Well now it's confirmed, though I knew instantly after the second season ended, that there would be a third season. *applauses for self* :P Kugimiya Rie has not had time off now hasn't she? But she's immortal now. Woah Z, Shana laying it out there on that link there. :O

@DA lol yeah, i mean the bad guys hasn't been defeated after all, they still around there planning new evilness XD i'm really glad that there would be a third season soon can't wait to watch it XD i wonder if they would be a new Shakugan no Shana-tan too.. XDD    |

lol, of course, I mean the first half of the series was the drama-school life version of it. A LOT of fans hated this for some reason, yet I enjoyed it a lot. Haha, some fans don't even know who Yuji picked in the end on that last episode. XD

Kugimiya Rie must be the richest seiyu in Japan. XD I'm sure they're going to begin work on it after Summer or so.

as a matter of fact seiyuu and manga artist doesn;t get paid much despite the workload they have sad fact but that's life.

[@raizo] Yeah, I'm aware of that, but all together, Kugimiya-san must be loaded for her countless numerous roles in anime (plus music). Money's never a hot worry in Japan, much different than the obnoxious states here, lol. :/

Shakugan no Shana (I and II) were great, but of course, they had some cheesy moments. But I was very happy with the ending of II, and I thought II wrapped it up pretty well. So, I'm excited to see what Shakugan no Shana III is about! =P P.S. Yey, he chose Shana. |

According to animenewsnetwork there will be an OVA released prior to the 3rd & supposedly final season. The OVA called Shakugan no Shana S will be released sometime in October. Some extras include another Shanatan episode as well as cast commentary. The OVA will focus mostly on character development, diving deeper into them & knowing more about them. Their relationships will probably be a big key in the OVA. Both the first & second season were highly enjoyable & since the third will be the last...i'm expecting something just as enjoyable, even more so...it'll go out with a bang that's for sure.  |
