This rp is based on the manga, Vampire Juuji kai/The record of the Fallen Vampire and Tsubasa Chronicle: Tokyo Revelation.

The Fallen Night Monarchy





Plot:
In the present time, somewhere around the globe is a creature that had slept for thousand of years. This creature is known other than a vampire, the young Prince of Kingdom of the Night thousand of years ago. While he slept, a girl stumble upon a cavern while exploring the forest within the Mountains. Due to curiousity, she went inside to explore. Hours have past and yet she continue to exploring, walking deeper and deeper within the cavern, but upon exploring the cavern she was attacked by a creature she does not recognize for it is not human but resembles in the shape of a dragon. With fear she ran for her live trying to escape. Escape she could not, for the cavern is like a maze while she ran. At the core of the cavern, a being begins to awaken, sensing a presence closeby as he slept.

Though he is about to wake he is yet at the same time not awake at all. The girl ran in attempt to escape from the creature until she came upon an opening to what seemed like a room, at the center lays a man that seem handsome yet still in slumber sleeping in what would look like a stone tablet, on the tablet is an etching that shaped like the wings. The creature burst into the room and attack the girl, the girl dodged and try to run, but there is no exit all except for the entrance that she came in which was blocked by the creature. She back away and found herself against the wall. The creature attack again, this time no escape. During that moment, she screamed for help, and her call was heard.

Just before the creature could touch the girl, the creature was dismantle bringing out a large roar of pain. Then the creature falls dead to the ground and standing before her is the same man who was sleeping in the stone tablet earlier except this time he is wide awake. Thus, there journey together began, fighting there way to survival against the Vampires in order to survive while maintaining peace throughout this world.

History:

3000 years ago, in a place which is called Italy is a kingdom, the Kingdom of the Nights. Vampires and humans live together in harmony in the Kingdom of the Night. The humans have no fear of the vampires nor does the vampire to the humans. The vampires worship the moon for many centuries along with the humans. Within this Kingdom, there live two prince of Kingdom of the Night, both twins and yet do not look alike. Many people within the kingdom favor the youngest of the prince more than the oldest one, due to his power, personality, attitude and actions. But because of this, the oldest of the twin became jealous of his younger brother, hatred began to rise within him. It was then he one day challenged his younger brother to a duel to see who is more powerful. Reason for this duel is that the elder twin had in hope his father might name him heir to the throne for he knew his father is going to choose his younger brother instead of him. But at last, he lost against his brother.

After his lost he disappear from the kingdom until he reappear later on after 20 years of absenses. During his return, he had in hope to find his brother but was unable to for his younger brother had disappear as well and went into a deep slumber. Where? He did not know, but his other purpose for returning to the Kingdom was to take his father down which he did after three days of battle. When he finally killed his father, he claimed himself to the people of the Night Kingdom as the Vampire King. Many people both vampires and humans retaliate, a war began between the new king's army and the rebel mostly consist of very few pure-blood vampires, dhampires and humans. While this is happening, somewhere far away a magician created the black swan to take down the king no matter how many centuries have passed. The black swan duty is to eradicate all of the King's men and the king himself. The Kingdom of Nights is no more but ruins but the battle still rages from time to time. But the rebel army which is called the Dhampire community, now search for there lost prince for they believe he is the only person able to stop the king and bring peace to the world.

Now in 2011, the battle still rages on and the prince shall soon awakens. But by this time, all of the king's army are eradicated leaving only the king left standing. Will the Dhampire succeed in bringing the King down with the help of the young prince or will they fail? Let's find out. . . .


Reason for why I started this rp like a story, for I want you to better understand how this will work. What is your goal? Your goal is to take down the king and any of the people that stand on the king's side. Who will take the king down? They will be the Dhampire Community, the Black Swan and the Young Prince. How the girl fit's into all of this? The girl that awakens the young prince is actually a very young dhampire, her power are not as strong as the other dhampires for she is only under 100 years old. She will help the young prince in his quest to take down the vampire king, the best she can.

This RP shall take place in Tokyo,Japan to make things simpler.


Definition:

Vampires:
When you hear vampires, many would think of creatures of the night that suck blood or turn a human into one of them, but that is not so. For the vampires here do not suck blood nor can they turn a human into a vampire. They breed like humans do, they eat food like the humans do. They have no fear of crosses. They have inhuman strength, ability to fly, have magic abilities. But they can not go under the sunlight, they turn to ashes if were ever touch by the rays of the sun. They live forever as describe but they can be killed by a thrust to the heart. They also will have incrediable healing powers the older they are, same goes for flying. Newborns cannot fly until they hit about 200. There magic are strong but is greatly affect by spirit power. The older you are the stronger your magic is. Speed varies but cannot go at the speed of light though. They are a lot stronger than the dhampires however they are weak against sacred powers including the black swan.

