Story: Dracena, also know as the center of the universe, is located in another dimension above the world of Vateria where many different species of creatures, and humans, reside. Compared to Earth, it lacks in technology but contains many of it’s own special and very unique items. The ruling family of this place are users of magic- sorcerers and sorceress. The King recently past away and now his (only) oldest son, has taken the throne. To become the new King, the Prince must first complete his knowledge of magic after coming of age (25) or marry. He is currently only 20, looking for someone to marry and at the same time, searching for a way for his powers to become complete without waiting five more years. For reasons unknown, the Prince has become corrupted. The Vaterians say that he has turned evil, and have no way of stopping him. The LEader of the rebellion has gone deep underground to find a woman by the name of Oracle to help them fight the now evil Prince and his army. Oracle must now travel to Earth, the only other dimension that isn’t blocked by the barrier surrounding Vateria. She hopes to seek the help of five Earthlings who possess the powers needed to defeat the Prince and save their world. Rules: ~ No godmoding, flaming, etc. ~ There will only be 5 Guardians. ~ The Guardian have up to 3 powers. ~ Vaterians can only have 1 power and up to 3 weapons. ~ Vaterians can be all creature, all human, or half of both. ~ No killing off characters without the other person’s and my permission. ~ Allowing Romance: PG 14. ~ Profiles must be Messaged to me. ~ Enjoy yourself. Only 4 of the girls will have control over the elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Air), the other (the leader) will have the power of the fifth element (Quintessence) and be able to transform the others and herself into their Guardian forms. Since the Guardians will have three powers each, the first two will already be predetermined. Meaning, they'll be able to use them right away. Remember, all Guardians have the power of flight so it won't need to be listed. And their third power can't be used until... a certain time. It is one that they will gain from experience and exposure of Vateria. Leader~ Possesses superhuman strength and a sixth sense regarding magical phenomena. Quintessence: Manifests itself as whitish blue lightning that can be used to fire offensive blasts and project defensive shields out of the quintessential energy. Electrokinesis: Able to make inanimate objects come alive be controlled and allow to generate, control, and manipulate electricity. Absolute Energy: The ability to bring technology to life, allowing them to talk back with distinct personalities. Fire~ Can sense nearby sources of heat and release heat waves. Pyrokinesis: Spontaneously generate and manipulate flame and heat. Can also manipulate the temperature of an object by thought, melting it by adding it to its heat. Telepathy: Able to read, project, and perceive thoughts. Also gives psychically-based superhuman awareness and understanding - able to sense the presence of others by just being in the vicinity and understanding the concepts of dreams almost instantly. Shadow-walker: The ability to pass through shadows as a method of transportation. Water~ Has enhanced intuitive powers the power of scrying, the ability to foresee the present and future in various fluids and in lucid dreams. Hydrokinesis: Condensing the water vapor in the air into liquid water and then use. Can also freeze and evaporate it at will, dehydrating water out of other beings and things. Mild Mind Control: Able to influence and control people's actions. Gift of Light: The ability to heal others and bring a person back to life, but only if that person has been lifeless for under 6 hours. The power to give life is limited and can only be used once a month. Earth~ Possesses the power of space-time-manipulation. Chlorokinesis/Geokinesis: Control over plants, their growth, and structure. Can also communicate and sense the location of vegetation. / Manipulation of the earth and all related materials such as paper, wood, silt, minerals, crystal, gems, sand, mud, some foods like sugar and wheat, silicon, molten rock, etc. Can also create earthquakes, trenches, and cause avalanches and mudslides. Telekinesis: Able to levitate and manipulate objects, create barriers, and fire pulses of sheer telekinetic power. Shapeshifter: The ability to change into the form of another creature, person, or thing based on the knowledge of memory. Air~ Can hear things on the wind because of the sound waves that travel through the air and has the power of Empathic Precognition, the ability to have a vision about someone in the near future. Aerokinesis: Manipulation of air, wind, and clouds. Can also create windstorms and tornadoes and exhale with the force of a large fan. Invisibility: Able to become invisible and make other things invisible. Astroprojection: The ability to separate spirit form body, similar to becoming that of a ghost. She and her mother moved here to Wickerfield just about a week ago. Being the new girl, she wants to get to know her surroundings before doing much of anything. Her parents are curently divored and having