Sounds Cool. I'm in. But Mistress, why is this your last RP? ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Name- Zack Fair Age- 27 Gender- Male Nationality- Canadian Occupation- Barkeeper. Runs a popular neutral bar in Ikebukuro named '7th Heaven'. It is the only bar that members of Contractors, Dolls, Humans, S.T.A.R.S. and Unit Black can enter and not fight in otherwise he will beat them to a pulp. Location- Ikebukuro, Japan. Role- Contractor Star #- L-666 Society - None. Currently Neutral. Skills- Despite his appearance, Zack is an extremely skilled fighter, using a combination of powerful attacks and cunning deceptions. While the full extent of his prowess has yet to be known, he has demonstrated the ability to effortlessly fight back an opponent's powers with his still sealed. He has also demonstrated the ability to perform tremendously powerful and precise strikes, capable of cutting through very sturdy targets, such as concrete-reinforced tempered steel. He was also able to easily cut down eight contractors in a short time with ease. He was later shown to fight very effectively, putting considerable amounts of strength behind his attacks and also able to counter attacks from various angles. (1) Ice Manipulation - Zack is able to manipulate water in all of its states to form ice. He then can specialize in using several powerful techniques involving the ice. The more powerful the technique, the more water/ice/vapor needed. The power it expels is so overwhelming that its mere release affects the weather within the immediate vicinity, creating a thunderstorm or a blizzard (2) TensÅ JÅ«rin (Subjugation Of The Heavens) - One of his basic powers, as well as its strongest. It allows him to control the weather in the immediate vicinity, or more specifically, control the water in the surrounding atmosphere. An extension of this ability is the mighty HyÅten HyakkasÅ (Frozen Heaven Hundred Flower Funeral) that gave him his nickname and which was so powerful that he has trouble controlling it from killing everyone in its vicinity. Weapon- A gunblade made out of titanium that amplifies and works in tandem with his abilities.  Personality- He has a rather strange personality for a contractor. Cheerful, fair-minded, short tempered, a bit goofy, has a soft spot for children, enjoys flirting with female customers and loves playing poker (his bar has a Friday poker Night in honor of this) and other gambling games (Saturday night is Mahjong night). Payment: His remuneration is that he has to eat insanely spicy food, which he does not like. Appearance-  Bio- A former member of S.T.A.R.S. and the USA Marine Corps. He was formerly one of it's most strongest members at the time of his membership and held the nickname, The Frozen Obelisk. His power and strength have not wavered at all as he is able to keep peace in his bar from the more rowdy patrons from the other organizations (his mere presence when pissed scared even a group of Unit Black and S.T.A.R.S. into running away). He left S.T.A.R.S. after the death of his old partner, Genesis Rhapsodos. He now runs a bar where he sells information, guns, ammo and other items on the side. He also keeps enough guns in his bar to make an armory jealous (rumors say that he has a rocket launcher under the bar but it has not been proven as no one has a death wish to anger him into using it). Also has a habit of throwing kitchen knives with startling accuracy at people he does not like. His past if clouded in shadows with only Rangiku Matsumoto having knowledge of it after she saved him 2 years ago. He is very close to her family members who often drop hints about dating her. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Name- Rangiku Matsumoto Age- 25 Gender- Female Nationality- Japanese-British Occupation- Detective. Attached to the Ikebukuro Police Department. Location- Ikebukuro, Japan Role- Human. Star #- None. Society - Japanese Foreign Affairs - Section 10 Skills- (1) Gunslinger - Rangiku has had training in using almost all types of firearms from basic handguns to rocket-launchers. There are almost no guns that she cant use. (2) Acrobatics - Rangiku is a master of parkour and other types of gymnastics that she obtained through hard work. She is also very skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Weapon- Standard law enforcement gear. She also carries a pair of personally customized M1911-style handguns chambered for the .45 ACP round that she named Ebony & Ivory. The right gun, Ivory, was custom built for rapid firing and fast draw times, while the left gun, Ebony, has been modified for long-distance targeting and comfort. The bullets she uses are modified AAR(Anti-Armour Rounds) designed to counter the techniques used by some contractors.  Personality- Rangiku tends to be a slacker who dislikes paperwork and loves to drink. She is not the slightest bit modest about her appearance, frequently referring or complaining about her large breasts in normal casual conversation, much to the embarrassment/amusement of anyone around at the time. She is not above using her considerable feminine charms to get her way. Her easy-going and free-spirited personality is similar to Zack's who she met 2 years ago. She like spicy food and often joins Jack in eating some when he is doing his remuneration. She also enjoys traditional dancing and kendo. Despite her lackadaisical image, she can be extremely serious when needed and is a capable fighter and strategist, best-shown when she uses clever teasing to manipulate others into squabbling among themselves long enough to drop their guard and leave them open for an attack. Appearance-  Bio- Rangiku was born into a rather high-class family to a Japanese father and British mother. She studied and acquired a masters in Criminology alongside a degree in basic Surgery (which allowed to do autopsies). Her parents wire killed in a robbery when she young. At the time she was staying with her grandfather who later attained guardianship and took care of her and her younger brother, TÅshirÅ. Her grandfather is Superintendent Supervisor GenryÅ«sai Shigekuni Yamamoto of the National Police Agency. Determined to make criminals pay, she studied her courses and eventually became a detective attached to the Ikebukuro branch of Tokyo. It is here that she met Zack Fair for the first time. She found him half-dead in an alleyway and helped nurse him back to health. She is a regular patron at his bar after he opened which is bountiful source of information. She has deep feelings for him and wants to be more then friends. She is the current guardian of her younger brother who shares an apartment with her. Currently, she has been approached by the Japanese Foreign Affairs and secretly transferred to the Section 10 branch which specializes in dealing with Contractors.    |

