| i download the anime song but after complete 100% it show that the file not found...help me...is this the website got problem??help |

When that usually happens, the first usual things to check are what kind of browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) you're using, and if you're using a download accelerator. If you're using IE, switch to Firefox or any other browser but IE. It tends to have issues -__- And if you're using a download accelerator, disable it. They're not allowed anyways D: (This should be in the 'Help' Section instead)

Moved to help. The problem is either your browser or connection not the site. Make sure you know where you save the files first though. If you don't know how to do that, just save it to desktop. |

its still cay cann't found the file that i download.... i try rhe different website download the song its download complete success saved at destop.... but i use gendou it show the same word that the file not found when 100% complete download... isn't got someone else had the same problem like me??? help me |

Lets make this quick, since you said on other thread that you use download accelerator. Now, disabled it completely. No download manager or accelerator. Try using firefox too. |

| Im having problems when I try to download songs it starts but stops almost as soon as it starts. im using firefox but i dont know if there is a download accelerator turned on or not. how do I check and if there is one on how do i turn it off? |

Well, if you download using firefox it'll show firefox download window instead of some useless download window from other program/sites. It might be your connection if your download stops like that, or your firewalls. |