Dhampires:
Dhampires are half vampire and half human, like the pure blood vampires they do not drink blood at all or turn another into a vampire. Though they lack the magic power, but there spirit power balance it making them powerful but not against a pure-blood vampire. Basically they have half the magic power and half of spirit power. Unlike the vampires they can go out in the sunlight however there power is decreased greatly during daylight. Can live long like the vampires, healing abilities are the same as the vampires but a lot slower. They are weaker than the vampires but stronger than the black swan and humans. But since thousand of years have passed, dhampire try to avoid destroying buildings and cities. For if they attempt any of these things, they will be target by every human. They are strong but they cannot win against the world of mankind. There powers and abilities are not as strong as the vampires, same goes for speed they cannot go at the speed of sound or light. They are also affected by sacred powers like the vampires but not as great as the vampires since they have human blood within them.

Spiritual Energy:
The only way the humans could fend off the vampires magic in the past. Although with the ruin of the Night Monarchy and the advancement of technology they have all forgotten how to use this energy. Only few rare individuals and the dhampires have the skill. Attacks imbued with magic or spiritual energy are harder to regenerate.

Black Swan:
The Black Swan is a curse created by humans to seek out and destroy the king. It is a spiritual parasite; its host is usually young, beautiful girls. It travels from host to host, forcing the wielder to hunt the vampire king or die within five years, and it carries the memories and spiritual power of all previous hosts. The Black Swan will continue to exist until the Vampire King are eliminated; thus, the only way for the host of the Black Swan to survive is for the Vampire King to die. But by 2011, the black swan has been reborn the 50th time, making it equal against the king. The Black Swan can negate all magic attacks all with the power within her arms that has a tattoo which resembles a swan. The black swan are stronger than the vampires due to it's arm which is where the power come from none other than the tattoo symbol of the black swan. But the black swan is at a disadvantage against the Dhampires. The black swan only weapon is that of it's arm.

The Young Prince:
The young prince is the younger brother of the Vampire king. He is also the vampire king's twin. He is the savior that the Dhampires and human needed in order to take down the king with the black swan help of course. But no one knows where he slept or where he is. . .but they wait until one day he is awaken. While he slept, his spirit watched over the world as time passed. He absorb the information that had occurred while in spirit form.

Vampire Magic:

-Elemental-(1/2): This magic can use the nature around them and form somewhat like a natural diaster; Like Tornados and etc.→ Taken by Zero

-Anti-Magic-(0/1): Can null magic attack at a certain area and such, this can also be use to create strong barriers

-Lightning-(0/2): Use of dark lightning of such to blast at enemy, needs a lot of control and concentration when using this magic.

-Corrosive-(0/1): Melt anything, within a certain radius. Sometime can corrode things just be a touch. However, the speed for this magic is usually slow.

-Vibrate-(1/1)→ Taken by Zero

→Power:

-Vibrate Edge: use to easily take down strong barrier, by transforming one of him arms into a blade with magic thus attacking his enemy with it

-Vibrate Arrows: Attack his opponents with thousand of arrows made purely of magic, hard to evade this attack.

-Took down cruise missiles from hundreds of kilometers. All the while he was fully aware of everything happening around him. Use his magic aura and turn even battleships to shred or nothing at all, can use this attack to conjure up few tornadoes, hurricanes

-Space-time Technique:Kamui was infamous for his unique space-time technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique, which essentially allowed him to teleport to any location with the use of special Magic. Kamui could wipe out an entire platoon in the blink of an eye.
For defensive use, Minato was capable of implementing space-time barriers to counter large attacks, sending the blast to a distant area away from the cities

→ Speed/Agility:

-Could easily blitzes past dhampir fighters;due of the near untraceable speed at which Kamui moved when using this technique. He can make trips to the moon and beyond casually within 3 hours. Catching his brother's swords while they spun at incredible speeds

-Loves to steal people's weapons, his speed seemed like space-time travel but not entirely he is just extremely fast, it is one of his best strength, his speed outmatched all dhampires and some vampires even.

-Even without using his Flying Thunder God Technique, Kamui could out run an explosion, only receiving a shallow shrapnel wound


→Durability:

-Can physically block blows from dhampires while heavily restraining his power

-He's somewhat weak to sacred powers like any vampire

-Survived being Pierced by magical spears and exposed to Vampire's out-of-control power like the corrosive power.

-Can somewhat survive attacks that damage beyond the molecular level.

