Anyone hear about the new OVA? I gotta see if the first episode already came out. I don't think it's the same as the other OVAs where it's just still images. According to the trailer, a sure teaser of a second season, it's all new and animated. Here's the trailer: Though possibly, it could be a set up for a new season!

The 1st volume of the new OVA won't be out til the 25th of November which is like a ways off, while the 2nd is in December. That's the date of the DVD releases though, not sure if it will air before that though often OVAs are video only. Just like the other OVAs that were released with the TV series DVDs these will be as ecchi (borderline hentai) as those. Something in the same vein as the Queen's Blade stuff. I looked up the DVD release the special/limited edition will be packaged with some extra goodies like most of these releases do. Anyways these 2 OVAs look like a setup to another season which isn't suprising since the manga is still going on.  |

Yeah, I checked one site that had a schedule of when all the new anime will air (like an anime calender, if you will). I saw the second OVA on the second week of October, though it this might be considered as an ONA though. Then again, I saw some debut ONA series, can't remember surely if it was Kanokon though. I hope there's another season, the first season had a pretty popular fanbase and was pretty popular from my perspective. Plus more Kanokon = Happyness.
