Just another of my RPs... From my many tries, i've made it an adventure type. Mostly that RP's based on Lyrical Nanoha, Slayers, DBZ and Tsubasa Chronicle. But it is about travelling between worlds, so it may be connected to any anime. Rules: The usual ones... no controlling other people's characters unless several cases. No godmode. No overpower. No mr perfect :) I mean it's dull if you always win... you must lose and retreat sometimes... As always i'm limiting it 3 posts per day, to avoid flood. Be serious, yet jokes are welcome. And try to organize your writing, so it would be easy to read... That's it i guess... World: It's about different worlds, but there is a main one. It's called "Vorpal Chivalry". It's in fact a world for just one Guild, Vorpal Knights. You play them. Vorpal Knights are people, who recieve special abilities. In exchange, they do quests for the Guild. But in order to use them, they have to materialize. Similar to magicians in Lyrical Nanoha... kinda like magical girls. The abilites vary from person to person, as well as materialization. It can be either instant or not - that depends on a situation. For example, first time materialization always takes some time, as well as new materializations, power ups, etc... YOu may have several materialization forms, like magician, swordsman, fist-fighter, etc... But you start with only one to be fair... I won't limit your growth any way, but try not to become an invulnerable godlike fighter after a few pages, okay? :) For every quest you take on - you get a reward... we'll, that's only natural :) It's optional not to take any quests from Guild, but that would mean no power ups either :) The game doesn't only consists of doing quests of course... that's only a world... As always, there's no plot... it's up to us to make it... Well... can't think of anything else to mention... yeah... By the way, Knight recieves powers not from the Guild... Guild just releases his power. When materialized, Vorpal Mail, the armor appears. Well, it can take a form of a cute dress of course... It can take a form of a weapon, armor or armor and weapon both. In other words - Vorpal Mail is what you materialize... Well... guess that's all... ask questions if you need... and yeah, as always i'll give awards for good RPers. Dunno what they'll be yet... probably some kinds of promotions or permissions :) Oh... and if you recieve some kind of new attack/spell - make it logical as always... don't just suddenly recieve an attack, capable of destroying the world :D Well... grow slowly, okay? :) Characters: Name: (Write either (W) or (E) after the name. It means Western or Eastern style. In Western, first name goes first... For example, if in the name A** B***, A** is a first name, then it's western style. If B*** is a first name, then it's eastern style) Race: (Just make it humanoid, okay :D) Age: Gender: (You MUST mention it. NO such things as "Unknown", "Can't tell because of the hood". I said that just in case Shinji plays this :D) Vorpal Mail Name: (Name of materializaton/vorpal mail) Vorpal Mail Name(N): (Write it like this, in case you have several of them. N is a number of materialization) Vorpal Mail Power: (Write what that materialization gives) Vorpal Mail Power(N): (Obvious) Vorpal Mail Appearance: (Appearance you have after materialization) Vorpal Mail Appearance(N): (Obvious) Appearance: (How do you look without materialization) Bio: (Make it interesting to read... don't forget to write how you became a Knight) Character Example: For example i want a character named Richard Jones, that has two materializations. Name: Jones Richard (E) Race: Elf Age: 34 Gender: Male Vorpal Mail Name(1): Golden Shell Vorpal Mail Name(2): Wizardria Vorpal Mail Power(1): Sword-fighting. Vorpal Mail Power(2): Offensive Magic. Vorpal Mail Appearance(1): Golden plate mail and a two-handed golden sword. Vorpal Mail Appearance(2): Long crimson robe and a cedar staff. Appearance: Grey long beard, grey long hair. Seems like your ordinar old man. Bio: (Well, that one i won't write in example) That's how you do it. There's no such character, it's just an example, okay :D And yeah, it's possible to have a Vorpal Mail (VM), that makes you capable of both using magic and rapier for example. But the more abilities it has, the less concentrated it is... it's best to have materializations that specializes in some specific type. |

