Goku wins by an instant. He dosen't even need to become a super saiyan to beat super sonic. Super Sonic on the other hand is just faster than normal and he is only in that state for just a little time.   Follow the road you believe in --> |

Super Sonic Runs off of rings. Goku runs off of Ki. I'd say Goku. Ki>Rings, except for immortality. It's nice to have only ONE ring and survive a giant laser beaming in your face. |