finally moved, her mother hass considered marrying afriendshe recenlty caught up with in town. Alexandra however, isn't too found of the idea. She is into writing, reading, drawing, and tennis. She also has three pets- a German Sheppard, a Dalmatian, and a short-tailed Parakeet. Appearance: Human form | Guardian form Username: Yamiakumu Name: Mio Akane Age: 16 Gender: Female Birthplace: Earth Race: Human Powers: Pyrokinesis and Telepathy Bio: She loves sweet things and having fun, and her favorite scent and flavor is strawberry. She's really a bit afraid of fire. She loves meeting people and making friends, and is always trying to get Zeke to talk to her (really talk to her). She loves anime and manga, but reads a lot of “real†books, too. She knows just about everyone around her because she can't help saying hi and introducing herself to anyone she doesn't know. Usually the first impression people get is that she's annoying and too talkative, but then she gets them to talk about themselves, too, and people usually end up just thinking she's a really cute and sweet girl. He was passed around from family member to family member for about half a year until he ended up with his aunt Josaphine She's tried her best to take care of him and make him happy, but he just doesn't talk to her, or anyone, enough to let them know what he does want. He goes to school, does his work, comes home, cleans his room, does his homework, and just to have something to do, he got a job a few months or so ago at the local Walmart. He does what he's told to there and hardly ever even uses the money he makes, just putting it away in his room (his aunt's thinking about getting him a bank account if that keeps up long enough). He tries not to think about anything. He lives, but it's like he's no longer alive. He doesn't really have any friends. People try to talk to him, and while he isn't mean or offensive to any one, he doesn't make any effort at all to be friends, and people soon give up. Soon, though, he became restless and slipped the man’s gaze, blowing away like a leaf. The man is searching for him, so he’s constantly on the run, thrilled with this new game of cat-and-mouse. He’s recently chosen Wickerfield as his new safe haven. He plans to enroll in the school under an assumed name soon. On the surface, he’s happy and remarkably informed on many subjects due to his days in the orphanage with nothing to do but read textbooks. Underneath, he’s extremely calculating and attempts to anticipate every plausible outcome to any situation, often going as far as to map out the logical responses and continuations to any conversation-starter he encounters. After getting everything that she needed she closed the door and continued walking towards the school's entrance. She came to a stop after turning a corner, which was actually a dead end. She looked around, now having no idea which way to go. "Great...." Alex sighed, "It's only been 3 days and I've gotten myself lost for the second time already." After about another 5 minutes of walking, she managed to get outside after asking a teacher who happened to walk past her. Alex sighed, standing up from the stairs as she looked around one last time before returning inside of the school building. She entered the Principal's office and asked to use the phone to call her mother. Unfortunately, their was no answer. 'If she's not at home, then where is she?' she thought as she walked out of the office and down the hallway. She stopped at a window when she saw a bird fly inside. "What in the world... What are you doing here T.J.?" She looked down and saw something attached to his talon. 'A note..?' she thought as she opened it and began reading it. I'm so sorry Alexandra, I can't pick up up because I'm working late tonight. Ask one of your friends if you can ride with them so you don't have to walk all the way home. ~Love Mom "Great, she's turned him into a messenger pigeon and now I have to walk the whole 4 and a half blocks to get back home." Alex groaned, throwing the note away and returned to the window, looking down at the little bird. "C'mon, let's go home." The Parakeet flew onto her shoulder as she climbed out the window. She decided to use the window rather than a door because she couldn't remember which way the exit was. Elsewhere, in another deminsion, Oracle, who was now preparing to leave for Earth, decided to share her recently discovered news with the Rebellion Leader before doing so, but she hadn't heard anything from him in a while, knowing that he and his followers were in hiding from the Prince's guards because of their latest raid. She opened a portal with her staff, walking through the purple swirling rip as she left the floating isle of Dracena, closing behind her as fast as it had appeared. The very same portal appeared in one of the many forests of Vateria. It closed behind her as she stood in the tall grass, looking about for any changes. She was in the Siver Moon Forest, a place containing both wolves and werewolves which was east of the town. Oracle hoped to find Korich, wanting to at least send a message to the Rebellion leader if she couldn't talk to him face to face. He was the only person she trusted on Vateria.  |