Name: Sagara "Chaos" Kazuya (E) Race: Demon Age: 21 Gender: Male Vorpal Mail Name: Chaos Bringer Vorpal Mail Power: Increased capabilities which allow Enchanced Sword mastery, energy for offensive and defensive purposes, High Resistance to non-magic attacks. Vorpal Mail Appearance: Black plate armor with red outline and a black claymore with a blade covered in a intense red aura. Has black angel wings and eyes glow demonic red. Appearance: Looks human, dark brown hair which slightly obscures right eye, intense red eyes with scar-like mark over left eye, wears a black coat over silver light but extremely strong armor. Bio: Son of a legendary Vorpal Knight who died 13 year ago in a battle with a evil dragon by using a devastating suicidal attack. He dislikes being known only because of who his father was. Has a decent sense of honor and enjoys fighting worthy opponent. Trained intensely as a Vorpal Knight by a close friend of his father after his death and is one of the top swordsman they have.

Vorpal Mail Appearance: Set of Mithril Plate Mail with a ransuer for a weapon. Apprearance: 6'5", short brown hair, green eyes, muscular body. Bio: The son of a simple blacksmith, Morn was not satisified with a simple life. He applied to the Vorpal Knights where he was well served by the muscles he had built blacksmithing with his father. New to the Knights, and to a more violent world, Morn prefers to avoid killing if at all possible. As such, he specializes in disarming techniques and non-lethal force. He will kill if he must.  |

A couple of questions before I can post my profile(s). *Are we limited to a single character, or can we have more? *Will this be RPed in script style only, or is the option of novel style open as well? *How far is the technology level? That is, not really high tech, but can we have old weapons like arquebuses? *Can the VMs be evolutions, like the second VM is a stronger version of the first VM? |

Well... about limit... You may make as much as you want of main characters, as long as you use them all... and you can create as much side characters as you want :) I don't really know the difference between script style and novel style... as long as RPing's good - it doesn't matters... the best way's to RP like you're writing a book or something... that way it's easier to read... i dunno if it's any style :D Technology level in the Vorpal Chivalry is up to steam power and minor electricity (like lights for example). Yet, as i said it covers parallel worlds, so you may visit pre-historic, or a post-nuclear world if you wish :) Yes, VMs can be evolutions. Example, it has the same meaning, but it has more power, new attacks, etc... Well... that often appears in mahou shoujo :D |

