Welcome to Gendou.com Cryptography Challenge #31! The goal of this game is to find the secret message encrypted in the below animated GIF. probably not without eye strain. upping the contrast helps a whole lot because some colors look very similar to other colors. also, obviously, you'll have to examine each frame for a good long while.

I spotted some blocks with no letter...and some with very dim one can't figure out the pattern though.. |
