the voice.... THE VOICE!!! its no where near as good as the English voices. i mean it sounds sooo funny! GOKU SOUNDS LIKE A KID WHEN HE IS AN ADULT! please tell me you guys feel the same >.< CHANGE THE VOICE ACTORS!  |

I assume you never watched the original japanese version of the old Dragon ball series then? Because that's the way he's supposed to sound. goku gohan and goten are voiced by the same person after all, it's a trademark thing. Changing her wouldn't be welcomed by the fans of the original version i believe... But i can understand. Back then the first pokemon i watched was the english version. And i end up not liking the original japanese voice. I guess you'll just have to wait for the dubbed version to come out if you want a guy for goku's voice. |

I agree with Sai's statement. I also think the dub wasn't that bad either, not horrible anyways.

Well, he's voice by a woman. In my honest opinion I prefer the dubbed that I watched before more since they have manly voice and such which fit them well. But I really have no complains on the original version, I'll get used to it eventually. For some people the dubbed are more better than subbed [aka the anime with original japanese voice] just because you're too used to dubbed. But waiting for dubbed take a long time, so why not just watch the subbed and get used to it. |

What more can i say, its almost repeatedly being said by all the others,but still i ll say what i feel... the voice in japanese is meant to sound like dat , cause its been like that since 1987... the actor hasnt changed for dragon ball z since then ... the same person has to do the vocals cause ppl have grown up hearin it. the way u feel now when goku's voice change from sean schemel , will be the way japanese ppl would feel if goku's japanese voice was changed, Get it
