 Plot Last Impression is an up and coming band comprised completely of vampires. They are eternally young, infinitely beautiful, inhumanly talented, and among the elite of their own race. They live in the twilight zone between the human world and the magic world, and they are on a mission to bridge the gap between the world they live in and the world they once belonged to. They face many challenges though. How do they avoid the light? How do they keep their nature a secret? How do they avoid creating conflict within their own species? The band’s very existence is creating tensions between the two main groups of vampires; the modernists and the traditionalists. Modernists, like the members of Last Impression, are not necessarily young vampires, but they believe that it is alright to come out of hiding and life as one with the human population. They believe that modern technology and the new obsession with vampire that the young generation has created will help to hide their true nature and allow them to once again rise to the stature of gods, as they had been in the days of Egypt. Traditionalists believe that vampires must live in covens, haunt graveyards, and stay hidden from mortals. They sway the path of the world by holding only a few high ranking government positions, and refuse to show themselves to humans. They believe that the modernists are radicals that must be destroyed and have even created a group of hunters to track down the high ranking modernist leaders and exterminate them. What will be the new path of the vampire race? Settings This RP is set in modern day New York City if you are a band member, and in modern day Rome if you are a traditionalist hunter, but the throughout the story characters will be traveling around the world. Humans are located in London at the headquarters of a secret organization that researches mythical beings. Vampire Powers Vampire’s gain more and more power as they age. Mind Reading - All vampires have a mental connection with one another and can read the thoughts of other vampires and mortals. However, some vampires may be able to set up “mental blocks†which allows them to keep other vampires from searching their thoughts. Super Speed – All vampires can run extremely fast without tiring. Heightened Senses – All vampires have heightened sight, sent, touch, hearing, and taste senses. Flight – Vampires older than 500 years have the ability to fly. Elementals – Vampires older than 500 years have the ability to control the elements. Flicker Teleportation – Vampires older than 1,500 years have the ability to teleport. Unique Ability - Every vampire has a unique ability that will develop over time. It is weak at first but quickly strengthens. Vampires over 300 years old should be able to use their ability to the fullest extent. Note: If a younger vampire was created by a very ancient vampire they automatically have all abilities up to Elementals. They must age at least 500 years before they can use Flicker Teleportation. A vampires unique ability is not altered by their creator and all vampires will age at least 300 years before really being able to use this ability. Rules No almighty characters please! She grew up around music and was even a member of a pretty famous rock band until she met one of the vampires that would become a member of Last Impression. She was lead into the organization and has been following the Modernist Vampires ever since. Unique Ability: She is extremely quick for picking up accents and languages. Appearance:  Vittoria Montesquieu Mortal age: 19 Vampire age: 501 Gender: Female Affiliation: Band Member (Vocalist) Personality: She is not easily excited but she isn't depressed either. She is quiet when she isn't singing her heart out on stage. The people around her say that she is the practical one that sort of acts like the mother figure to the band. Bio: She was created by an ancient vampire and has even tasted the blood of the sacred queen. She is powerful beyond her years but does not tend to show it. She is from London and came to New Orleans in search of her lover and creator only to find that he had stepped into the sunlight after hearing rumor of her own destruction. She sought out other Modernist vampires after this for companionship reasons, but soon found herself becoming passionate about the movement. Name: Fenris Furor Mortal age: 20 Vampire age: 749 Gender: Male Affiliation: Band Member (Bassist) Personality: Fenris is the joker of the group, the one who eases up tensions and tries to get everyone smiling. In battle his joker status stays true although it takes on a different aspect. In battle he is the one who is most unpredictable, the one who thinks outside the box and always engages enemy on his own terms. He is also the calm one, he rarely raises his voice in anger, but when he does you'd do well to listen what he is saying and maybe take a few steps back. Bio: Fenris came to be a vampire in what came to be known as Dark Ages, he had been an apprentice smith at the time he had been transformed into a vampire. The lady who did it also had stolen him away to her mansion. It had taken him several years to get really used to his changed circumstances. The lady, whose name he has long since forgotten, helped him with his transformation going as far as letting him feed on her blood, granting him powers and insight beyond his years. He still owns the portrait