ok..i've been hearing this 'news' quite a lot lately from my anime frens..
just appreciate if someone could clarify for me?

Is there going to have fate stay night season 2 coming?i have searched through the net but mo result..thanks

I don't think it's Fate/Stay Night, but another TYPE-Moon series or something.
Tsukihime is having a remake or so next year. Not sure about Fate/Zero.

There is no news on any '2nd season' to F/SN. Typemoon is remaking Tsukihime for the PC cause Nasu-san was not satisfied with the first version. This new version will include updated artwork & a new scenario featuring Satsuki who was supposed to be in the original but left out.

As for F/SN, 4 drama CDs are planned for Fate/Zero which to me is an early sign that a possible anime version of this MAY (I emphasize!! MAY) be made in the near future. The first CD was released last month...this covered the first volume of the novel.

Other Typemoon creations set to release (other than the remake of Tsukihime) are:

1 - Mahoyoru (MahÅtsukai no Yoru) in 2009. An all-ages PC vn about Aoko Aozaki's early years.

2 - Girl's Works in 2009. The city of Shinjiku will be the setting but still early to know what it is about.

3 - Fate Unlimited Codes in late 2008. An arcade game which will be ported to PS2 featuring the characters from Fate.

4 - Melty Blood:Actress Again. An enhanced version of Melty Blood that is now in arcades around Japan. No news of any port as of yet. A PC version highly likely.

5 - Kara no Kyoukai. So far 3 of the 7 movies are released on DVD. The 5th movie now playing in theatres in Japan. No news on when the next DVDs will be available. I assume after the 5th or 6th movie has ended their theatre run.

6 - Fate Tiger Collisseum Upper. The sequel to Fate Tiger Collisseum for the PSP. Featuring new characters & modes. Playing it for my PSP, trippy as ever!!

7 - Fate/Zero. The 4 novels are available now, while the first drama CD is also out. An anime version of this is possible due to the fact drama Cds have been made. I'll keep you updated.

Possible for Fate/Zero if that exists someday, but not a F/SN: SS.

Nope. So far, I haven't heard of Fate/Stay Night having a new season.

But I hope it will have...:S

Fate/hollow ataraxia is the semi-sequel to F/SN visual novel. Unlike Fate it is only available in visual novel form for your PC (maybe PS2 i forget). Anyways it takes place about a year after the events of Fate.

The stuff you see on youtube are usually videos of the intro movie and/or fanmade AMVs. The stuff from MAD are pretty good.

If you want to know more about fate hollow read about it cause it'll take me too long to explain what happens in it & it can get complicated. As for thoughts about an anime adaptation...possible but very unlikely cause of the plot twists & non-linear elements to it. Also it can get pretty violent at times. Also knowledge of all 3 scenarios of the original game is a plus.

pretty violent eh ? thats my cup of tea XD , u mean that fate/hollow ataraxia only available at psp/ps2/pc only ? ?
