Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li

US made a movie about DoA. Now they will make another film from Street Fighter.

This is a American Film that will be released in year 2009.
This is their second Street Fighter movie. The First one was from 1994 starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile.
Story of this movie was all about Chun-li.

Cast:
Kristin KreukChun-li
Neal McDonoughM.Bison
Chris KleinCharlie Nash
Michael Clarke DuncanBarlog
Taboo from Black Eyed PeasVega
Robin ShouGen

*Jean-Claude Van Damme was offered a role to be in this film but he rejected the offer for he was now careful of choosing his roles.

*Gen will become young in the film.

My thoughts about this film:
-its been a while since the first street fighter film was created (1994).
-too bad there are few characters in the game.
-why is Gen young in the film? He is originally old before his debut.

Follow the road you believe in -->

lol, jesus not again...
Isn't Kristin Kreuk the girl from Smallville?
How can she play Chun-Li!? She's not... "fit" for this role...
No offense to her, she's a gorgeous girl,
but she's not busty enough for Chun-Li, she's not Chinese for one...

This might not work out for me, though I doubt I'll watch it anyways.
I'm starting to get kinda offended with US making all these movies from Japanese media.
I just hope they have their consent on this kind of stuff...

What's next? Metal Gear Solid Movie (which could work), Naruto even?
lol, please America, just stop now before things get out of control.

Ms. Kreuk is actually half Chinese half Dutch by birth.

haven't they butchered enough games by making movies out of them already... or are thouse greedy pigs wanna milk all the money they can get from the game...

can't they just leave the gmae to movie thing to the japanese... they are way better at doing those stuff...

lets just thank god that Uwe Boll wont be directing it...(or is he?) and this wont be a honk kong movie production ( the thought of dragon ball still lingers in my mind *shivers*)

and a METAL GEAR Movie could work...given to the right people...

the thing is...some of these video game movies could really work if given the proper adaptation..
they should stop changing the story/events/characters and stay true to the franchise...

I think they should just make and use their own ideas.

I agree with Xero, just leave the Japanese creations to the Japanese!
