Denied request, blacklist conflict

A request of mine has been denied; the reason given was that the anime it comes from is blacklisted. Under the music FAQ, the question of what anime appear on the black list was answered with a link to the request page. Under the header of blacklisted anime is the following: Kenshin (Samurai X), Inu Yasha, Pokemon, Digimon, Monster Farm (Monster Rancher), Detective Conan (Case Closed), Yu Yu Hakusho, Tenchi Muyo, Dragonball, Ronin Warriors, Prince Of Tennis, One Piece, Initial D, Sailor Moon, Powerpuff Girls Z, Hoshi no Kirby, Gravitation, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Ojamajo Doremi, Keroro Gunsou. The requested song does not come from any of these, so I assume that there's been a mistake, or that the complete blacklist isn't shown. Help would be appreciated.

"Love Together" from the Parappa the Rapper anime. it was made in 2001, which is barely under ten years ago, but it's still less. http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1950

Huh, weird...everything seems valid, so it's possible that Gendou-Admin forgot to add it as a blacklisted anime. You should just message him and see what he says. Or wait till he sees this thread and he'll probably say something. Sorry I'm not much help >___<

You know how common anime get blacklisted? It'd be a pain for Gendou himself to constantly add to that list. If he denied your request or someone else did, I'd just try somewhere else. Sorry.