that she had someone paint for him, it depicts her in full regal clothes in broad daylight with a sun on the background. The irony of the picture never ceases to amuse him. He still remembers the years he spent with her with great fondness. After accepting his situation he was tasked by his lady to perfect his chosen craft and so he left the mansion for the first time since he had been turned into a vampire. He travelled far and wide searching for smiths to teach him, he even spent three decades in the far east. During this time he also trained in any and all martial and weapon styles he could find. He returned to the mansion 90 years after he had left finding it in the same state as it had been when he left. He was reunited with his lady and he gifted her a sword of his own making, which she kept with her until that day... One day when Fenris returned from his travels he found the mansion in flames. Not caring about the flames he ran into the mansion searching for his lady. In the tombs below the mansion he found a pile of ashes and the sword he had made for her. He felt the loss deeply and picked up the sword red mist of rage descending upon him. In the years that followed he looked for the ones who had done this and finally found it to be the work of another ancient, like his lady had been. He spent the following years tracking down and killing every member of that ancients coven leaving the same message every time he killed one. The message was simple: "Never forgive, never forget". With every kill he became closer to the vampire who had killed his lady, when finally after 13 years he finally faced him in the streets of Venice. The ancient realised why he had come when he saw the sword in his hand. The battle was brutal, but in the end Fenris stood victorious. After that he took into wandering and studying. He participated in both of the world wars and has made through several encounters with hunters, both human and vampire. But now first time in several centuries he has found a place he feels that he belongs to. Unique Ability: Aegis of Fury Fenris is able to absorb kinetic impacts and depending on the strenght of the blow to either partially or completely nullify the impact. He is then able to use that absorbed energy to strenghten his own blows. Lately he has noticed that he is able to lessen elemental effects also, at this point however the amount of elemental power he can absorb is quite small, but any power he does absorb can be used to strenghten his own elemental ability. Elemental: Fenris is able to manipulate and create electricity, he can shoot it from his hands or he can charge it into either his hands or whatever he happens to be holding, if the item is capable of conducting electricity. If it becomes necessary he is able to power the bands instruments or other electrical appliances with his elemental powers. Appearance:    |

Name: Alecia Coeur Mortal age: 16 Vampire age: 1,513 Gender: Female Affiliation: Band Member (Guitarist) Personality: Alecia is very thoughtful, and she isn't afraid to express how she feels or what she thinks about something. She loves to keep up with the current trends in technology and music as she is fascinated by the two and how humans create them. Alecia is also a very energetic person, and it is hard for her to be still. Bio: Despite her young and innocent looks and personality, Alecia is very old as she became vampire in 497 A.D. Alecia doesn't even remember how or why she became a vampire since it was so long ago, but she does have some memories of her life as a human. She has been through enough to know that humans are a race that is determined not to give up, no matter what, and this trait of humans has captured Alecia's attention. She has learned to like them, and she believes that vampires and humans can live together peacefully in the same society. Alecia loves modern day technology, having high end cell phones and computers (Alecia always has her Blackberry Storm with her). Alecia is French, however she has grown out of her French accent and can fluently speak many languages, such as English, German, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, and of course, French. She has also learned to play many instrument, including the trumpet, flute, tenor saxophone, french horn, harp, and numerous others, however her favorite is the guitar. She knows how to speak these foreign languages and how to play all of these instruments because it was what she has done in the past to keep her occupied, before computers came around. Unique Ability: Sun Protection- Alecia can be in the sun without having it harm her for 25 minutes, more than that and she will be affected. However, this ability has given her insomnia and she can only be in the sun for 25 minutes that entire day. Appearance:  Name: Nicole Hawthorne Mortal age: 11 Vampire age: 105 Gender: Female Affiliation: Modernist Personality: Quiet and shy, but she will defend what she believes in no matter what. Bio: Nicole was an orphan who was raised in a orphanage in southern Germany, which was run by nuns. She grew up in this home, and she admired the nuns who ran the orphanage because they had so much on their hands, yet they managed to give each child the attention they needed. This inspired Nicole to become a nun, and she started to read the bible daily and even dress like a nun. However, on one night when she was 11, she went