Intro Post. Read at your own risk. Books in hand, Miles stepped into the courtyard of the campus, a rather expansive square center garden closed in on all sides by the school. Called the "quad" by most Wickerfield High students, this garden is where students come to relax and socialize during their breaks, and where clubs come after school to get ready for events later in the year. However, at this quiet beginning of the semester, the quad was eerily quiet save for a couple of freshmen and sophomores whose parents or carpools were late in coming to pick them up. As Miles walked across the courtyard, his mind was on anything but the night full of homework ahead of him. Miles started dreaming of what awesome adventures awaited him in the Navy as a pilot candidate, flying an F-35 at Mach 2 over hostile airspace, dodging a missile, turning and experiencing forces of up to 7 Gs, shooting down that parakeet before it flies into the window... The parakeet was what brought him out of the daydream. After all, parakeets aren't exactly native to Wickerfield, and birds don't fly into buildings all the time. After some time, however, the parakeet flew out, and following it was a pale little girl with long, braided white hair and absent eyes. She was clearly a freshman, and by the look on her face, clearly lost. Miles decided to take a seat at the park bench closest to the window as she climbed out; it was common custom for freshmen to climb out of windows when they were lost anyway. When she got down to the ground, Miles, with a chuckle, said to the girl, "For future reference, this is the courtyard. You're still in the school. You want me to show you the way out?" |

