Yeah I agreee, too, their two American re-debut albums are better than their older Japanese releases. Plus, they had a different vocalist at that time period, too, so who knows, but they made some pretty brutal stuff that they didn't re-record though, except for Reborn. I like the original Reborn better, because the solo is separated from the end unlike the re-recorded version, but I like both respectively. They're definitely getting more know with their second album, especially in Japan, they're still on tour. Their Shibuya-0 EAST concert is incredibly hard to find, I can't even tell if it's even released yet. Finding any releases or info about this band is not difficult, but actually trying to find it is almost impossible at times.

@BTL: I'm pretty sure I got all of their English stuff. I got, their 2nd Demo, 3rd Demo, uh, the mini album that was with another band that had Deviation and Manic (forgot the name), yh... I got...uh I'm not sure of the album names right now, but their all English. OH! I got the album before their self titled album, which is their first I believe. so yea, i believe all their English stuffs~ @DA: yeah, I've found finding it extremely difficult.

lol, almost coincidence I started hearing a bit of their music randomly lately. And zomg, FINALLY they're releasing footage from that Shibuya-0 show. If the DVD wasn't even released no wonder why it was impossible to find, though not sure how two songs from it live are upped on youtube and also a preview of the entire show. I really missed FACT, I'm glad they didn't like break up or anything. They also announced they would tour US again way earlier when they had to cancel a bunch of their last tour's dates. They're definitely coming back. I regret not seeing them in Philadephia cause now I don't live there anymore since I don't go to school there anymore. :(

I think they're also releasing a special edition with 2 CDs (one from FACT and the other from their pseudonym band, co3), a black Noh mask, and a T-shirt. I've been listening to FACT more lately and then randomly checked CDJapan if anything was going to be released soon and sure enough, something popped up! xD Figured that they would come back and make up for the canceled shows, but I missed them when they were in Washington and I don't know if they'll come back to the area of not D:

Finally something new! I've been waiting so long for this. It feels like so long since In The Blink of an Eye came out. I downloaded their older stuff (Before their self-titled album) but it just doesn't have the same effect on me as the more recent works. I'm glad to hear of another release coming soon-ish. It kinda sucks that my parents don't let me go to concerts. If they were ever in Los Angeles, I'd be there in a heartbeat. My parents still treat me like I'm 7 though, and I'm gonna be 16 in a month >.>

[@BTL] Yeah the Noh mask is whatever, but they have like two total shirts. Wonder which one it is. You can find them on their Myspace page. lol, well isn't that sort of lucky. And yeah they should have a tour again soon. That's what I think. [@Haseo] Well their Japan stuff is sort of underground. Also they had a different vocalist. Their US stuff, they worked with different producers and composers. lol 16 alone in LA can be pretty scary, especially at night. XD [EDIT] Think this was Summer Sonic '09:

@DA: Haha yea, heck, LA can be scary in the daytime too xD it kind of sucks having no friends that are into the J-Rock scene. A couple of my Asian friends listen to HaMC, but that's as far as they've delved. One of them tried listening to Maximum the Hormone, but stopped after he found out they weren't on iTunes. But yea, I have no one to go to concerts with so that would take a lot of the fun factor out of it. Also, when is that single comin' around?

Excited for the release, and the cover looks cool :3 Haven't seen any PV releases yet which kinda sucks -o- Maybe another American release? Unless they're going to try their luck in Japan again? Like you said DA, they have a diff. vocalist so maybe they'll be more mainstream in Japan this time around? :D

Possibly so, it's just that "J-Rock" is the mainstream Rock as opposed to past FACT, who were more "underground". Though one of the most beautiful things about Japan is that they know almost any musician in the world, let alone in Japan. All their songs are in English, their popularity won't vary from that because a bunch of bands use English lyrics (e.g. BEAT CRUSADERS). But I think they're just gaining that big success now since they've been on a big American tour and a Japan tour. If they made maybe an anime single they'd probably explode thrice as fast, but they're gonna get popular more and more now. I know it. I'm curious about their "mini-album"?, but one thing's for sure they're great live. I'm anxious for that DVD! It seems they're more into performing here in the states (which fans constantly beg from other bands and singers outside the US). I think they're still mildly young so there's plenty of time for big things to happen, which will. Their old vocalist sounds like their current vocalist, there's no big difference. He left before they released their full American album (FACT), but they sound similar. I think the old guy had stronger vocals live compared to the current guy, but hey, all's good. FACT was a so-so success, blink of an eye had a great title song, can't wait for their new one!

Sweet damn! Have you guys seen the preview of "error"? It's on the mini-album and it's freaking epic! I can't get the link or embed player right now, since I'm on my iPod, but look up "FACT / error" on YouTube and prepare for the eargasm. Honestly, it sounds really epic so far. Come faster the 16th! EDIT: Seems as though the full pv is out too. And all I can say is DAAAAAAAAAAAMN

Yeah I saw it, and it's really good honestly. Not a Japanese influenced release, seems they're going to keep recording in the States or at least work with their company here. Honestly they could become a huge band here in America cause in HS I used to listen to all those hardcore bands like them. I think people might be a bit skeptic at first... since you know, they're Japanese (but f#ck, they're speaking english). The song is nice and sounds (or "reminds me") of a similar feeling to "in the blink of an eye" (from their last album). Hopefully vocals of this live aren't backed up with the backtrack vocal, but the vocals seem clean. Here's the full PV (gotta watch in better quality, too): I love that soft guitar melody at 2:48. And I love how they keep their faces hidden in their newer PVs now. Cause a name like "FACT", they could be any race, although the english has an ascent people would listen to the music rather than focus on what they look like (which is the meaning behind their masks). P.S. sidenote this, but nice sig Yo. ^^

Dude, Eat Your Words is flippin' awesome. There isn't a song that isn't awesome. This has definitely been a wait well worth it. I think "attack me if you dare" is my favorite song on the mini-album as of right now. I really have nothing to complain about, there English is getting better, to the point where you can understand them without looking at lyrics. I'm extremely content with this release.