looking for a child who had run away from the orphanage because another child had been teasing him. She found the child at a nearby park, however a vampire was holding him hostage, about to turn him into his next meal. Afraid for the child since he was still very young, Nicole offered for the vampire to take her blood instead of other child's, and the vampire accepted this offer. Just as Nicole had feared, the vampire went too far and turned Nicole into a vampire. She later returned the child to the orphanage, and knowing that she could never had her old life back, she packed up her things and traveled the world, meeting many other vampires, both Traditionalists and Modernists. Nicole was fairly happy with her vampire life, but one thing that bothered Nicole is how her faith does not believe in vampires, and yet Nicole herself is a vampire. This has put Nicole on a quest to show others that vampires are not evil or against religious values, and this quest has thrown her into the Modernist movement. Unique Ability: Healing: Nicole can heal all minor injuries and a few major injuries (because she is a young vampire, she has not mastered her ability yet and she cannot heal all major injuries). Name: Robert Cartier Mortal age: 19 Vampire age: 732 Gender: Male Affiliation: Band Member Personality: Robert is usually cold to anyone outside the band's inner circle. He can be rash and violent sometimes, but deep down, he cares for the safety of others. He's very sarcastic and has almost no sense of humor and takes everything seriously. His personality changes when he's on stage though. When he's on stage, he smiles a lot and looks like he's having a good time. if you catch him in a particularly good mood, he'll even sign you an autograph. Bio: Robert was born to a French vampire family 732 years ago. HIs family was made of aristocrats and they were full of Traditionalists. Robert, however was a Modernist, he felt that the bridge between humans and vampires should be rebuilt to make a safe passage over the river of hate that had been made between the two races. Once his family found out about his ideals they exiled him. He had been wandering around the earth for 500 years until he had eventually made his way into Last Impression, where he quickly fit in with the other band mates. Robert's French accent is pretty heavy. When he gets angry, he starts ranting off in French, hopefully so he doesn't perturb the other band members with his excessive complaining and yelling. He does that for their convenience so it's easier for them to ignore him. He's taken up smoking recently, but he's not a heavy duty smoker or anything. He just smokes when he's either bored, or needs to think about something. Unique Ability: Terrorize-- His eyes begin to burn a bright read an I to the targets soul once I contact is made. They target begins to hallucinate and live their deespest fear, which makes Robert able to manipulate what happens. The hallucination is more along the line of a dream and leaves the target unconscious. Elemental (since he's over 500): By snapping, he's able to ignite a flame on the tip of his index finger. He can then shoot the fire either like a gun, to where it can penetrate, like a flamethrower, or he can compact the fire and shoot it like a grenade. He also lights a small flame on the tip of his finger to use as a lighter to light his cigarettes. Appearance:  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Nathan Alexander Mortal age: 25 Vampire age: 2000 Gender: Male Affiliation: Huter (Radical Traditionist) Personality: Nathan is very hateful and isn't the type of person to make friends. He pretty much hates everywhere, except he hates the modernists with a burning passion. He's very temper-mental and is made angry easily. Bio: An ancient vampire born of pure blood in the early years of Ano Domini. He's a hardcore vampire who goes by the vampire rule book: Sleep during the day, feast during the night, drink blood. He cannot remember his childhood, in fact he can only remember things from the past 20 years. He had been in a coma for about 500 years and while sleeping he lost all of his memories except for his name and who he was. He joined the Hunters to vanquish the Mordernists that he calls scum. He feels very strongly that Vampires and Humans should never be on good terms since they never have been. he's determined to keep it that way too. Unique Ability: He can change the force of gravity to either make it stronger or weaker. Elemental: Ice- he can instantly freeze the water in the air to create ice and use that to his advantage. Flicker Teleportaion- Since he's older than 1500 he can teleport at will, but the range is only 100 meters. Appearance:

