yah, would someone tell me how to get this for all my downloaded videos?

MOV is a quicktime file format, you'll either need to download quicktime or get a codec called the "Quicktime Alternative" which is alot more PC friendly. As for WRC, I've never heard of that before, but according to filext.com and researching around, it's either a "website ripper copier" project file, or it's some sort of compiling type alogorithm code.....neither of which is what I think you're looking for.