→Regeneration:

-Can move around just fine after his internal organs were turned into mush

-Despite the regeneration preventing effects of magic powers and the corrosion, he survived and regenerated in few days after losing 2/3 of his body

-All of those were under effect where the attacks weakened his regeneration. Normally, he can ignore stabs and regenerate body parts rather quickly.

Personality:
Kamui is somber but compassionate, and he does not kill without reason. He is also cool and logical beyond reason which allows him to master both the politics and the art of war with frightening precision. He was consider a Shewd person as well.
When faced with an enemy, he could kill in cold blood, and seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him; he didn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and was said to be a very nice person.

Hobbies:
Loves to eat sweets such as cakes or ice cream. Tend to be seen reading a book

Bio:
Kamui has impressive magical powers far outmatching those of the dhampires. Nevertheless, he chooses to limit his power and fight in close combat in order to avoid damage to the surroundings. He is usually seen fighting with a vibrating edge of magic, although he can also summon a sword and is an expert swordsman. At range, Kamui can cast vibrating magic arrows or destroy missiles with a single gesture of his hand. Although pure-blooded vampires perish when exposed to sunlight, Kamui has overcome this limitation long ago. Thousand of years ago, his powers outmatched the vampire king once, but now he must fight his brother once again in the battle for peace once he is awaken from his slumber.

Back then before he went into deep slumber, he joined the army and became general immediately due to his skills not because of his status as the prince of Kingdom of the Night. As the general, Kamui had never been defeated on the field of battle; because his exceptional leadership of the armies, the Kingdom of Night went without a loss for over 100 years. While he was a general, Kamui had the cunning and power to be able to control the entire continent. He chose not to, however, because he was content with the size of the Kingdom. He also knew that if he conquered more, the people will hate the Kingdom and rebel, causing the loss of many lives, which would be unacceptable. Very few had known about his past thousand of years ago, but the few who did knew only knew him from there point of view not the prince himself.

Kamui has incredible foresight and allowed him to form plan several years into the future. He is also very knowledgeable, he could also detect the presence of persons within an area by simply placing his finger on the ground or by the scent in the air

Kamui was shown to be very intuitive and clever from a young age. After seeing a technique once, he could correctly deduce the basic mechanics behind it, such as the strengths and weaknesses. During difficult battles, he was still capable of maintaining his composure, assessing the situation, and devising an appropriate plan of action.

Occupation: Publicly, she is a musician and a seiryu. Privately, she is the next head of the Kuchiki Noble Clan in Japan which has a lot of power and influence.

Role: The Black Swan

Weapons: Lionheart

A Gunblade which can be used a a sword or a gun. It's bullets have different effects based on the type used. Kanate can channel her magic through the weapon to increases its cutting edge.

Abilities:
→Power:
a)Mana Break - As the 50th Black Swan, Kanate naturally dissolves magics around her. Each and any of her attacks when it hits the enemy, she drains them of their mana. This ability is passive but is negated when use uses other types magic to argument her attacks. This ability also lets her manipulate the ambient magic in the air for her own gain.

b)Mana Void - Deal damage based on the amount of magic the enemy has lost. The more magic they have used/lost, the more damage this attack does to them.

c)Shadow Dance - Whenever out of visual sight of enemies get a MASSIVE boost to speed and enhanced High Speed Regeneration. This is a passive ability that is always on. If in sight of enemies she is able to become invisible for only 8 seconds maximum but needs to wait 3 minutes to use it again.

→Speed/Agility:
Due to keeping her physical prowess at its peak, Kanate can easily hold out against all but the most resilient opponents during a battle. Her speed is not very impressive. Most dhampires can easily outclass her in this aspect.

→Durability:
a)She has been shown to be capable of taking considerable amounts of damage and still continue on despite the severity of her injuries, as shown when she refused medical treatment after being hit by ____ several times during a sparring session.

b)Her physical strength is matched by her durability, Kanate has been shown to easily ignore most of the injuries she's sustained in battle (much like a berserker), not suffering any debilitation despite having multiple slash wounds in her body.

→Regeneration:
Her regeneration ability is average. This is her primary weakness. Her stamina is at the level of an average sportsperson. Due to the effects of the Black Swan curse, she also has a low tolerance towards diseases. She does not get sick easily, but when she does...she takes at least 2.5 times longer to recover fully from it.

Personality: WKanate is calm, level-headed and analytical, preferring not to engage in combat; she is content on silently observing both parties until the fighting reaches its conclusion, and refuses to fight unless she or her comrades are in danger. She strongly opposes the notion of killing but will not hesitate to 'kill one to save a hundred'. Strangely, Kanate seems to show some concern for her enemy's well being. She is also relatively level-headed in terms of how to fight, stating that if one's excuse for a battle is to fight out of hatred, prejudice, or simple competition, then it is merely instinctual and animalistic, and that it makes the challenger look "childish," "unworthy," and "not much of a warrior".