[ My character ] Name : Noctis Aria-Luna ( violinist And Pianist ) Mortal Age : 14 Vampire Age : 280 Gender : Male Affiliation : Hunter Personality : Also know as Nocturn for shorter names he is a very methodical and Pathelogical person. He has no desire and no Goals he is a puppet in every sense. He Isnt a anti social or depressed person but he hides deep scars that stop him from feeling emotion so he just Puts on a face and listens to what those who order him tell him to do. Inside he is a scarred and Dark person who hates vampires and everythign about them and if he had only one ambition it would be to eliminate them. He is very educated and well spoken. Bio : His parents were Modernist of tried to start a motion to pull humans and vampires together. They taight him classical music from a young age but when he was just over 30 they were Killed by hunters brutally in front of him. In hi sanger he released part a small fragment of his ability. Seeing this he was taken to a hunter facility and brainwashed into being a Hunter. He know has no memories of his past they have been replaced with false memories in which he believes the modernist killed his parents. He know acts a Puppet for the Hunters and he is one of their Usefull and well known Tools as from a young age he has killed many Vampires and has given himself his own reputation. He refuses to work Alongside vampired Ever and this trait has grown stronger as he ages, he will obey any order but alone he takes his missions and lives, He recieves his missions through a human woman who has payed less attention to than his own life itself. His left hand becomes a Razor sharp killing tool able to Pierce almost anythign while his right hand becomes a indestructable shield. - The Cloud crown allows Noctis to Freely manipulate the Atomic structure of himself and anything he touches. - He can Manipulate the Atmos to vibrate faster or slower in which he can make himself as light as Air or as hard as a diamond as well as being able to Vibrate so fast he reflects light and becomes invisble - When it comes to other people his ability is not yet complete he can only slightly change the Gravitational energy around what he touches and make them Heavier or lighter Appearance -  CLoud crown -    |

Name: Byakuya Kuchiki Mortal age: 28 Vampire age: N/A Gender: Male Affiliation: Human Personality: Byakuya acts in an aristocratic manner — he seems always serene and apathetic towards other people, even when he is actually deeply conflicted. He is also extremely calm, even in battle, and is very seldom surprised by even the most drastic of actions. He generally acts indifferent, bordering on arrogance, to most situations that he is faced with as seen from how he rarely views his opponent worth his time. Despite this trait, Byakuya is a very perceptive man and is fully aware of the limits of his abilities and usually anything he states in comparison to an opponent is justified. He strongly believes in law and order and feels that if someone in his position does not follow the rules as a good example, then no one will follow them. He believes that to maintain the order, all law-breakers must be punished, even if that goes against his own wishes. In spite of his icy and regal manner, Byakuya understands that the law isn't perfect and cares for and protects those important to him. As astonishing as it may seem, Byakuya seems to have a comedic side resulting in many funny situations. He shows open disdain for those who have been disgraced or who he finds to be annoying or overconfident. Bio: Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of the noble Kuchiki clan, a clan in Japan with close ties to the Emperor. The Kuchiki clan specializes is using unique magics that were perfected over a thousand years. Among the magics they were truly masters in summoning creatures called 'legions' from another plain to do their bidding. Their clan have always been aware of the vampires presence in the world and they feel that it is their duty to police them to safeguard humanity just in case anything happens. Byakuya's parents were killed when he was young resulting in him being raised by his grandfather, Ginrei Kuchiki. Ginrei raised him as the next heir of the family and trained him in all aspects of being a noble. Byakuya succeed his grandfather officially when he was 23. A genius, he finished his masters in Business Administration at around the same time. He acquired his PHD at 26. He met a woman named Hisana Inuzuri(age 21) while as a masters student(age 23). Hisana was an orphan who studied a degree in physiology while raising her younger sister, Rukia(age 11) (her only family left alive) alone. Falling in love with her, they dated for a few years before eventually marrying when Byakuya was 25 (Hisana, 23). At first Byakuya's family protested but eventually were silenced by Ginrei who welcomed Hisana and Rukia(age 13 at the wedding, currently age 16) into their home. He became a father at age 27 when Hisana gave birth to their daughter, Shirayuki. Byakuya is often in London with his family recently due to being part of a secret organization that researches mythical beings. He is not above working with vampires weather they are traditionalists or modernists. Although he does not hate vampires, he takes his duties seriously and will do what ever it takes to protect humanity and hid family. Byakuya is lauded as being the most powerful member and head of the Kuchiki family to ever be born since the time of their founders. Byakuya's primary weapon is a regular katana named Senbonzakura, with a simple cross guard, which is a simple open frame, much like a four-pane window. It has a light blue handle and white sheathe. He is masterful at swordsmanship, capable of flawless precision and lethal attacks without much effort. His true strength lies in his special and unique summon: The Angels Of The Apocalypse. Unique Ability: The Angels Of The Apocalypse are a special summon. It split itself into 7 different forms with each form having a certain number of fighters. His summons have TWO deadly