It's definitly Cowboy Bebop! The characters all have a real background with their pasts, and this anime is the best mix of humour & seriousness I have ever seen! But I haven't seen many anime, 'cause I don't watch them on streaming or by dowloading them. (well, I'm a lazy girl, and it's too log to download!) ^^

Serial Experiments Lain, Fullmetal Alchemist and She; The Ultimate Weapon. Lain for the way it dug deeper into the traumas of adolescents, Fullmetal Alchemist for its way of portraying alchemy, and She; The Ultimate Weapon for being an average love story with not so average and beautiful scenes that touch your heart... ><

I CANT DECIDE!!! so i'll just pick the current one... for this year, the best I've seen is TENGEN TOPPA GURREN LAGANN! EPIC Anime is EPIC! full of GAR,mecha,hotbabes and the most loyal pet who's so loyal that i even offered it's own butt just to help the heroes in a pinch!hahaha |

Oi A best of the best huh...? Well, under the categories of best art, best story-line, best acting...I'd have to put...I dunno. ^_^; Under best to watch over and over, I'd put either "Weiss Kreez" or "Fruits Basket". One's just fascinating beyond all belief and the second's hilarious! I think I dissected this way too much! Gomen!
