@Unico The main guy's name is Hibiki BTW. =P So... I'm already after the 4th Gym and so far the Game is good. They kept most of the places intact and YES the music is so awesome Can't wait to see what Kanto looks like now. =P  |

this game looks epic! i definitely have to get it when it comes out! I also noticed in a realted vid that they brought back pokemon following you around like in yellow version. But what really made me @_@ was i saw the arceus part of the vid where the arceus event is BUILT IN!

@Uhhh Thanks for informing me about the name of the male character. And yes, sexy audio quality indeed. I like how the sound of water streams get louder each time you're walking closer to a lake or waterfall, it's soo realistic. @JC Relax man, (U) version is released on Spring 2010, plenty of time to start saving. xDD @Haseo Ahh, the built-in Arceus event is pretty neat. You need a Pikachu-coloured Pichu to somewhat activate the event. Now, all that's left is the remake of the Kanto series and who knows, the remake of Crystal might be the merging of the Kanto, Johto and the Orange Island arc. I hope that will happen. xDD |

It would be nice to be able to actualy PLAY the orange islnad arc since i havent herd of a game that had that yet. And a pikachi colored pichu? arent they the same color? i didn't like the remake of kanto for gba the Fire Red and Leaf Green versions looked like all they wanted to do was add a weird feature and not even build on the game at all. But i liked how the Elite 4 got harder AFTER you got the national dex. It gives more challenge to the game. Hopefully we'll see some of that in SS and HG

I'm looking forward to get this game next year. Heard that this has better than the original version of Gold & Silver. But since, I'm going to Japan next month, I'll have a look.  |

@Haseo The Pikachu-Coloured-Pichu or PCP for short is basically a shiny pichu received from the Arceus movie event. I heard from Uhhh that some of the Gym leaders for HG/SS are rather disappointing. @anime19 Yup. It's definitely better than the original version. This is probably the best remake. |

@Unico Nah, they're not THAT disappointing. I just got lucky they didn't use their new signature moves/strategy at me. (I killed them before they did lol.) (Pidgeotto for example has Roost now, and Scyther has U-turn. I imagine the strategy there in Bugsy's Gym was that Scyther use U-turn to switch to Metapod and/or Kakuna which explains Scyther being his First Pokemon to use) Stupid AI. -_-. They do make it up for Gym Rematches though. =D P.S. And yes, Whitney's Miltank is STILL a pain in the arse for n00bs. Good thing I know that I should switch when my Pokemon are affected by Attract. XD On the competitive part... Oooooh. Super Fang as a move tutor now? I can see some Pokemon in the competitive field to abuse this move now. 1/2 of current HP guaranteed as long as it hits? (90 Accuracy... not too bad.) Ouch. |

@unico: oh i see now. so you get it from the event. I would be a pain to have to try and find it in the wild. @uhhh: The miltank always beat me so bad. I had to train a lot to beat it. but thats when i was like...6 years old. 8 years can do a lot. Is it true that they're actually adding the orange islands arc?

OMGZ! I'm TOTALLY getting both of them!!! I can't wait to see how much has changed since the orginal games were released!!! It's gonna be one heck of a freakin' awesome time again!!! BTW, I heard that Japan sold over 4.5 million copies, falling just short of 5 copies of the original Gameboy Color Gold Version and Silver Version. OMGZ!! I'm hyped for the games!! I already know what I want for my starter Pokemon!! ^^    |

saw all the sprites before this game was released.. x.x can't say I like d/p/pt better but some are quite.. erk.. >.> tried playing it... STILL even with some knowledge of the Japanese language... WITH the help of the color coded moves.. AND alot of experience in the PKMN world.. XD I kinda did it... though less casually.. XD anyways.. so far.. this is the worst thing that I encountered... hope I could tell it w/o spoiling the game as much as I would love to.. >:P besides... it's a remake.. there's only a minor spoiler factor present.. XD on to my rant: Point: Legendary Dogs - Back then, I always turn the volume up on my GB whenever I hunt for the dogs.. I feel excited whenever I hear the 'special' BGM for such an encounter.. XD tracking them randomly was a pain.. (playing G/S for years, only caught Suicune, Raikou and Entei.. 4 times...) However... in HG/SS... the feeling went 'poof'!... >.> you'll know what I mean... x.x btw... Haseo: Orange Islands by far is an anime-only-arc... if it were to appear in any game.. the Orange League will have to be with it.. XD post e4 storyline and it would add to the gameplay time.. but annoying... >.> Uhh: a wild Zubat > Miltank (applies to noobs only..)

@Mr. M The TMs are still the same but they switched Defog with Whirlpool for the HMs. Typical. @Hong Kong lol Wild Zubats. Repel FTW. XD Well... people have their opinions. I actually think it was nice that there's a different theme for each of the dogs (Well not TOTALLY different, but you get the point). XD |

speaking of w/c uhh, Lugia theme is on or not? I totally <3 it.. XD and by far.. I only know of the single change in the HMs... All 100 TMs are still intact according to serebii...

Lugia theme? It WASN'T in the originals. XD Yes, Lugia's theme in HG/SS is brand new and obviously it's in. XD Though I gotta say, Ho-oh's theme > Lugia's IMO. And again, every TM and HM is still intact save for the Defog-Whirlpool switch. |