weakness, they are not as durable as many other members of his family's. When damaged heavily, they take a much longer time compared to other summons to recover. This is why unlike other summoners of his family, Byakuya is often forced to join in combat rather then sitting back and watching. This therefore places him in more danger more then any other Summoner. He can ONLY summon 2 different legions at the same time. Therefore to counter his summons's weakness, Byakuya has developed Special Attacks (1 per legion) with them to help give an edge in combat. The forms are: (i) Guilt Six Knights armed with broad swords hunt down enemies and slash them up multiple times. Vicious slices and agile swordsmanship, these beings can practically slice through crowds if the enemy's defences are low. This Legion is an extremely well-rounded favorite and effective for heavy combos. Special Ability: Midnight Punisher - Byakuya dash-slices forward with his sword. If he hits an enemy, Guilt violently slices up the victim. (ii)Malice Four Gunners fire bolts of laser from their strongbows. They are weak in power but their metal crossbows are highly effective in long-ranged warfare. They are able to 'lock on' and concentrate fire on a specific target. Special Ability: Great Depression - Byakuya makes an uppercut slash. If he hits an enemy, it is thrown into the air while Malice's firing squad blasts at the victim. (iii)Blasphemy One mine-armored "turtle" that float around him. It latches on any nearby enemy and self-destructs, (inflicts great) and a new one respawns in its place Special Ability: Crimson Carnage - Byakuya role-plays Ronaldo's soccer skills and kicks a bomb that detonates on impact and extremely effective both for weakening and decimating hordes of enemies. The explosion sets nearby enemies ablaze with excellent damage both for up-close or ranged combat (iv)Arrogance Two shell-armored "spiders" float around him. Arrogance weaves a dome canopy which acts as a barrier around him. It momentarily absorbs all enemy attacks and blasts it back to all surrounding enemies. Damage inflicted is proportional to the damage absorbed by Arrogance. It has no initial attack power, but its unseen potential must never be underestimated. Special Ability: Avenger - Timed at the moment Byakuya takes damage, he will counter-attack by dash-slicing a short distance forward through enemies in front of him. The legion blocks the damage by appearing. (v)Flawed Three "ninjas" jump around, trip down enemies, and drill them to death with their razor-sharp talons. Due to the length of their claws, they can also attack airborne enemies. Extremely agile and deadly if used properly. Special Ability: Laughing Stock - Byakuya throws a glowing trap on the ground. Upon the trap's contact with any enemy, Flawed bores out of the ground and drills through the victim and any nearby enemies with magical lightning. (vi)Hatred Two human-like Ogres lets his enemies to experience the life of being volleyballs or training sandbags. This underrated phantasm is slow yet massively powerful. Special Ability: Bad Karma - Hatred appears in front of Byakuya. Any foolish attempt to attack Sieg results in an immediate counter-attack, not to mention brutal damage (vii)Thatanos A single human-dragon form, complete with armor and archangel-like wings. When attacking, Thanatos brutally decimates enemies by encasing himself with his wings and rams himself across enemy ranks FOUR times for a hell lot of damage Special Ability: The Ignorant Masses - Thatatos slows time drastically for all enemy troops, while Byakuya's mobility remains unhindered. Thatatos summons down a massive laser tempest from the Celestial Realm among enemies for massive damage. Appearance: Byakuya Normal  Byakuya Combat and Official Attire  Guilt  Malice  Blasphemy  Arrogance  Flawed  Hatred  Thatanos     |

§Kristta Eliot§ § Mortal age: 15 § Vampire age: 104 § Gender:Female § Affiliation: Band Member-Keybodist § Personality: A mysterious personality mannered and reserved for her age. § Bio: She lived with her faster family Father,Mother and Older sister, somewhere in the United Kingdom,and learned to play the piano under the guidance of a famous pianist Elis Kastinen. Although she was blind she could play it beautifully. Not knowing she was a vampire she began to harvest for blood at her 9 yeas of age. Ending up killing her hole family gaining the power of her eyesight the same night of the murder she was cursed to foresee what she had done. She stood at her current home alone and took care of her self. She was alway very mature for her age.Learned many things about teh breeds of vampires by reading. Teaching herlsef that non pure vampires are not worthy of life. After years she moved out of her home and end up joining Last Impression as the pianist. Not dealing well with the fact that the leader of the music group Vittoria was non other then a non pure vampire been created insted of been born like her. He is a pacifist, but while he dislikes war and conflict, he is more than willing to fight if it means protecting his friends and loved ones. He's kind and considerate to people around him but there is a darker aspect of him. He wants to change the world for the better and often places his hopes in the next generation to fight their hardest for the sake of ending war and bringing about a new peace. He is also rather sarcastic but