(Wow, he was really hard on that platoon. I'm a dress code freak, so I'm sure that never would have happened to me.^^) Mio had been sitting under a tree reading a manga when she heard Miles' voice. She didn't have to get home any time soon, so she decided to just hang around for a while. She looked up and saw him talking to a girl that had just climbed out ofthe window and smiled a very tricky smile. She got up and snuck around, being really quiet, then came up behind him and tackle hugged him. "Hi, Miles! Did you have fun torturing people and being super serious today?" Then she looked up and waved at the girl. "Hi! I'm Mio!"

Alex was caught off guard by the male's voice, expecting this area of the school to be empty by this time. Although it had only been more than half an hour by now, there were still a few student walking about the school grounds from after-school actives such as sports, clubs, etc. Turning to face him, a nervous smile could be seen slowly appearing over her somewhat pale face. "Still... in the school? What do you mean?" Alex hadn't explored the school very much since she arrived to Wickerfield over a week ago. When the young male was thrust onto the ground after being tackle by a girl. This didn't shock her very much, most of the female students at Casper Hills High School would act a similar way, more or less. However, she grew very curious about this new situation. One of her questions were answered as the female introduced herself and spoke out the male's name as well. "Hello. My name's Alexandra Jones.... but I prefer Alex..." |

~~ Town of Findax. Vateria, near Siver Moon Forest ~~ It was a quite mornig in some time. People in town were getting ready to do their daily activities. This was a small and nice town, about no more than 30 houses, it was located in the way of a very important comercial route. So the trading was very important in here. However, Since the Prince went like crazy, the town had been having troubles. But the people around here are strong. They think the best way of figthing back tha crazy prince is to live their lives ion the best way they can and don't let anger and desesperartion to take control of their lives. In this town live a a very peculiar person. Kuro Ryu. Girl: Ryu!! can you go and get some fruits?? From one of the houses around, a girl of about 14 years shouted to Ryu. He was cutting some firewood at the moment This girl his "Sister". They have been together long ago. and is the main reason why Ryu haven't left the town and Join the rebelion. Ryu: ok Diana, I'll gop right away!! Diana was his sister name. She was a strong girl, but Ryu was unable to leave har alone... He was always afraid of something bad could happen to her. Anyway. Ryu went to the Silver Moon Forest. West to the town and ver close. It was a good place to hunt small animals and to get som fruits to eat, so it was very common for Ryu to come here often... But today something happened, while he was walking around he saw a girl. She was very beautiful. Eyes of same color as her hair. She was wearing a beautiful an unusaul purple deress with a green hood, wearing earrings with red stones like rubys. Ryu was staring at her when she turned her serius face to him... Ryu: amm.. err... umm.. ... .. hi.   |

Oracle continued to walk through the forest, however, having no luck in finding her ally. Knowing him, he was doing his duties as usual. Korich isn't the type to leave others in need, wanting more than anything to stop the Prince's corrupted actions. She soon began to wonder if he and his followers had went on another mission or something of the sort. When she turned, preparing to leave and search elsewhere, she was surprised to come face to face with another being, and a human no less. It took a while, but the human finally spoke to her. By his actions, and reactions to her presence here, it was safe to say that he wasn't in leauge with Prince Treez. Knowing that she would plot against him for joining the side of the rebelion, the Prince was determinded to find and imprision her if she wouldn't join him. Since no one other than Korich has seen her true form, everyone else has thought of her to be a great mythical creature and nothing more. "Hello..... what brings you here?" she asked. For now, Korich would have to wait. Now that she had been seen by a human, she'd either have to earse his memory or simply hide her true identity and give him a false one. Oracle only wished that she could have changed her clothes, since no one on Vateria dressed in such a way. |

"Hello..... what brings you here?" The Girl answer to Ryu's shy 'hi'... Ryu was confused because it sounded very natural.. even when he have been in this forest many times... he hardly see another person around... and this girl was a new face to him... He was quite for a while and then answered... Ryu: amm.. well... I... my sister... you see... I was just looking for some fruits ^^' and... why a girl like you is in a place like this?? and where you from?? I have never seen those clothes before.. |

You'd be surprised how stringent NJROTC is on uniform regulations. It's worse in the actual military, especially if you're a new recruit. NJROTC uniform regulations are here in case you're wondering what they're like. Before the girl from the window could answer, Mio, a really, really hyper girl in red clothes with a shojo manga in her hand pounced on Miles from out of nowhere, tackled him off the bench, and sent him facefirst into the grass, with Mio's knees and hands on Miles' back. He was wearing a white uniform today, and his pristinely cleaned, starched, and ironed uniform suddenly became streaked with lines of green. "Hi, Miles! Did you have fun torturing people and being super serious today?" Mio asked. She was a friend of his from before he accepted an officer position at JROTC; they had met during an anime club callout in freshman year. When Miles's junior year came around, he became the silent drill team platoon commander, and any time he spent in anime club took a backseat to his time on the silent drill platoon. They were still very good friends, though, and they often spent lunchtime together with other old anime club members. It also helped that Mio was one of a few girls at the school that did not see Miles as a romantic interest. "Mio, you know it's my job to make sure that cadets do their job right. You've seen the regulations, I have to make sure they follow them all. I don't like doing it, you know that. I'd much rather talk to them casually than have to yell at them and make them do pushups; it's less work for me. But if I don't make sure they do it right the first time, it'll be hard to keep them on track." With Mio on his back, Miles did a pushup, an easy pushup at that, and he stood back up on his feet, with Mio clinging to his neck as he got up. "Hi, I'm Mio!" she said to the white haired girl from over Miles's shoulder. "Hello. My name's Alexandra Jones... but I prefer Alex..." Miles now knew she was a freshman. Alex looked much the same way Miles did when he first came to Wiki High as a freshman; timid, shy, quiet, and he had been entirely lost during his first days at school, and he knew how hard it was to find a niche at the school. Miles smiled a welcoming smile as he introduced himself and explained. "Nice to meet you, Alex. My name's Miles. You'll hear some people, especially cadets, call me Thrace." Miles brushed off his uniform as best he could, although grass stains still streaked his shirt. "Yeah, Wiki High has a courtyard enclosed on all four sides, it's really weird how the school's set up. The only exits are on the north side and south side, you have to exit the courtyard on the east side to leave the school out of the north side. Likewise, you have to take the west side courtyard exit to leave out of the south side." Miles pointed to each of the directions in kind. "Kinda confusing at first, but it grows on you. Mio and I could show you the school. I've got some time, and seeing how Mio's reading Tsubasa Chronicle, I think she does too. Shall we?" He gestured to the east side exit. |

