance as well. She was glad that they didn't have to go too far left to go to get to the caves, although she knew that getting through the caves would be the challenging part of their travels for the day. When they approached the cave entrance, Adele looked into it. It seemed larger and darker than she expected it would be. Nonetheless, she took out a flashlight and turned to Parker. "Well, ladies first I guess," Adele said with a smile, then she started to head into the cave, waiting for Parker to follow behind her. |

I don't remember Zangoose ever having a different word for plural, so yeah. Route to Primrose Afternoon Serah was jumping from branch to branch as she followed the pack of Zangoose chasing a hurt Chimchar. Serah had been building her agility for 3 years now, she always preferred the roofs than the walkways. Serah giggled to herself as she thought, "I feel like the ninjas in the animes I used to watch when I was little." After a few minutes of chasing, it seems like the Zangoose were finally able to corner the hurt Chimchar. Serah noticed she had ran so far, she reached a nearby river and an open space, in which the Chimchar was cornered in. The Chimchar froze up as it was cornered near the river. The three Zangoose made a semi-circle around him, blocking any escape routes. Serah sent out Piplup and told her to stay back for a while as she walked near the Zangoose. She squeezed between them and went to Chimchar, pulling out her Pokedex to scan it. "I see, I see." Serah nodded to herself. She turned around to the three Zangoose, who were now very angry as she scanned even them too with her Pokedex. "Wow, all three of you have Crush Claw!" The middle Zangoose had lost it's patience, so it started to charge himself for a Crush Claw. It's right claw is covered with a white glow as it raises it's arm, preparing to hit Serah. Piplup decided that was her cue as she jumped and landed between Serah and the Zangoose before firing a barrage of Bubblebeams. The attack successfully pushed away all three of the Zangoose, however, they were far from defeated. "Piplup, time to practice that combo I've invented, jump up!" Piplup ran to the three Zangoose as she jumped up and turned upside down. "Go for it! Bubblebeam while spinning!" Piplup spun in mid-air as she fired another Bubblebeam down. As a result, the Bubblebeam attack was spread out beautifully as it rained down on the three Zangoose. The attack was more style than strength though, all the Zangoose easily avoided the attack via Detect. This surprised Serah, but it was too late, one of the Zangoose already prepared a Crush Claw Special for Piplup, head first. Piplup was thrown quite far away, she almost went into the river. Serah quickly picked up the hurt and still frozen Chimchar as she ran to Piplup's side. Piplup quickly got up, she was too prideful to lose here. Her body was outlined in blue and her eyes started glowing blue, signalling the activation of her ability, Torrent. "You're..evolving? No, it's your ability, Torrent!" The Zangoose was a little bit startled at the change of events, but they weren't scared. "Alright Piplup, I'm sure these Zangoose would love a bubble bath in the afternoon, so fire out some Bubblebeam!" Piplup quickly ran to the Zangoose and fired a Bubblebeam, now even more powerful than before, creating an explosion. "Now, let's give 'em some Whirlpool!" Piplup's body glowed blue as she charged up Whirlpool before firing it at the Zangoose, trapping them. "Finish this, jump up and do a spinning Peck at the center of the Whirlpool!" Hoping to create Pseudo-Drill Peck, Piplup did as Serah said, the attack hitting all three of the Zangoose, knocking them out. "Good work, now let's get our you and our friend here patched up." Serah walked a bit back to the forest trail to Primrose before pulling out some Potions from her bag. She sprayed Piplup and Chimchar both with it, the latter wincing a little bit, it's injuries were quite a lot. "There, all done. Remember to be careful next time, okay?" The Chimchar didn't go away, though, it just stood there, staring at Serah for five minutes. Then it finally dawned to Serah that Chimchar here might be wanting to join her team. "Why aren't you going, do you want to join me?" Chimchar happily jumped up and down while nodding. "What do you think, Piplup?" Piplup happily cried out her name, as if saying, "The more the merrier!" "Well that's settled then, welcome to the team, Chimchar." Serah pulled out a Poke Ball and tapped Chimchar's head with it, catching him. She recalled Piplup back into her Poke Ball before looking back at the path awaiting her. "I guess it's time to go then." Turned out longer than I thought, oh well. |