often ends up in comedic and ridiculous situations. Bio: Even amongst all the vampires(both traditionalists and modernists) in existence, few are as well known, well respected and well feared as Ulquiorra Schiffer. There many rumors abound (which he neither confirms nor denies) that state that he was turned into a vampire by none other then the legendary Vlad III, Prince of Wallachia a.k.a. Count Dracula himself. Through his life, Ulquiorra has become the very physical definition of the quote: 'Been There, Done That'. He has been a part of almost every act of history in the world. Among the things he has done are: Observed the Taking of Jerusalem by the Crusaders, Joined Marco Polo when he visited China, Founded the Knights of the Round Table alongside Arturia Pendragon(Saber from Fate/Stay Night) and Merlin, helped to burn Joan of Arc as she had plans to purge the 'unholy' vampires, assisted Leonardo Da Vinci, was an adviser to Sulayman I whom was ruler of the Ottoman Empire, faced off against Nobonaga Oda during the Sengoku period of Japan, was a constant thorn in the side of the Habsburg family who controlled much of Europe at one point, found El Dorado the City of Gold in Central America and kept its location hidden from the world, helped as an adviser to Sultan Mansor Shah alongside Tun Perak during the golden age of Malacca, joined pirates such as Blackbeard and Anne Bonny to cause mayhem for the English East India Company, appeared in China during all of the dynasties, beheaded Charles I of England during his execution, founded Harvard (and graduated there several times under different courses throughout the years), was a sailor on the Mayflower, helped Carl Linnaeus classify the plant and animal kingdoms, took part in the French Revolution, took part in all the events of the American Independence, helped lay siege to the Alamo, met Kamehameha I once he unified all of Hawaii, took part in the Meiji Reforms and met the most famous fighters at the time such as Saito Hajime and Shinamori Aoshi, helped Abraham Lincoln unify the North and South, was a prospector during the San Francisco Gold Rush and helped Wyatt Earp at the O.K. Corral, helped Mathma Gandhi, payed an important part in World War I and II, killed Aldolf Hitler and made it look like suicide, was a supporter against Apartheid in South Africa, help found the FIFA World Cup and been to every one since, and many many more. During the 14th century, Ulquiorra with the help of the Belmont family(a family of vampire hunters) and Alucard the dhampir son of Dracula faced off against and killed Dracula, his sire in an epic battle. Since then he has maintained a good relationship with the Belmont family and is friends with Alucard until now. Ulquiorra has taken Castle Dracula as his home as a spoil of victory. A little over 500 years ago he saved the Pennyworth family in England from a group of insane vampires and they have pledged their loyalty to him since then. They often serve as his butlers and maids and are amongst the few humans who know about vampires. In return, he takes care of them by providing a home and helping to pay for their health and education. The current head of the family is Alfred Pennyworth. He also also often aided the Kuchiki clan of Japan through the years is the godfather to Shirayuki, the current head Byakuya's daughter. Having being turned by such an ancient vampire and having lived lived for 1000 years, Ulquiorra is easily one of the most powerful vampires in existence. Because of this no vampire be it modernist or traditionalist dares openly challenge him. Though he rarely engages in it, Ulquiorra appears to be highly skilled in swordsmanship. He is capable of using his speed for flawless precision and to inflict lethal attacks without much effort. Ulquiorra prefers to wield his sword with his right hand, leaving the other hand free, though it usually remains in his pocket. He is quite adept at blocking. Ulquiorra has shown to rely mostly on hand-to-hand combat, rarely drawing his sword at all. Many speculate that he only draws his sword against opponents he considers "worthy". Ulquiorra also seems to prefer applying an "off-the-ground" method of combat, often being seen attacking opponents from aerial standpoints. One of Ulquiorra's more noticeable traits is his tremendously skillful speed. He moves at an excessively fast speed in combat, so fast that other vampires find it hard to even discern his movements at first. In addition to his remarkable combat prowess, Ulquiorra is also gifted with great insight and understanding of situations at hand. With his calm and collected nature, Ulquiorra can be highly perceptive and analytical, allowing him to easily deduce the basic idea of his opponent's skills to figure out their strengths and weaknesses. While not openly stated, it has been seen repeatedly that Ulquiorra's skin is highly durable even by vampire standards. He can deflect attacks of similar power barehanded. He has proven to be deceptively mighty for his build. He can upturn huge portions of rock floor with a single strike at the ground with his sword and once lifted a tank with one hand. He has also shown the ability to kick vampires a tremendous distance with one strong kick. It is unknown when, but at one point in his life he grew large black bat wings on his back. He can use these wings for flight and often hides them until needed. He is