Pride "Yes Gluttony I got your message, your meal is waiting for you in the dining room. And it is nice to see you too Envy, may I ask where is Lust-Chan?" Pride lead Gluttony and Envy into the dining room. She sat down but didn't dare to touch the other apostle's feast. "You say that Damion is cute, eh Gluttony?" Pride smiled to herself "then you are right we should invite him over. Will one of you kindly extend the invitation to him. If those guardians that I fear are going to be hanging around him would like to join him please extend the invitation to them as well. Perhaps then we can use our charms to convince them we are doing the world a justice." With that pride pat Gluttony on the head and walked out of the dining room. "Try not to make a huge mess if you don't mind. Also, please come upstairs when Lust returns home." Very good... I shall visit devil-sama and report on our progress. Pride thought while climbing the grand stair case to her bed chamber. ---- Ami l School Ami enjoyed a quick lunch with Damion and Zero then headed back to her math class. She had finished her test early and was working with her sketchbook and pencil when the lunch bell had rang. She returned to the classroom and finished the artwork. It was her last class of the day, an extra long calculus session. The professor had given the entire class period to finish the test so instead of wasting time in that class Ami asked to be excused. The professor gladly permitted it and Ami rushed out of the room. She was curious to see how Zero was making out on his first day. She arrived at the classroom door and cracked it just enough to see in. The students heads were bent but the teacher was saying something about Zero being an example student. I knew he would do well here! Ami thought to herself and shut the door. She hung out in the library until the last school bell rang then waded her way through the crowds to find those apostles she had seen in her earlier class. She was temped to follow them home, but she didn't have the courage to go alone. Tomorrow she would get Zero to follow them with her, but for now she wanted to find Zero and Damion. She located them coming out of the classroom she had peeked into. "Damian! Zero! I was wondering, since Zero is new here, if you guys would like to go to a cafe and get something to eat with me?" It'll be my treat!!  |

Pride l Hell "Devil-sama, we have located the boy and so far all of the apostles under my direction, besides myself, have enrolled in school with him. Trust me when I tell you I will not let you down." Asmita keeled before the devil, praying with every shred of her being he would acknowledge this as a step forward. "Very well," he said, "but you know my patients wear thin. Just as your own do. I want faster progress, and please locate the rest of the apostles. I did not grant them those bodies so they could run rampant on earth." "Yes Devil-sama." Asmita rose and bowed before transporting back into her bedroom. She sensed that Lust had arrived home. Zero sense Damien outside at night. He knew that Damien is vulnerable to the apostle. He quickly went to locate Damien, hiding in the shadows, without Damien knowing he is there. |

Envy heard Lust come home. "Welcome home Lust. Once you are settled I want the tree of you in my office." Pride told her. These were dirctions for all of them, Lust, Envy, and Gluttony. Well, since I have nothing to do, Envy thought. She went over to Pride and Lust. "Hello Pride-San, and Lust-Chan." Envy said respectfully. She did not respect Lust, but becuase she admired Pride-San she greeted both of them with respect so Lust would not feel left out. |

Charity l The Ice Cream Parlor Ami sat across from Zero at the ice cream parlor. "I guess Damion isn't going to show? Did you hear from him after he left school, we did tell him to meet us here after dinner right?" Ami was twisting her hands under the table. "You don't think he got mixed up with the apostles do you??? Patients I'm so worried because unlike you Patients is not my virtue!!" She was starting to get all bouncy in her chair. "He has a cell pone right! Do you have his number?" Ami blushed when she realized how annoying she must be. "Sorry I didn't mean to annoy you." She bowed her head as the waitress came over to take their order. "I would like to have a strawberry milkshake please." She said smiling a wide smile. "Zero you can have what ever you want, don't worry about the cost I have the money!!" It was in her nature to be giving, after all she was Charity. Also what sixteen year old girl could use up a medical surgeon's pay all by herself? "There might be one more person coming." She said after Zero had ordered. Zero got up to go look for Damion. --------- Pride l The Mansion "Envy, Lust it is so nice to see you!" Pride almost had a motherly feeling towards these two people standing in front of her. She wanted all to create a sort of family here, but she knew her pride would get in the way. "Well Gluttony take your time, we'll be in my office" Pride lead the two other apostles up the stairs and into her office. "So how many virtues are crawling around that school?" She asked to start the meeting. |

Pride "Boring huh?" Pride laughed "I could see that, they're both probably at the top of their class and defiantly goody-two-shoes." Pride motioned for the two of them to sit down. "You were around them, which ones do you think they are? Hopefully they aren't your weaknesses. Eh? That would be bad, of course then you would be their weakness as well." Asmita thought about it. If she ever met Humility she would have the upper hand. Humility would most likely have bad self esteem as it is, but still her Pride might falter and then be crushed by letting her fellow apostles as well as Devil-sama see her weak side. Pride did not have a weak side and Asmita would like to keep it that way. Thats why she kept herself locked up in the mansion most of the day. Ami "where are they?" Ami thought sitting at the table with two melting ice creams. "they haven't come back yet." She pulled out her cell phone and tried to call Zero. "Wait! I forgot to get his cell phone number again! I hope he found Damion." She noticed a text message on her screen. It was from the hospital she was needed in surgery, but she couldn't leave until she knew weather or not Zero and Damion were going to come back. She shook her head and started to eat her ice cream. "Hurry up Zero." she thought wondering if patients slowed down your rate of accomplishing things as well. "No that would be sloth." she affirmed. |

"Well, I know for sure that one of them is Patience, and he is going under the name of Zero, or something like that. It seems like he is making himself known that he is Patience, because to me it's so obvious. The other one... I'm not too sure about. She is going under the name of Ami and I know for a fact that she is not one of us. And actually, there might be another one as well... I have sensed another... But I'm not too sure about that. It could just be that I'm acting up because of all virtues around and it's making me uneasy. I don't like having hem all around! They think that they're so good, but they're not!" Envy exclaimed. She had overreacted a bit there, but it was true that she hated having all of these virtues around. To her they were just a pain to deal with. |

Pride "Ami you say. I wonder if she isn't Charity." Pride wondered allowed. "I heard there was a new star surgeon in town that insisted upon attending the local high school. Supposedly she is some super genus, but I would like to see that." Pride frowned, who could be any more of a child genus than she was in her mortal life? "Anyway, I spoke with Devil-samma while you were settling in and I have explicit orders to round up the rest of the apostles. Unfortunatly I don't know their whereabouts. So from now on I want you to spend any time your not in school looking for the other apostles. If they have stayed in contact with Devil-samma they should be looking for us as well." Pride paused and tucked a stray hair behind her ear. "They shouldn't be hard to find. Now we all carry the mark of the apostles that will only be visible to one another. Those Virtues wont be able to see them and neither will the humans. Look here." Pride turned around and pushed up her long black hair to reveal a complicated mark on the back of her neck. "Your marks will appear somewhere on your body, and it will help us to identify which apostle we are. For instance, Lust I believe yours will be on your collar bone and Envy yours is barely visible in you eyes." "Another thing to be aware of, Damion is the only human who can see our mark, but he can also see the marks on the Virtues. That is not terribly important information but I thought it might be good to know." |

After Pride had told Envy and Lust where their marks will be, she seemed more confident on finding the other Virtues and exposing them for who they really are. "So mine is hard to notice? That's good. I just have to make sure none of the virtues find out about my mark, and I will be ready to take them down swiftly... One by one..." Envy thought. She was thinking of a plan of action already. "So, Pride-san, which Virtue do you believe we should take down first?" Envy asked. After the boring first day of school, she was ready for some action. |