A slight giggle escaped from the young woman. Usually, when she came to Vateria under a false alias, she was normally greeted this way by Vaterian males. Oracle was use to it, but still found it to be rather funny as well. "I see... so, youre here gathering food." When he asked her what was she doing here and where was she from, she was able to answer rather quickly even though she hesitated a bit first. "I'm afraid I can't tell you where I'm from, but I can tell you what I'm doing here." Oracle could sense that he wasn't an ordinary human which made her wonder if he was a part of the rebellion or not. "I've come to Silver Moon Forest in hopes of finding Korich... do you know him?" "You too." Alex spoke as the male finally introduced himself, returning a friendly smile. She listened intently as he told her more about the school grounds. And he was right, the school's set up was quite weird indeed. But it wouldn't be long before she's able to become familair with the school. The only thing she probably wouldn't get use to is the size of the school. It almost looked like a college campas than a normal high school. Alexandra nodded, "Sure, that would be great." Glancing to her shoulder, she began to stroke her Parakeet's feather head, almost forgetting that he was there. "And this is T.J." |

~~ I'm gonna change my way of telling the story from third person to first person ^^' I just want to try =P~~ I was confused of what the girl in front of me just said... hhow come that she can't tell me where she is from??.. mmm... I found it very strange... However, when she mention the name of Korich it was ovious why she can't tell me... Of course I know him... Everybody knows that name... but not everubody knows where to find him.. mmm... it was very suspicious... what should I do now?? Ryu: maybe... who is asking for him?? I have to be careful... If she's an Spy of the Prince i should ast in the moment... even when I haven't seen Korich for some time... He was always asking me to join the rebelion... But i always say to him that i wouldn't leave my sister alone... He used to got o the town to pick up some food and stuff.. But is been some time since the ñast time he went.. I guess people started talking and he had to hide again. Ryu: why are you looking for him?? |

Mio wrapped her arms and legs around Miles as he stood up. He was strong, that was obvioous, but you really didn't have to be very strong to lift Mio. She kept her arms around his shoulders, still holding the manga and smiling at the girl. She wanted to see how long he'd let her stay there.

The campus, although very large indeed, would not be as large as Alex expected. Miles gestured for Alex to walk ahead of him as he gave the tour. "The main entrance has the administration office - you'll find the offices here, as well as the main exit. If you head around the corner and up the stairs," Miles said as he climbed the stairs, with Mio still on his back, "you'll find the English department. Your English classes should be here." As he continued, the layout of the campus became more clear. Each side of campus housed two departments: the east side housed the math and science departments, the north side held administration and the English departments, the west side held the History and Foreign Language departments, and the south side held the art and athletics departments. The computer lab was in the east side on the second floor, the library was in the northwestern corner, the gym (which doubled as an auditorium) took up nearly all of the first floor of the south side, and the infirmary was located right next door to the gym, and took up whatever space was left on that floor. "Oh, and this is the ROTC room on the second floor, southwest side." Miles stood in front of the door. "You can't come in because you're not a cadet, although if you're interested it won't take too long for you to catch up with the rest of the first years, okay? You probably won't be interested, though, not many people are." They soon found themselves at the north entrance again, a grassy knoll overlooking the famed Wickerfield lake. Miles grabbed Mio, threw him over his shoulder, and lowered her onto the grass, dropping her on her bottom from about two inches off the ground.. "I've gotta go, I have some homework to start on. Hey, I'll catch you later, okay? Find me on Facebook, under Miles Thrace. Cya tomorrow, okay?" Miles, with a wave of his hat, started to walk home along the shoreline, toward his home across the lake. So, when do the guardian chosen meet the Vaterian characters? |