a master user of the wind and water elements with ice(which is a combination of wind and water) and skilled with the earth and lightning elements however he cant use the fire element in combat as he has problems controlling it. Having being the man who has truly seen it all, Ulquiorra in his heart truly loves the world. He wishes for humans and vampires to live in harmony. Having worked alongside Charles Darwin at the Galapagos Islands, Ulquiorra feels that vampires have been in the dark for too long and need to adapt and evolve. In his eyes, this is the best way to peace. He owns many companies throughout the world and has amassed a fortune over the centuries. Although he is a modernist, he is friendly with many of the traditionalists and often debates with them about this matter. He feels that the formation of the Hunters is too excessive and often comes into conflict with them to protect others since they dare not challenge him openly. He has recently heard the news of Viktor Salvatore's assent to Elder Vampire along with the elimination orders given to him and the news has him slightly worried. He knows that he is possibly the only vampire that truly stands a chance against Salvatore and is planning as many countermeasures as possible. He has high hopes for Last Impression and owns their recording company. He feels that they may just be the ones who would bring peace. Unique Ability: 1) Cero Oscuras (Spanish for "Dark Zero") - When using this technique, Ulquiorra concentrates his vast spiritual energy with only his index finger into an condensed jet-black energy blast. When fired, it covers any exposed light into absolute pitch darkness. The Cero Oscuras's range is vast, and is mighty enough to completely desolate a city block.  2) Mangekyo Sharingan (Japanese for "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye") - The MangekyÅ Sharingan gives him access to powerful and forbidden techniques and is located in his eyes. When he uses it, Ulquiorra's eyes change to a different form. They are:  (a) Tsukuyomi (literary Japanese for 'Moon Reader'): It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness". Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, it traps the target in an illusion that is completely controlled by the user. He can alter the perception of time with ease within the illusion to make it seem to last for days when in fact it only lasts a few seconds. This allows him to torture the target for what seems like days on end, causing mental trauma that will render them unable to fight for an extensive period of time. Use of the technique also puts a great deal of strain on Ulquiorra, usually tiring him and draining him greatly.  (b) Amaterasu (literary Japanese for 'Shining Heaven'): It is said to represent the "Material World and Light". The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu, said to be as hot as the sun, ignite at the focus of the user's vision. They're unavoidable as long as the user keeps their eyes focused on their target. The flames are extremely powerful, said to be capable of burning through anything in their path, even smothering regular flames easily. Amaterasu is said to burn for seven days and seven nights, and cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze. Use of the technique also puts a great deal of strain on Ulquiorra, usually causing his eyes to bleed.  (c) Kamui (literary Japanese for 'Might of the Gods'): Kamui is the word for a divine being in Ainu mythology, although it is almost never written with kanji in modern times. In a more general Japanese context, Kamui refers to the might and majesty of the gods, particularly the ShintÅ Kami. By focusing his MangekyÅ Sharingan on a particular point, Ulquiorra can force that point to collapse in on itself, ultimately sending everything in the vicinity to another dimension. The energy used by this technique is proportional to the mass of the target.  (d) Susanoo (literary Japanese for 'Impediment Man/Raging God of Battle'): Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual humanoid being. The spirit is gigantic and surrounds and protects the user. It begins by forming a large skeleton with muscle tissue around the user. Even in an imperfect state, the bones can act as armor for the user and it is capable of regenerating as long as the user has the energy to spare. It is able to turn into a humanoid being complete with skin, armor and a real face. It is further able to gain a layer of armor which resembles a yamabushi; in this final stage, it wields the sacred Yata no Kagami (Eight Span Mirror) as a shield in its left hand and the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (Ten Hands Long Sword) in its right hand. The mirror is considered one of the three sacred treasures and is endowed with all nature transformations, it can change its own characteristics depending on the characteristics of the attack it receives, making the technique ineffective. The sword, which is also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (Sake Cutter Longsword), is sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm. It is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in a "world of drunken dreams" for all eternity. Susanoo can also produce energy arrows from its right hands, which can travel at such speed that evading them is nearly impossible. The shield can be used as a modified bow in this case.
