I got a few questions and/or comments, and I didn't want to take up 3 or 4 spaces in the forum, so here's the stuff... If anybody does any audio editing stuff, go to nch.com and get WavePad. It's a free download, and if someone else hosted it it would be $30 plus. Does anybody have/do weird stuff? For me, my moniter is on a metal folding chair next to a mattress lying on the floor which is my bed. I've duct-taped wood with a notch over my power button on my comp so I won't hit it during sleep, taped a cardboard box under my keyboard (so it's elevated), duct-taped a pillow case over a wooden box to use as my mouse pad, have my speakers and other stuff on the floor under my moniter, and have a trash can hanging on the wall. ^_^ Does everyone on this site know that they are supposed to delete the songs they download here after 24 hours? It's illegal to keep them. (If you want the songs, buy the CDs) Another rule is that if you have an image in your signature, it should be under 100 pixels in height. Either that, or that is what Gendou wants, not requires. Just some thought running through my mind...  |

Personally, I like Nero Wave Editor and dBpowerAMP combo to edit the song and change bitrates as well as work with stranger codecs. As for if someone else hostes it, that seems kind of strange you have to pay unless it is a different version or something. "Does anybody have/do weird stuff? Even hide my alarm clocks in there so I can't reach them all. ^^; My neighboor hates me, I have 4 different alarm clocks to wake to, I think it is around 97dB in the morning with all of them going off, but that doesn't always wake me either. (If you want the songs, buy the CDs)" Yup, you are suppose to, but unless you are going to have someone search your hdd, the likely hood that you are going to get busted on it is reletivly slim, so most people are just going to keep them. It is one of those things, that if you do go a bit over 100px, it is all up to if someone turns you in or Gendou spots ya, otherwise I have seen some get pass with it. Did you know that out of all the acounts on Gendou.com, only ~8% are currently active at this moment? Banned acounts take only ~1.7% of the inactive accounts.

"does anyone have/do weird stuff".... hahaha I could answer that with an autobiography, I ride a custom bigwheel into class everyday, havent worn shoes.. in...a year i think. I have a mall kisok in my room that I stole when I left my old job.. and have parties based around NES track and field game with the powerpad... i could go on

4 alarm clocks at the same time? Lol like some kind of symphony.. maybe you should just program a bullhorn or something to go off, heh. That stuff is kinda wierd... but then again, eveyones weird. Only thing strange about me (other than my brain patterns) is the fact that there are holes in my walls.. all of em fist sized, too. And my bed is like sachiel's, only with a mat instead of a mattress. :$ |

I can sleep through hurricanes, earthquakes, close range sonic booms, sounds in excess of 125dB (Tested), and most anything. Heck, at one point I hooked up my 5.1 system to my computer and set it to wake me, shaking my room I did not phase. The only tried and true way to wake me is direct sunlight, but have to get up so early that it doesn't work out well, and for my fiancée to pound the crap out of me. XD I am an insomniac, yet once asleep, you can't wake me. O.o

I love weird stuff... It's so funny. I was laughing my head off reading this stuff. I guess weird people are everywhere, considering this post has been around (from my time) from 10:00 last night to 11:00 today, and it has 6 replies already, including this one. ^_^ Just a few notes, with WavePad you can change bitrates, jihi, but it doesn't load too many file types, including wma... Also, go to homestarrunner.com. It's the funniest website around ^_^ |

jihi, my brother was very similar to you, and my dad is near deaf, both of them wake up using a silent alarm that shakes the bed hardcore like on and off, you try that? me, I wake up if my computer makes the slightest noise different from its normal ilding.

this is a very fun thread, what interested me was the alarm to wake up, i put the alarm as far as possible so it is necesary to stand up and walk a few setss to go and stop it, but sometimes it is useles, because i sit in a chair and fall sleep again,
if 2=1 then 2+2=?

Does anybody have/do weird stuff?i like the alarm clock topic!^_^ I put two cellphones with alarm clock by my bed. I set the first one to alarm at the exact time that i should wake up and the other cel i set it up 2 min after the first one.but the bad thing about it when i wake up and hears the alarm clock i just shut the things off and go back to sleep...I even did that to the tv and radio once but i shut the buggers off!LOL^_^ so sometimes i set my alarm four times.ring after ring they set off! Oh yeah! and there was one time when my rubber shoes were nearly falling off, i put some tape on them so that i won't fall off...and i also tape the tv antenna so that it won't fall off too and get some good reception!and i like to stick a tape in my hands! I chew candle wax...the scented kind tastes better. My favourite flavour is black cherry. Some people like ice cream or coffee, i prefer wax. Ummm...Ummm goodness. I also put butter syrup on my cereal...probably sounds gross, but i assure you, tastes great. Last thing, i run like a girl even though im a boy....>_<` Oh yea, my ears turn red and give off a burning sensation from the slightest touch...but if its a hot girl doing it, they dont...only something else pops up instead...>_<` geez. |
