Any way to upload a song bigger than 15 Mbs?

| I found a Negima song in the Request list(Kagayaku Kimi E ~ Peace). I have the song, but due to its length(around 7 minutes), it´s bigger than 15 Mbs(16 or 17). Is there any way to upload ir, or if it´s impossible, is there any program that I could use to reduce it´s size a bit? |

You have to make sure it's encoded at 128kpbs. If it's still larger than 15mb then you have to email Gendou (FAQ/Help - How do I upload a file larger than 12 MB?)    |