Weapons: His primary weapon is the Spirit Blade Nenekirimaru, which was designed to deal five times more damage to a vampire and two times more to a dhampir.

Abilities:

→Power:
a)Meikyō Shisui (Clear and Serene) - Makes the enemy unaware of his presence, and shifts him to the enemy's blind spot. If Rikuo's fear is cut, the technique is dissipated.

b)Ōgi Meikyō Shisui, Sakura (Clearest and Most Serene Tree, Chery Tree) - Uses a superior yōkai sake poured into a large sakazuki cup. Burns an opponent. So long as the water continues to ripple, the flames will continue until his opponent is reduced to ash.

c)Kyōka Suigetsu (Mirror Flower, Water Moon) - Distorts his enemy's perception of him by creating an illusion akin to an afterimage.

d)Matoi (Demon Clad) - The Sacred Act of a Hyakki Yakō, whereby a commander clothes himself in the fear of his Hyakki Yakō. Each time the technique is performed with a new dhampir, a marking will appear on Rikuo's back as a means of symbolizing the trust between him and the comrade. A lot of trust is needed to use this technique. It works only for a leader of part human part vampire heritage aka dhampir, and it works by layering the Fear of the underlings on top of his own, exponentially increasing his power, as well as acquiring any sort of extra abilities into his power while using it

→Speed/Agility:
Rikuo has demonstrated tremendous speed and reflexes in battle. Even when caught by surprise from an enemy's attack, he is shown able to react in time to skillfully dodge or counter the assault. Offensively, he is shown able to keep up quick and rapid assault that forces most opponents on the defense as he leaves no openings in his attacks. In battle, he can effectively use his agility to use the battlefield to his advantage, jumping from wall to wall to keep his opponents unsure of his attack patterns. Offensively, his agility grants him great dexterity in battle, able to attack his opponent from various angles with great accuracy and force.

→Durability:
Due to keeping his physical prowess at its peak, Rikuo can easily hold out against all but the most resilient opponents during a battle. Rikuo has shown himself to have a high tolerance to pain and damage.

→Regeneration:
His regeneration level is at the average for a dhammpr.

Personality: He is is confident, strong and inspires "Fear" amongst his allies leading many to join him.

Hobbies: Going to American football games at the local high-school or college, Moonlight walks and people watching.

@roxas, please, change your black swan speed and regeneration. Only vampires are allowed such fast speed and regeneration. An ordinary vampire can only be able to regenerate themselve fully within 12 hours or so. Therefore your black swan which is human, cannot been able to regenerate so quickly. The speed of regeneration is average for all humans. As for speed, too fast. Humans can't run that fast if you are a vampire you can have it at shunpo and such, but not a human nor the black swan itself. Another thing, the black swan power is not elemental, it cannot change it's spiritual power to ice and such. To know more about the black swan please read the manga vampire juuji kai or do research on it. Also, I forgot to mention, the black swan only uses it's arm as it's weapon, reason is because it's which have the tattoo of the black swan is the black swan's power itself.

As for your dhampire character, your power Amaterasu is not vampire/dhampire powers at all, please changed it, for dhampire are not all that powerful, the power you describe for your dhampire character is too strong for a dhampire. Dhampire are tend to be weaker than pure-blood vampires such as the young prince and the vampire king. However they are stronger than the black swan because of there hone spiritual power. So please edit your powers. Also vampires and dhampire does possess the eyes that you mentioned in your character, there eyes are normal except there visual is a lot stronger than humans and the black swan that's all. Also change your susanoo power, too strong for a dhampire again. Note this is not Naruto or ninja rp, roxas. Please do remember that.

The speed of a dhampire can not be at the speed of sound, so make some changes to your first speed, roxas. The second I'm fine with it, but please limit it, for I don't want any god-moding here. Same applies to your powers. For your third example of speed, limit it please for your character can't be the fastest, for there speed can never matched or outmatched a vampire.

Also Dhampire regenerates a lot slower than vampires but a lot faster than a human and the black swan. Remember, dhampire can never best a vampire in battle nor in strength.

Roxas I suggest you read the manga vampire juuji kai to better understand this rp. Once you read it you will understand how strong a vampire, dhampire or the black swan is.

@Zero - I've read record of the fallen vampire before up to the alien arriving part.

-I'll adjust things later today. I think that it may be better if I change my dhampir character completely. Thanks for the heads up, just keep my slots reserved and I'll adjust them later today.

-I still need a bit more details if you do not mind. Please inform me if the black swan is allowed to used the anti-magic abilities i mentioned. if not I'll adjust. Also I thought that even the swan in the manga used a spear or something as a weapon as well?
