Spam mail, seem like a virus that spread from emails to emails that make other email to auto send mails to others.

If that's the case.. there should be a virus attached to the mail.. I tried to open the mail code.. but found no attachment or what-so-ever.. and the sender is also the same with other recipient found on google.. It was

If a virus is spreading the mail.. the sender should be from one of my friends or family member...

It doesn't have to be from a family member, viruses are tricky things, they can do just about anything with your computer if they infect depending on who came up with it. It could be an email which, once you open, will get your contact list and send emails to the people on that. It could just be a mass email and people you know got it as well by coincidence. Not all viruses are out to screw up your computer, some are just meant to bug you or get something from you. (Although most are out to damage you).

If it doesn't make sense and you don't know the person who sent it, don't think anything of it. Whatever it is it sounds a little disturbing, or jibberish. I usually get rid of any email sent to me by someone who uses their full name as it is almost always spam (unless I know said person or business).

I would also advise against picking around with an odd email, if you want to avoid virus attacks. Never go looking for trouble, it'll find you when it's ready.

My email is known only to my friends and family members.. and I am sure none of them is giving my email to other people.. since this mail account is my private mail.. and the address is not guessable..
so.. if it is a virus that spreading this email.. then this mail should come from my friends or family members.. who knows and saved my email address..
I dont really care about the content, because I cant get the meaning of the word.. seems taken from a tale or something, and no viruses too.. but I am curious how he/she sent email to me.. are the virus now so advanced that it can generate email address..? My email is somewhat complicated because i used letters and number that it written like jus1_s0m3one@yahoo.com..

Is it generatable..? is a spam now become this advanced..?

You know even if you don't give it to anyone else, email is still part of the internet and if you're connected to the internet then it'll be easy for spam/viruses. Or actually it can be from the computer you use to open it if maybe you don't have your own computer? They're record stuff on the internet once you reveal or use your information here online.

You have to get out of the mindset that you are completely secure online. If you are connected to the internet then anything can happen. Just because nobody gave out your email does not mean nobody can get it. Like I said, if your family or friends have you on their contact list and a virus/malware/spyware gets into their system, it could grab your email and the email of everyone else on the list.

Despite what you believe, your email and information is not as secure as you think it is. Every time you type it into a website or online service, someone, somewhere receives it and others can get a hold of it, if it isn't very securely kept. My gmail and MSN account get anywhere from 5 to 10 spam letters every day or two, did I give my email to any of those people or sites? Of course not, but they got it regardless.

Yeah if you have gmail, or even AOL or MSN, you'll get a few but to me, they're harmless.
All the ones I get for my gmail account are either from Pizza Hut and Amazon (since I have an account for those sites, so they're just like ads).

I think for some you can edit filter settings or something, but personally it's nothing to worry about really.
I wouldn't even open them, and I never do and I've never gotten a virus via e-mail.

everyone gets it so...the best option is...don't open at all. i just delete all my mails after looking at the sender and the title without opening them anyways.

About that email that your family received and you're saying that's only a Debian bug, don't worry about it because it's only just a useless trojan infecting a debian base operating system like ubuntu. But I said it is useless because they already have a remedy to fix and remove that bug. If you're Windows OS users, you're immune to that, but if there is a counter part infection for all OS, you will need to scan your computer for infections. It's recommended to not open any anonymous emails (spam mails or even normal mails) if you can't scan them with an anti-virus. Better delete it or need a scanning tool to know if it's safe from trojan bombs or cookie bug patches or some sort of PC infections.

It's as simple as most people will say; If you don't know who it is it's spam. If you know who it is, it's spam. However, if you know what it's about it's legit. =D