[Reiji Kisaragi | Barberry Town's Pokemon Center | Near Afternoon] Reiji woke up, then checked the time. Reiji : "OH DARNIT I OVERSLEPT!" He immediately change his attire, white shirt and black pants. Then immediately went out the Pokemon Center, he then took a drink before he unfold his folding bike. He is now on his way to Primrose via the forest. On his way, he sees a Pidgey that seems to be in pain. Reiji looked at the Pidgey. He picked up the Pidgey and examines it's wound. Reiji : "Its a good thing I brought some potions." He then sprayed the potion to it's wound... Reiji : "Now you wait here till your wound heals." With that he decided to walk instead of using his bike, he folds his bike and continues to walk on the path to Primrose. He then noticed that the Pidgey follows him. Reiji : "I told you, stay put till your wound heals... Or, you could join me---" The Pidgey chirped happily, cutting Reiji's word... Reiji : "Oh well..." Reiji pats the Pidgey while pointing his pokeball to it. The Pidgey goes in without any kind of retaliation. Reiji : "Its time to go on then..." Reiji then continues to walk toward Primrose.  |

[Parker Lancèle - Outside of Primrose Town - Cave] On their way to the cave, Parker didn't say much at all; he was too busy thinking about the Dusk Ball and if he should give it to Adele or not. He was pretty sure he wanted to, he just didn't know how. Along the way, Adele set Gil down and told him to go play with Eloise. He seemed a bit hesitant and stubborn first, but upon Adele's urgings, he went to play with Eloise. Eloise and Gil seemed to enjoy playing with one another, and a small smile crossed Parker's face. Gil was usually so clingy, he rarely ever involved himself with other Pokemon, at least if it wasn't a battle. Adele stood up and turned to Parker. Adele: See? I knew she'd love having a friend to play with. Parker: I'm just surprised that Gil's actually enjoying himself. He's always preferred human company over Pokemon for some reason. Parker watched as Gil and Eloise played and began to get lost in his thoughts. It was pretty nostalgic, he even remembered when he first met Gil on that snowy winter morning; however, his mind was snapped back to attention when they come upon a cave. This must have been the cave Victor was talking about. Adele rummaged through her pack and brought out a flashlight, turning to Parker. Adele: Well, ladies first I guess. Adele smiled and started to head into the cave, Parker close behind her, and Gil, even closer. He never was a fan of dark caves, especially ones that he had never been in before. Parker wiped his forehead. Parker: Phew, it's quite humid in here, isn't it? The was a small, tangible mist hugging the ground, but it was easy to see through once your eyes adjusted to the darkness. A sly idea crossed Parker's mind, and a menacing smile came across his face. He dropped a few steps behind Adele, and silently made his way to her left. He hid behind a rock formation, and jumped out, grabbing her arm. Parker: BOO! Adele screamed and quickly hobbled backwards, Gil following suit. Parker laughed had to catch his breath afterward. Parker: Sorry, sorry, I had to. Adele seemed pretty steamed and Gil didn't seem to appreciative either. They continued to walk along the cave, and behind them, a small purple, floating ball of gas appeared. A black sphere in the center rolled around, and a face appeared; it was a wild Ghastly. As it saw Parker, and Adele, it snickered. Parker stopped and turned around but nothing was there. He shrugged it off and caught back up with Adele. Something shiny caught Parker's attention out of the corner of his eye and he went over to examine it. He couldn't see it in the light, so he pocketed it so he could see what it was after they made their way out of the caves. But while Parker was gone, the Ghastly reappeared behind Adele, and brushed up behind her shoulder. She quickly turned around,a and the Ghastly disappeared. She seemed like she was ready to beat someone up, probably Parker, who this time, was innocent.