(Lol, I actually tried looking for Mile Thrace on Facebook. I couldn't resist!^^) Mio had been commenting on everything he told Alex during the tour, like pointing out her classroom in the English Depeartment and saying it was her favorite subject, besides Gym. I'm not sure... hopefully, when the ones we had are gathered together for a longer peroid of time - maybe by the next day?)) As she listened to him talk and queston her, she was almost certain that he knew Korich but she still couldn't tell is he was a part of the rebellion or not. "I see, then I guess you can be trusted...." she said aloud, stepping a bit closer to the male, now standing directly besides him. "Korich is actually a very close friend of mine. I've been helping him in any way that could to stop the Prince, and hopefully, return him to normal. She quickly gazed around, unsure if it was safe to reveal her identity here in the open. "If we could ....maybe go somewhere a little more private and less spacious, I will tell you who I am.... I wouldn't want to indanger you for doing so here and now..." she whispered to his ear. As she had been given a tour of the campus, it really didn't seem as big as it appeared on the outside. Though, it surprised her that Miles let Mio cling to him like that the whole time. The two must have been very close friends. As he left, she nodded and waved back a bit as he walked off the school grounds. Now turning to Mio, she smiled, "I really like it a lot. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the year." |

I can be trusted??... she is the one who is suspicious... anyway... as she said this she get closer to me... I tried to step back.. but for some reason i couldn't... Maybe in a subconciuos way... I trusted her... ... She claims to be a Friend of Korich... I guess she won't have any proofs of this.. but I was curiuos abou her identity... so i started thinking of a place for us to talk... Ryu: well... I don't know what kind of place you have in mind.. But if you are agree we can go to my house... is in the town near here... Maybe my sister would be there... but i have my ways for making her go and leave us talk alone but every thing at it's own time... first i have to wait for this girl answer |

It would seem that he trusted her as well, as she had hoped that he would. She then nodded to the male, agreeing to accompany him back to his home back in town. She knew that she needed to leave and venture to Earth as soon as possible, but she at least wanted to get word to Korich before her departure. As long as this guy wouldn't react negatively to what she was going to say and show him, she planned to give him the information so that he could tell Korich the next time the two cross paths. "Actually, I wouldn't mind doing something with you, Mio. I don' have o get home right away." she answered, smiling. Both her parents were still at work, so, even if she were to go home now, she would be there with the animals for another 4-6 hours. |

The girl agreed to come with me to my home. Even when it was in the town it was a little away from other houses and it was not on the comercial way. So we were gonna be alone. We walk all the way in silence... Even when it was not much I have time to think in some things. But they weren't real important things so it really doesn't matter. After about 6 or 8 minutes of silent walking we arrived at my home, Diana was there doing some chores. Diana: Hi Ryu!! Back so soon?? oh.. who is your friend over there?? Welcome to our house, My name is Diana, how are you?? My sister as polite as ever. She was a really friendly girl. I think you is able to become friend of everybody who talks to her. But I think this is a delicate issue, so I have to tell her to leave us alone. Ryu: Diana. Can you go to the woods for the fruit? I have to talk to her some stuff. ne? Diana: aww... you are mean ruy. Ok then, I'll go for the fruit. Bye. And jsut like that she ran energetic to get the fruit. And with my hand I invited The girl to go inside my house. |