He has improved strenght, perception, endurance, agility as well as improved reflexes. These abilities can be enhanced even further either individually or as a whole if he decides to pay the price. Gate of the Abyss: Unknown function, data unavailable... Weapon- Dual hidden blades, though he usually fights unarmed Personality- His personality is dangerously unstable, but most of the time he is rather relaxed and easygoing person. This however can change with moment's notice. Payment- Aproximately 15-30 minutes after Fenris has used his abilities, his body is wracked by severe muscle spasms. If he has enhanced his physical abilities he is unable to do so again before certain amount of time has passed. Appearance-  Bio- The only survivor of S.T.A.R.S. project intended to create the perfect soldier, a human weapon.The experiments done to him enhanced his physical being but had an adverse effect on his mind. Though his abilities were extraordinary he was deemed too unstable to ever be used. He was placed in jail under inhibitor field that prevented him from using his abilities and almost forgotten, until one day a freak accident cut the power from the inhibitors. Before the power could be restored he managed to escape the facility. He's considered to be the most dangerous amongst the escaped contractors and dolls and so S.T.A.R.S. has issued a shoot on sight order for him.   |

What kira hates the most is war and fighting. If he sees a friend in trouble he will do what it takes to protect them. Kira may look ordinary to people's view however it is not so, for his gene's was modify to be a superhuman being while he was still in his mother's womb. This little info about kira is unknown to him. But in the future he know will know who he truly is, which is the ultimate coordinator created by his real parents who happens to be scientist that works for the S.T.A.R.S facility before they were killed. Things You should Know ^^ Main Objective: Well, the main propose of this Rp would be the fight against the Human Star facility and there Contractors, which will act out as "Hunters" and track & kill the Unit Black which are the Contractors that are fighting for the freedom and to destroy the Black Territory inside Ikeburo known as "Black", and finally be free. Bio : At age 6 he was kidnapped at suspicion of harbouring Contractor like abilities after reports of a young kid who kept dissapearing flew up and down their Info network, After being brought a incident happaned with a girl called Ein who he named later Ellen. A girl who was in a coma but after sensing him awoke to attack him, but after calming down it became clear she had no choice , ever since they have been on teh same team training as a perfect partnership. he has slowly given Ellen her soul back but she still is brainwashed and loyal to STARS but he refuses to leave her.  |