[Adele - Cave on the Way to Primrose] After Parker had scared her once, she kept on going ahead, brushing it off as a one time scare. However, after awhile she felt something brush up on her shoulder again. She turned around to look at Parker again, annoyed that he was childish enough to do the same thing twice. "Cut it out," Adele said, "Don't try to scare me again. It's getting annoying." As she had turned around and spoke to Parker, the Ghastly had reappeared in front of Adele. By the time she turned back around to continue, it had disappeared again. The next time it appeared, it was behind Eloise, who was walking alongside Adele. It nudged Eloise in the back a bit as a scare, but this time when Eloise turned around, it did not disappear. It then stuck out its tongue at Eloise, who then cried out and ran ahead of Adele. "Not again," Adele said, "Not here. Eloise, come back!" Adele sighed and turned around to talk to Parker, and she saw the Ghastly as well. She jumped a bit at the sight of it, but then say that it was only a Pokemon. "So you're what scared Eloise," Adele said, "Thanks to you now I have to go and chase after her..." Adele mumbled the last part of her sentence as she turned around and ran after her Pokemon, trying to catch up. She stumbled a lot over rocks and even some Pokemon that were in her way. Adele didn't know how far she was going down into the cave either, all she knew was that she had to catch up to Eloise. After awhile, Adele managed to catch Eloise because she had just stopped. "That's odd..." Adele mumbled, but then she saw why Eloise had stopped. They had come to an underground spring. Adele knew that Eloise wasn't too much of a fan of water; she could put up with it, but when she had the choice she'd rather stay dry than head into it. "This is an interesting discovery, Eloise." Adele said, then put her hand into the water to see how cold it was. As Adele dipped her hand into the water, something else started to come out of it. Adele took her hand out of the water and looked up to see what it was. A large Pokemon came out from the middle of the Spring and started to charge towards Adele and Eloise. Adele stood still, a bit scared of the Pokemon. She could tell that it was mad, and that she and Eloise would probably have to fight their way out of this situation. As the Pokemon came closer and closer, Adele recognized what Pokemon it was. "That's... A Lapras..." Adele said. She had always found the Pokemon to be gorgeous and beautiful, and couldn't believe her luck with finding such a majestic Pokemon in the middle of nowhere in this cave. When the Lapras was close enough for battle, Adele first noticed that a mist started to form around them. "So you want to start this off with Mist huh?" Adele said, "Eloise, use Charm." Eloise performed the move, then the Lapras proceeded to attack again, sending out a ball of light circling towards Eloise. Eloise tried to dodge the move, but it ended up hitting her. Adele then noticed a change in Eloise, and it seemed as though she had been disoriented from the attack. "Eloise, use copycat," Adele said, "Then go and attack the Lapras with a Pound." Eloise managed to use copycat, sending a Confuse Ray right back at Lapras, however, she failed to use Pound, and ended up hurting herself. The Lapras only hurt Eloise more by pulling off a Water Gun. "Come on Eloise," Adele said, "Snap out of it!" Eloise looked back towards Adele, and came to her senses because of her encouragement. Adele saw that the Lapras tried to use another move, but it had failed due to its confusion. "Now's our chance," Adele said, "Eloise, charge straight at Lapras and use Pound." Eloise did exactly as Adele told her too, hitting the Lapras hard. Adele quickly took out a Dusk Ball, and tossed it towards the Lapras. The Lapras went into it, and the Dusk Ball moved for quite awhile, making Adele worry that the Lapras might not stay in. Just as Adele thought that the capture had failed, she heard a faint click come from the Dusk Ball. "No way," Adele said, "I can't believe it... We captured it?" Adele ran into the water and picked up the Dusk Ball, not caring that she was getting her shoes soaked. Sure enough, the Dusk Ball had stopped moving. Adele smiled and still couldn't believe it. Just to be sure that she actually captured it, she let it out. The Lapras did indeed come out, and Adele couldn't stop smiling. "Welcome to the team, Lapras!" Adele said as she ran up to the Lapras and gave it a hug, getting even more wet. The Lapras, who was mad at her not too long ago, didn't even mind the hug and seemed happy that she was accepted by Adele so well. When Adele let go of the Lapras, she noticed that another, much larger Lapras was swimming their way. This one cried out, and Adele's Lapras looked back at it longingly. Adele stood back as the two Lapras came together, lovingly rubbing their heads against one another. Aw, this Lapras had a mother, Adele thought, Wait... So I separated this Lapras from it's family? Adele stared at the two, who were now even playing with each other, and turned back and started to head back