Just looking for some good fast paced work out music:D no rap please i dnt like listening to some guy talk about sex when im lifting weights i find it rather annoying  |

Have you heard the Euro Remix of Hare Hare Yukai? It's great for working out too. Also, Ali Project has some very fast paced songs as well. I'd suggest Waga Routashi Aku no Hana and Seishoujo Ryouiki in particular. I'd also try Rolling Star by YUI. If J-Pop is okay try Kimi ga Kureta Ano hi by Chihara Minori. It is amazing for working out to. I'll come back later when I'm not falling asleep because of cold medicine to give you more suggestions. If you need any of these songs and they aren't on this site, let me know, and I'll upload them onto 4Shared for you. :3 |

Lol thanks wow dude wow i was listening to that actually once when i was benching and my ear phone fell off my spotter some random huge guy looked at me and jusrt stared at me XD thanks again |

Try m.o.v.e. songs or anything related. It's surprisingly nice to work out with, so I've heard, but gives off that type of aura. I'm guessing they have the radio running there usually?

Salsa on the radio? lol Change the station or something. This might sound weird, but just the sound of the radio on is good work out music to some. In my DMM/Website Design class, we listen to country music all the time on the radio (teacher loves it), but to be honest with you I can work smoothly with it (if I don't have my personal J-Music via flashdrive already).

ehhh country :/ i can't turn off the radio because unfortanately the gym manger big bob gets pissed if i touch anything he really is big ;( but i think i get you with sounding the music thing sometimes i find myself singing the lyrics " If you like you should of put a ring on it" while im curling |

Try some of the IOSYS songs, remixes from the Touhou Project games. A lot of them are upbeat and enjoyable. Just fend off the temptation to watch the flash animations that go with them aswell,or you'll never round to working out :P |

hmm... work out anime music eh!! first time im hearing such an idea, i can recommend the following songs Fullmetal_Alchemist_2_-_Uso Fullmetal_Alchemist_2_-_Again Bleach_Movie_2_-_Hikari_no_Rock Bleach_-_Velonica Oh most bleach songs are good (rock) and fast paced!!

Umm, I somewhat think Pre-Parade from Toradora! would work. It has a fast beat, plus it's a pretty good song. Try some Naruto OP songs, they seem to send an adrenaline rush.  |

try the bleach song Hollow mix forgot which one but i remember a lot of evil screaming. the op for law of ueki is fast paced, some gintama songs are nice like sanagi |

Try songs by ALI PROJECT. There is a certain Gothic feel to their songs. I love them!

| Go download the soundtracks to DDR 1-7th mix, most of it is high powered J-Pop, or what most people perceive as Anime Music. |