All i could hear were voices,whispering a pound themselves. It sounded like they were trying to wake someone up, i wondered who were they calling a "Doll". I recall these voices saying. Great job everyone... Then silenced covered the atmosphere, I slowly moved my fingertips,then my hands and so forward. I took my first breath i opened my eyes as the light of a white room blinded my site i remember the room was cold and far away i heard some say this name Khirsy.. It said it repeatedly,as the person was referring to me.. and from there I'm known as Khirsy... Khirsy Castinen, a "Doll" working for Unit Black... Khirsy Castinen ll Unit Black Garden ll Night A well hidden Old building stood aside of all that is known as the City of Ikebukuro, inside the inscrutable and abnormal territory known as Black were some Contractors and Dolls live, this place is known as Unit Black The hidden cameras inside the garden of the apparently old building("Unit Black HQ") captured the image of a young girl with Silver long ponytail and a purple and black dress, with eyes of irises color, like if she was blinded she stood under the light of the full moon that floated in the clear skies. Her soft gentle skin lighted by the moon and the cold wind blowing softly. For a doll unable to show any emotion and own will,she seemed to always come outside and just stand under the moon not being ordered to do so. Looking like she is waiting for some one or something, but usually nothing happens. The girl just stands there and the words that come out of her voice are. Its warm.. even after...As other Contractors from other societys will kill to get there hands on the Unit black,Everything seemed to be quite... for a while until... |

Fenris - Cityscape - Night Fenris: So could you do me a favor? Fenris was hanging one arm behind the neck of a S.T.A.R.S. member who was holding a pistol grip. Rest of the pistol was on the rooftop neatly slicen off from the grip. The man's attention was solely focused on the blade that had done this. Man: Y-y-yes... w-what do y-y-you want? Fenris: I would like you to call the S.T.A.R.S. HQ for me, then give me the phone. Would you be so kind? Man: I'm not... Fenris moved the blade a bit closer to the man's throat. Man: I'LL DO IT! Fenris: See? That wasn't so hard, now was it? The man started fiddling with his earpiece and then handed it to Fenris. Fenris: You can go now... Oh, and take this with you. Fenris handed a small pouch to the man. The man fascinated at the contents looked inside and went completely pale. Fenris: Now shoo, I'm on the phone. The man started running as fast as he could still holding on to the pouch, which was making clinking slightly with each hurried footstep. Inside the pouch were around twenty ID tags belonging to S.T.A.R.S. members, all of them, except one, were covered with varying amounts of blood. The one without blood was the one that had made the man go pale, as it belonged to a S.T.A.R.S. contractor. Operator: Hello who is this? Your voice does not match the headset you're using. Fenris: Of course it doesn't, I'm not one of you afterall... and don't bother sending a unit to track me down, you won't get here in time. Oh I forget my manners, I am Fenris or if you are more familiar with my star designation, Omega-13. Fenris laughed as he heard panicked shouts coming from the headset. Fenris: Anyway, one of your men is bringing you a small gift, hope you like it, see ya. He crushed the headset silencing the tracker within it. Then he started making his way to the town hoping to find something enjoyable when he would get there. When he got down to the street level he looked up at the sky. Fenris: Such a beautiful night... |

[Zack Fair and Rangiku Matsumoto][7th Heaven bar, Ikebukuro][Night] The bar was closed for the night as Zack decided to get some well earned relaxation. Currently he was relaxing on a lounge chair on a balcony of the 1st floor of his bar. The second floor was his private apartment. As Zaxk was deep in thought whie gazing at the sky the glasss door behind him opened and a beautiful woman stepped out. She was holding a bottle of Château Magnon 1942. As she sauntered towards him he called out, Zack: "So what brings you here Ran-chan?" Rangiku Matsumoto: "Mou, how did you know that it was me?" Zack: "Heh, cause first no one has the balls to break into my place without at least a batallion behind then and second...you are the only other one with a key to my wine locker." The woman took a seat on the other chair and poured the excuisite wine into two glasses. She handed one to Zack who accepted gracefully. Both of them clincked their glasses together, "kampai". After taking a sip they continues looking at the moon together. Rangiku: "Zack-kun." Zack: "Yeah?" Rangiku: "I miss the moon and the real stars..." Zack: "...I miss it too Ran-chan..." The nearby stereo played the beautiful voice of Frank Sinatra's Blue Moon as they realaxed in the peaceful moment together. |