on shore with Eloise. The Lapras saw this, and murmured something to its mother, before going over to Adele and nudging her in the back. Adele turned around, and looked back at her Lapras, then to it's mother, and then back to her Lapras. "I'm separating you from your family," Adele said, "I don't want to do that." The Lapras looked back to its mother, then nudged Adele again. It's mother understood what the Lapras was getting at, and turned away from it's child and started to swim away. "You want to come with me?" Adele asked, and the Lapras cheerfully cried out. Adele was glad that the Pokemon was taking such a liking to her, but she still wasn't too comfortable taking it from it's mother for good. "Hey, you! Mother Lapras!" Adele yelled, trying to get the mother Lapras' attention. The mother Lapras turned around, and Adele continued. "I'll be sure to visit you again, so you can see your child again!" Adele yelled. The mother Lapras made a low cry in response, then continued to swim away until she was out of sight. Adele smiled as the mother swam away. "Well," Adele said, "Let's get you back in here, since I don't think you'll fare too well on land... Venus." Adele giggled as she returned Venus, happy with the nickname she thought of. She got out of the water, and looked to Eloise. "Well, you led me here," Adele said, "Now how do we get out?" Adele tried to keep a straight face, but then started to laugh. She knew that their situation was bad, but she hoped that they would find Parker again or find some way out of the cave on their own. |

[Fenris & Nowell - Mountains] Fenris had spotted the Gible on a small clearing after he and Nowell had searched a small forest in the mountains. He walked into the clearing catching it's attention. He took out Adam's pokeball. Fenris: Eve, let's give our new friend a change, okay? Eve nodded her head keeping her eye on the Gible, which had turned to face them and was looking at them with curious expression. Fenris let Adam out and looked at the Gible. Fenris: Let's get this thing going... Adam, Fury Attack. Adam flew straight towards the Gible that retaliated with Sand-Attack, Adam jsut flew right through the cloud of dust not affected by it and hit the Gible several times. Fenris: Adam, climb then dive and use Wing Attack. Adam started flying higher, but then was struck by a ball of energy causing him to start plummeting down towards the ground. Fenris was already running towards the place where he was falling to, catching him before he hit the ground. Fenris: Are you okay? Adam jumped to Fenris' shoulder then took flight heading straight at the Gible. The Gible didn't quite manage to dodge Adam's Wing Attack, but Adam couldn't keep flying after hitting his opponenent and had to land, which is when the Gible tackled Adam, knocking him out. Fenris recalled Adam and nodded at Eve. Fenris: Your turn, use Return. Eve ran towards the Gible dodging the Dragon Rage attack as it hit a tree, causing a sizeable chunk to be couged out of it. Eve's attack hit the Gible knocking it on it's back. Fenris: Tackle. Before the Gible was able to right itself Eve hit it again tackling it and propelling the Gible into a tree. The Gible shook it's head and seemed a bit disoriented. Fenris took his chance and threw the Luxury Ball at the Gible. Taken by surprise the Gible didn't put up much of a fight anymore and the ball didn't even really shake that much before settling down. Eve ran to the ball and kicked it towards Fenris. Fenris bent down and picked up the ball. He then felt a hand on his shoulder. Nowell: Nicely done, a little rough perhaps, but you still have time to hone your technique. Fenris: Thanks Nowell. I think I'll call him Kail. Nowell: Well, let's head towards the road, I'll see you off there. They get back on the Pidgeot's and started flying towards south-east. After flying for a while they noticed something black in the green of the forest below. They decided to go and see what it was. After they had gotten close enough they saw that the black thing was a burnt down tree trunk on top of a hill, most likely it had been struck by lightning abd had caught fire. When they landed Fenris felt the Luxury ball shake and he let Kail out. Kail looked around a bit and then digged his way into the ground, Fenris was about to call after him when Kail reappeared a few feet ahead and making gestures like it wanted Fenris to go with him. Fenris went to Kail and noticed that the hole was large enough for him to crawl through with relative ease. He looked at Kail and then Nowell. Fenris: Well, I guess he wants to show me something, I think I'll go and see what it is. Nowell grabbed Fenris in a bear hug and then let him down. Nowell: Okay, then. I look forward to meeting you again, when you get back home that is. Fenris: You know, so am I. See you. Nowell: Take care. Nowell climbed onto the Pidgeot and took off waving as he flew towards Snowdrop town. Fenris then turned back to Kail. Fenris: So let's go, I'll do my best to follow... just don't try too much, you must still be tired from the fight. Kail jumped on place a bit showing