@ Saikyou Yeah I am. It's gonna be nothing like anyone's seen before like all the others before. China held a big event at Beijing last night to give invitations to countries participating and there was huge performances and dances. Yao Ming was even there and so was Lang Lang. |

yeah sure you can!... what is the Phillippines best at?... boxing?... go for it! only if speed skating were an olympic sport, Colombia would have more gold medals T__T... so far we will trust our Weightlifters and cyclists but we don't know... >__< btw, who do you think will get the gold from Basketball? the U.S.? Argentina again?, Italy? or maybe Brazil? XDD I'd like to believe USA will win this one, but Argentina as a great team too. we'll see, anyway there's still a looong time before that. |

Skating is an Olympic sport, but I think Korea or China will have your numbers there. As for Basketball, USA lost last year. I forget the exact details, but I think they started to get cocky and well... look what happened. USA is the only country in the world who plays the way they do. Not saying that as if it's bad, but you don't see other players from other countries dunking whenever they get the chance. USA has it's own style (NBA) as for the other countries who play more like the old school days in America, so it's tough to defeat them to begin with. With people like Yao Ming, Dirk Niwiski (I can care less about his last name), Steve Nash, etc. who'll play for their countries, it's exciting to see them play against their NBA allstars. :3 Also a last note, they're reaching out far by adding about two or three college players who haven't even played in the NBA yet! You have the head coach of Duke coaching the NBA team already. They need to scout Vince Carter again, and even add Houston Rocket SF, Tracy McGrady! Cousin and Cousin, dominating the world (really). That's a group of games to see! ^_~`

BTW, which skating are you talking about?, the ones Colombia is good at is not an Olympic sport yet, I'm sure of it. And yes! you just said it hahaha... T-Mac and Vince together would be a great partnership for the US team Btw I like Argentina's team... Go Manu! XDDD |

I'm partially a USA fan (born, raised in USA), just cause I like to see alley-oops and other stunts they do during games that aren't even thought of from other countries. Do you mean what type of skating? Er, it's when the skaters skate to music.

you're right about the alley-oops and dunks... only the USA team can do those properly XDDD and I was talking about Speedskating, inline skating, wheels not ice =P... sorry for not being explicit about that, it looks more like a cycling competition on a course.