Rooftop Night I looked out at the moon that is shining down on the city. My clothing drenched in blood after the nights work of eradicating the S.T.A.R.S contractor. I sighed, then jumped from rooftop to rooftop, heading back to Unit Black HQ. As finally arrived I noticed a girl sitting atop of the HQ rooftop. I recognize her as Khirsy Castinen, Doll. I jumped up on top of the rooftop she is sitting. "Khirsy Castinen, watching the sky, the world again." I made my comment more of a statement than a question. I looked at where she is looking. I could sense her curiously watching me. "I will see you later, Doll" I jumped down from the rooftop and walked into the HQ heading for the main office where I report my duty of the day. Streets of Ikebukuro Night I quickly walked home, after a late night work on a project assigned by my professor. I looked up at the sky, mesmerized by the moon itself. As I continue walking little did I know I am in front of the Unit Black HQ. Being ignorant I continue walking. Then, I sense something, something ominous, I turn around and found myself facing a man. I could tell this man is dangerous. ???: Kira Yamato, you are to come with us, whether you like it or not Us?! There's more of him. "what do you want with me anyway!" ???:You are our salvation, our saviour who shall help us eradicate the Unit Black "Look, I don't know what you are talking about or who this unit black is. But I know one thing, I am not coming with you nor am I going to help you kill something. Killing is wrong. Besides I don't have any powers you speak of!!" I backed away from them, looking around trying to find a way to escape. ???:Silence, we shall take you by force. Then all of a sudden two more of the stranger appear and launched at me. As they were about to attack me, they disappear. Wha-a?! Standing before in between the stranger is a girl. who is she? I was awe by her appearance and also the aura she is giving out. |

Anonymous ll Unit Black ll Main Office ll Night ll It was quite silent inside HQ most of the contractors were. A person stood aside a glass door looking towards the lights of the outside city, The Anonymous person that maintained the Unit black as it is. The manly shadow gave away little knowledge of this person but nothing more. He had the same headsets as the Unit Black Contractors and Dolls, which it looked like "He" is the one giving the orders. As "He" stood he heard some steps approaching quickly towards his office. "He" smiled and sat down on the chair behind the desk turning the chair hiding his identity. As one of the Contractors walked inside. Anonymous Noctis Lucis.. I see you have come to report, as usual on time A manly voice recalled as this person sat with one of his leg on top of the other, placing his elbows and crisscrossing his fingers. And so Lucis... what is the status out on the street?!.. Khirsy Castinen ll Unit Black Garden ll Night As i was still looking at the moon one of the top Contractors named Noctis came around and spoke "Khirsy Castinen, watching the sky, the world again." He commented more of a statement than a question. I looked at him pondering, but he left quickly. I then quickly received and order Via headset Track Down Contractor Fenris I am a tracker so it was no surprised they send me, I walked towards the fountain inside the garden and placed my left hand gently inside. I need to have physical contact with water, as i did at that precise moment my Tracker found Fenris. I could see him clearly, thanks to a drop of water on his shoulder. My eyes glowed, but then stop as i finished tracking his latest location. I quickly exit the Unit Black ground as i when off on my search for him, I holed open an umbrella for it was drizzling, but the fake stars and moon would shine anyway. As i walked around the streets of town i could see the crowd of normal humans passing by me yet they can't even notice the difference between me and them. |

Fenris - City Streets - Night There had been little excitement in the night so far. Couple of thugs had tried to mug him, but they hadn't been much of a challenge, but they had apparently robbed someone else already, so they had a bit of cash on them. He hadn't been paying much attention at where he was walking, but then he noticed a sign on top of a door. Fenris: 7th Heaven huh? He counted the cash he had "acquired" from the thugs. Fenris: Might as well try and check it out. He tried the door, but it was locked. He knocked on the door and waited if anyone would open. Fenris: Now I'm bored... He knocked on the door again then sat down next to the door watching the sky. |

Heavy rain keeps pouring as lightning struck the dark sky. An uncomfortable silent to the surrounding of a lone figure. Dead bodies scattered on the floor, bathing them with their own blood. The lone figure armed with suite walks into a window nearby. His suite was covered in blood as he removed his helmet. His raven hair drenched with sweat as he keeps on staring outside. His brown eyes show no signs of any emotion. The eerie silence broke when his radio sound. "Star # - S-1028 is needed at the HQ immediately." "I'll be coming,over." The figure wear his helmet and walks into the front door. His mission is over and will meet with S.T.A.R.S. organization. "So many things happening now,huh?" |