that he was still able to go on, Fenris looked at him. Fenris: Tough little guy, okay lead on then. After crawling behind Gible for a while they reached a larger chamber which was bathed in a blue light originating from a large crystal hanging from the ceiling. Kail walked below the crystal and dug a bit under the surface of the cave's floor, pulling something from there and then walking to Fenris and handing him the item. Fenris: You want me to have it? Kail nodded and lifted the item, Fenris took it and examined it more closely it was a rock that was worn smooth from what looked like sand, but it had several teeth marks in it. Fenris pocketed the stone and then turned to Kail. Fenris: Can you find us a larger tunnel? Kail made an enthusiastic gesture and then dug into the cave wall Fenris and Eve following behind. |

[Verain Mountain Range] Victor and Roan had been traveling along a mountain path at the edge of the cliffs. It was quite difficult, since the path was not man-made, and it was not getting any easier. The duo approached a dead end on the path, and the nearest stable footing was a good distance away from their current location. Victor kept his right hand against the rock wall to his right and leaned over to his left to look down the cliff to the open fields below. "Well, it's a really nice view compared to the forest or caves, but it looks like we won't be enjoying it for much longer unless we can find a way across this." He crossed his arms and looked to Roan. "What do you think? We could turn back and look for another way through, but that would probably push back our arrival time in Primrose to sometime during the night. Or. . ." He paused for a moment, sizing up the gap in front of them, before chuckling somewhat nervously. "We could try and climb across the rock face." [Verain Mountain Range - Cave] As Adele examined her surroundings to look for a way out, a long shadowy figure emerged from the spring. The strange Pokemon that the group had encountered in the forest only a day earlier had somehow found its way deep inside the caves of the mountain. The Pokemon simply floated behind Adele, eying her cautiously. |

[Adele - Cave on the Way to Primrose - Underground Spring Area] Adele took a look around the underground spring, trying to find a way out of it, or even to try and find the way she came in. As she was looking around the area, Eloise was happily skipping to and from the rocks in the area, poking at them and jumping on top of them. I just hope that she doesn't run into a Geodude by accident and make it angry, Adele thought. The first one to notice that they weren't alone was Eloise. While going back and forth between the rocks, she happened to look out towards the spring, where she saw the strange Pokemon. Eloise stopped skipping, and she surprisingly didn't even dance or try to greet the Pokemon in some way. Instead, she just stood there, and just looked out towards it. After some time, Adele noticed that Eloise had stopped going around and poking at the rocks in the area. That's odd, Adele thought as she headed back towards Eloise, For her to just stop whatever she's doing. Especially without something else to distract her too. "Eloise, what's wrong?" Adele asked as she bent down to Eloise. She picked her head up to look in the direction that Eloise was looking in, and she saw what Eloise had stopped playing around for. It's that Pokemon, Adele thought, The strange one from yesterday... Unlike the last time Adele ran into the Pokemon, this time she managed to move, and actually went towards it. She was curious about the Pokemon, after all, she hadn't heard of a Pokemon like it, and she had only had a glance at it before. Adele slowly walked towards the edge of the spring, then she knelt down next to the spring, keeping her gaze on the Pokemon the entire time. She slowly put her hands out in front of her, and opened up her palms to show that she had nothing to hide. "I'm not going to hurt you," Adele said slowly and quietly. She was nervous about approaching this Pokemon since she had no idea what it was or what it might do to her, but she wanted to let it know that she wasn't going to hurt it. |

[Fenris - Cave on the Way to Primrose - Tunnel] Kail had finally led them into a larger tunnel, Fenris recalled him and then started wondering which way to go. After a while Eve started walking into one direction. Fenris: You want to go that way? Eve sounded off and sat down looking Fenris over her shoulder. He shrugged and went after her. Fenris: Well, might as well follow you... you need to walk on your own this time, it is quite dark here afterall. He pulled out a flashlight from his pack and turned it on. Fenris: You can see better in the dark than I do, you go first. Eve wagged her tail a few times, then headed on ahead, with Fenris following close behind. There was sounds in the distance, but nothing Fenris could discern and Eve didn't seem concerned about them either, so they continued walking ahead at slow pace so they wouldn't trip in the darkness. |

