Trouble Downloading

| I am currently facing a difficulty in downloading. After reading previous threads about this problem i still can't seem to find a solution. I am using mozilla firefox, i do not use download accelerators and my internet line is at optimum efficiency. I am thus puzzled with this problem and wish to seek technical assistance. I have read the Faq as well as the rules page. and nothing seems to make sense. |

A good start would be to explain what the problem is exactly. What happens when you try and download?    |

| Just do as instructed by the FAQ, left click on the link ... waited for around 5 minutes. nothing seems to pop out or much. The bottom part just indicated waiting for gendou. |

Have you tried "Right-Click -> Save As"? Have you tried using Internet Explorer to see if your browser might be the problem? |

Right click process- Tried using it initially, but the option seems to "disappear". After reading the FAQ left clicking seems to be the new method now. Internet explorer option- Tried using this one also, Seems like its far more worse than using mozilla. Btw, the right click option can't seem to work on IE as well. |

Right-Click on IE seemed to work for me when I tried it on IE. I'll have to download something and try it all the way through. |

Just note, firefox is the preferred browser when using Gendou.com. So when there's an issue with a browser, and the user's not using firefox, that would be step one to switch browsers.