OOC: Sorry for the really late reply; Jon and Toyumi both know my predicament, and I dunno if I'll be able to post again for a while after this. [Parker Lancèle - Verain Mountain Range - Cave] While Parker was distracted by the artifact he had found. That same Ghastly appeared behind Adele and tried to scare her. Adele, didn't very much appreciate it either. Adele: Cut it out. Don't try to scare me again. It's getting annoying. Parker turned to her, a little confused. Again? He had been over here the entire time. Parker: Uh... what are you talking about? I've been here the entire time. As Adele and Parker were having their little engagement, the Ghastly appeared behind Eloise and scared her, causing her to run off, and Adele to retract surprised. Through the darkness, Parker couldn't see much, but he heard random mumblings from Adele, and then footsteps that sounded like running... away from him. Parker: Hey, Adele! Wait a moment, hold up! Parker and Gil began to run after her, but the Ghastly reappeared and caught them off guard. Gil quickly hid behind Parker, scared of the Ghastly. Parker took a step to the left and the Ghastly followed. Left then right, left then right, left then right; the Ghastly would not get out of their way. Parker grimaced and looked back to Gil. Parker: Gil, get ready. He's not letting us through, you're going to have to fight him. Gil shook his head violently back and forth, protesting Parker's command. Parker sighed and withdrew a Pokeball with a gold star on it from his pocket. He tossed it up in the air, and out came Nova, his golden Growlithe. Nova holwed playfully, but when it saw the Ghastly, he began to growl. The Ghastly seemed to chuckle a bit, happy that parker was accepting its nonchalant challenge. The Ghastly took the offensive first, and shot a bean of dark energy from its eyes; Night Shade. Parker: Nova, side-step then follow up with a bite! Nova obeyed his trainer and dodged the night shade, and tried to bite the Ghastly. The Ghastly however vanished into thin air. Parker and Nova looked around nervously, and when their attention was diverted, the Ghastly appeared right next to Nova and licked him, causing him to halt his movements. Parker: Try another bite! You could tell Nova was growling and struggling, but he managed to snap at the Ghastly who retreated again. Parker gritted his teeth. He could tell that the Ghastly was toying with them. An idea snapped into Parker's head. He waited for the Ghastly to reappear, and when it did, he sprung his command. Parker: Nova, use Ember! The growlithe howled and shot a burst of flames at the ghastly, who disappeared into the darkness in panic. Parker smirked. Parker: Flash. A ball of light formed in Nova's mouth, and spread throughout the cavern, blinding the Ghastly, and also Parker, who's eyes were adjusted to the darkness. While covering his eyes, Parker called out his command. Parker: Bite, once more! Nova leaped at the Ghastly, biting it and sending it tumbling to the ground; it's super effective! Parker's eyes adjusted to the newly lit cavern, and took out the Dusk Ball from his pocket. As he was about to throw it, he hesitated. he had planned on giving it to Adele, but he'd have to think of something else to give her. Parker through the ball at the Ghastly, and it hit it square in the forehead. The ball sucked the Ghastly up, and began to shake. Parker stood their calmly, waiting for the results; and he was satisfied when they came. The ball gave off a soft tone, signifying the Ghastly had been caught. Parker ran up and picked up the ball, celebrating with Nova, and the now unfrozen Gil. Parker told Nova he did a bang-up job, and recalled him. The cave had now settled back down to the darkness, and Gil and Parker stood there. Parker looked down at Gil. Parker: Which way to Adele run again? Gil seemed to have shrugged and Parker stood there, a little worried that he'd never find Adele and never make it out alive. Parker: Well can you pick up her scent?! Gil shook his head, and just stared off at the distance. Parker: Come on! You're a Swinub! Isn't your sense of smell supposed to be amazing?! Parker's voice echoed throughout the cavern. And soon, it wasn't the only sound in the background. Chirping began softly in the background, and grew in volume over time. The noise seemed to be coming from behind the trainer and pokemon duo. The both turned around slowly, and unsteadily. From behind came a horde of Zubats, angry that their sleep had been disturbed. Parker: Aiyeeeeee! Run Gil! Run! Parker and Gil began running off in a random direction as fast as they could from the swarm of Zubats. If Parker had ever learned something from the horror movies he'd watched, was that you were never supposed to look back when you're being chased, because then, your pursuer would be right behind. Parker stayed true to his knowledge, and him and his Swinub kept sprinting through the cave, calling out for help. Parker: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!!! Gil: SWIIIIIIIIIINUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUB!!!!!!! Hopefully someone, anyone throughout the cave system would hear them and come to their aide.

[Roan Blake][Verain Mountain Range] Roan stepped carefully over another patch of jagged rock as he followed Victor up the mountain. The trip towards what Roan assumed was the summit had been fraught with difficulty and risks at every turn, and he was starting to feel rather uncomfortable. Still, it was fun, if only for the thrill of adventure he was getting. Victor stopped, and Roan found himself looking at a dead end of solid rock. "Well, that's it, let's go back down. Nothing to-" Roan turned to find Victor leaning over the precipice and looking down at the scenery miles below them. Throwing caution to the wind, Roan decided to imitate his companion, and was immediately seized with a strong feeling of fear as he stared down a thirty-foot drop. "Er...." "Well, it's a really nice view compared to the forest or caves, but it looks like we won't be enjoying it for much longer unless we can find a way across this," Victor commented dryly. Roan couldn't help but nod. "What do you think? We could turn back and look for another way through, but that would probably push back our arrival time in Primrose to sometime during the night. Or..." Victor paused for a moment, sizing up the gap in front. "We could try and climb across the rock face." Roan thought the suggestion over. On one hand, the risk was really high. On the other hand, he'd always wanted to hike like a proper adventurer. In the end, the love of exploration won out. "Alright, Victor," Roan said. "Let's climb."

[Fenris - Verain Mountain Range - Cave] Eve had heard something and had started running into a cave with Fenris following her. After a moment Fenris too started hearing the voices, he couldn't make out who they were or what they were saying, but they were clearly distressed about something. When they got closer Fenris regocnised the human voice, it was Parker, so that made the other voice Parker's Swinub. Eve stopped and started staring at a single tunnel which had a turn a bit further ahead, Fenris saw Parker and Gil appear from behind the turn with a horde of Zubat behind them. Fenris reached for his belt and drew the pokeballs for Kail and Adam. He then tossed out Kail's pokeball. Kail appeared near the tunnel wall. Fenris: Kail, ready with Dragonrage. Kail opened his mouth and a ball of energy started gathering itself in there. After Parker had almost reached them Fenris nodded at Kail and the Gible stepped forward unleashing the ball of energy at the horde. It exploded in their midst blasting most of them backwards or against the walls of the tunnel. A couple of them managed to escape the blast and were still flying after Parker. Fenris was about to order Kail when he felt Adam's pokeball starting to shake and then Adam popped out of his ball, still visibly tired after getting hit by the Dragonrage earlier, but itching for a fight. He immediately flew at the nearest Zubat smacking it with a Wing Attack before using Fury Attack on another. He then let out a Growl and started glowing white. The Growl's pitch got lower and more menacing as the evolution was completed. Adam immediately unleashed a Fury Attack against a Zubat knocking it into another and then both of them hit the wall, after they managed to get back up they fled, along with the rest of the stragglers from the horde. Fenris extended his hand and Adam took perch upon it, crying out in triumph. Fenris let out a laugh and stroked Adam's feathers. Fenris: Well, time for you two to return. He tossed Adam's pokeball to the air and Adam flew up to meet it and returned back into the ball, the ball itself landing neatly to Fenris' hand. He then beamed Kail back. While he did that Eve jumped to his shoulder and pushed against his chin looking a bit sullen. Fenris petted her head. Fenris: You get to fight next time okay? Eve cried out happily and jumped down as Fenris walked towards Parker, who was trying to catch his breath, Eve went to greet Gil as Fenris started talking with Parker. Fenris: Well that was kind close call for you two, lucky that Eve heard you two. What happened? I thought you were going to travel with Adele? |

[Verain Mountain Range - Underground Spring] Vurtia kept a close eye on Adele as she made her way closer and gave a sign of reassurance. It stayed completely silent as it moved its head down to her level and inspected her. Vurtia circled around her a few times and looked around the cave before returning to its original position, just above the water. It made a low pitched cooing sound before raising its head and opening its mouth slightly. A black orb of energy started to form near its mouth and few seconds later it fired a beam at the upper part of the cave wall, creating a tunnel in the ceiling and allowing light to shine in. Vurtia lowered its head again and touched the blue gem on its head against Adele, causing a pale blue sphere to envelop her and her Pokemon. The sphere lifted the two up towards the hole and Vurtia gently touched it with its nose, sending the sphere up through the newly created exit. [Verain Mountain Range - Mountain Path] Roan seemed hesitant at first, but eventually decided that they should attempt to climb over the gap in the path. Victor was still rather afraid, especially after his little peek over the ledge, but since Roan had gathered the courage to go for it, Victor felt that he should do the same. "Well then, I guess I'll go first, since I suggested it in the first place." He slowly made his way to the edge of the dead end and put one foot up on a groove in the cliff face, testing its sturdiness. After he was sure it would support his weight, he lifted himself up and grabbed a hold of a rock jutting out from the cliff. Progress was slow, but eventually he managed to make it three fourths of the way across. As he was reaching out to grab onto a groove in the cliff however, a rumbling began to come from the rock. He looked back at Roan, who was still standing on the edge of the path. "Am I the only one feeling that?" A black beam of energy suddenly shot out from the cliff, just barely missing Victor, but causing him to lose his grip. He pushed off with his foot, trying to leap to the other end of the path, but he was only able to grab on to the edge with his hand. He held on tight as the rumbling faded and the fragments of rock stopped falling on him. "Wh-what was that?! Roan! Roan, are you still there!" A pale blue sphere containing Adele and her Pokemon appeared shortly after, exiting the hole and settling on the path near Victor. He managed to get a grip on the edge of the path with his other hand, but he was still having trouble finding his footing. |

[Parker Lancèle - Verain Mountain Range - Cave] Parker and Gil kept sprinting through the cave, not daring to look back. But judging by the screeches, the Zubat were still in pursuit of the intruders who woke them from their slumber. You could tell Parker was getting extremely tired as he began to breathe harder and his pace slowed. Luck was on their side today though; as Parker and Gil rounded a corner and took a few steps, a ball of energy sailed right by them and struck the Zubats. Parker couldn't help but think Oh great... now we stumbled onto some self-destructing geodudes that like throwing themselves at intruders... It took Parker some time to realize that it wasn't Geodudes, but a Drangon rage coming from a Gible and it's trainer. The trainer looked oddly familiar in the dim light, and Parker finally realized that it was Fenris. Relieved, Parker and Gil came to a hault, and Parker fel on his butt, panting so hard he felt like he was going to pass out. Fenris finished up the Zubats with his newly evolved Staravia. Eve, Fenris' Eevee jumped down off his shoulder and came up to greet Gil, who said hello with an exasperated "Swi...nub...". Parker took out a Pokeball from his pocket and held it towards Gil. Parker: I know you don't like it in here... but you need to rest... return... Parker returned Gil to his pokeball and looked up to see Fenris, who seemed a bit puzzled as to why Parker was alone. Fenris: Well that was kind close call for you two, lucky that Eve heard you two. What happened? I thought you were going to travel with Adele? Parker took a few more seconds to catch his breath and stood up, brushing his pants off. Parker: We were with Adele up until not too long ago. Something scared Eloise and she ran off, causing Adele to run after her. We tried to follow them, but a Ghastly stopped us, obviously pulling a prank and separate us. Parker pulled out his dusk ball and looked at it. Parker: I just hope it doesn't try to do that again now that I've captured it. He let out a little chuckle of relief, the fatigue he was under was still obvious though. He continued to explain how Adele got separated. Parker: After the battle, we really weren't sure which way Adele and Eloise ran off. I'm pretty sure we could have gotten to her, but those Zubat came after us; thanks for that by the way. Parker smiled a bit and laughed. He turned himself around a few times, taking in his surroundings. While putting his dusk ball that contained the Ghastly he decided he would name Phantôme into his pocket, he felt the object that he picked up earlier. He was assured to know that it was still there. Parker turned his attention back to Fenris. Parker: So.... how do we get out of-- Parker was cut off mid-sentence as the ground shook a little, and he heard rocks crumbling. Parker: Well that can't be good... Then the thought dawned on him. His heart skipped a beat, and he was hoping that she hadn't gotten herself into too much trouble. Although, the situation was ironic. Parker had been hoping he'd come to her aid as a knight in shining armor, but little did he know that she was actually safe. Parker: Adele! Come on! We have to go find her!