Name(W): Yabverwok Samael Race: Humanoid with demon blood, though he appears to be a pure-blooded human Age: 23 Gender: Male Vorpal Mail Name(1): Schmutzritter Vorpal Mail Name(2): Volsung Vorpal Main Name(3): Ialdabaoth Vorpal Mail Power(1): High evasive capabilities and agility. It also provides a cloaking veil of sorts, created from dirt, dust, and other grime that surrounds him. Vorpal Mail Power(2): High offensive capabilities, moderate defense, and even higher agility. With a touch of demon-blood in his Vorpal Mail, Yabverwok unleashes a side of him that indulges in bloodlust, while providing a full suit of armor and stronger weapons for him. He also gains a control of the surrounding air. Vorpal Mail Power(3): Full emanation of demon-blood; makes Yabverwok berserk and increases his abilities to the limit of his body. He gains a masterful control of air, to the point where he can collect it into a solid form to create weapons, generate tornadoes or even fly. Vorpal Mail Appearance(1): A dirty and tattered cloak, with his regular pants, and large clawed gauntlets and oversized metal shoes. While it may not look like much, this VM emphasizes Yabverwok's agility, while providing a bit of light armor. The oversized shoes have special magic cast upon them that instead of slowing him down, offers much better mobility. He also wears a bowl as a hat for some reason. Vorpal Mail Appearance(2): Image. A full suit of armor with a tattered cape, enlarged claws, and a bastard sword with a sheath. Vorpal Mail Appearance(3): Image. A demon, basically. Under his tattered cloak are large serrated claws that are his standard weapon other than air magic. He can sometimes be seen using weapons formed from air. Appearance: Regular. Clean. Standing at a moderate height, with brown eyes and messy medium-length blue hair. Looking like a beggar, Yabverwok has a grimy body that is covered with scars, bandages and tattos. However, even if he doesn't keep hygiene in mind, he keeps himself fit with daily exercise. The tattoos on his body are actually from his past, one that he wished never to remember. Although he may not always wear a shirt, he will wear a tattered cloak that was given to him long ago. Bio: When Yabverwok was a teenager going into adulthood (18) five years ago, he first came to the Vorpal Knights as a filthy beggar, near dead, knocking on their doorstep. Most of the Knights either ignored him, or rejected him. However, there was one girl who helped him and nursed him back to health. Because of her kindness, and the kindness of another knight from his past, he decided to train harder than anyone to become a Knight. His fighting style is very savage to say the least, trusting his instinct and lightning quick attacks. Many of the other knights looked down upon him for this, and his lowly origins. His starting Vorpal Mail is an evolution of his beggar nature, while his demon nature shows a bit of itself in his fighting style. The following VMs are an evolution of his demon nature, and as more of his demon-blood unveils itself, he becomes more savage, unpredictable, and uncontrollable. Even though it is powerful, the Guild is very strict about his materialization and would almost never allow him to access his latent abilities, unless he has proved himself to be above the influence of his blood, meaning he is limited to his first VM for a while. ---- Name(W): Melody Gestalt Race: Human Age: 18 Gender: Female Vorpal Mail Name(1): Serenity Seal Vorpal Mail Name(2): Passion Crest Vorpal Mail Power(1): Control of the elements using music, especially water. Melody usually uses this magic defensively or for healing purposes. Vorpal Mail Power(2): High offensive capabilities with magic, and increased agility. Melody goes hyperactive, and occasionally violent with this VM, contrasting greatly with her first VM. Vorpal Mail Appearance(1): Image. A modest robe and a small harp, with a crown that allows better manipulation of elements. Vorpal Mail Appearance(2): Image. Very flashy outfit with two fans that can be connected when folded to form a flute. Appearance: Image. Melody is tall for her age, and has long hair that is tied in two long braids. She has bright blue eyes that both show and hide her many personalities at the same time. Bio: A Knight-in-training, Melody is the daughter of a late Knight. She is caring and gentle, but clumsy, so her rising through the Vorpal Knights has been very gradual. She felt a connection to Yabverwok when she found him at the doorstep of the Guild. That was the main reason why she nursed him back to health. Ever since then, they have risen together, fighting side-by-side to overcome their obstacles and quests together. |

RP master, anything you not satisfied, i'm open to it.. ___________________________________________________________________________ Name: Angel (E) Side-Personalities Name: Angelus Race: Vampire Gender: Male Vorpal Mail Name: Vampire's Roar Vorpal Mail Power: Give an elemental of darkness to him, up to now his deadliest attack was a light speed slash attack(shadow force slash), and his almost ultimate defense was a shadow force that tangle around him(shadow black force). Vorpal Mail Appearance: Full-metal armor that cover almost all of his body, just like alphonso elric in fullmetal alchemist. In his belt, entangled along a black blade that is harder than titanium and tungsten. Appearance: 8'2 inch guy with a 30 years old face-look. Wear a long black coat just like Mr. Vampire in any stories, but without a high collar. Seems like a nice and friendly guy. Bio: He was a young guy with ambitious dream. However, when his girlfriend was kill by the villagers, he swore to take revenge. Seeking vampire to be one of them, and when he was bite, he's back to his village to take revenge. Half way doing that, he realize that he's girlfriend, Lucia, was actually a vampire who is trying to suck all the villagers blood. Became mentally unstable and punished himself to not have a bite on human's blood. However, he's survives just by sucking animal blood. Somehow, he was blessed to have human heart, and therefore was given a second chance to live like a human. Start to have ability to walk on daytime, and to not have the desire to drink on human's blood, he became the only ultimate vampire that has no weakness on sun, and his Vampire soul was locked far away in his heart. From that, he hunt down all vampires to help humans, Soul society found about him after 10k years later and give him a chance to live in soul society as a protector for his good deeds. His main job is to complete the quest give by the Vorpal Chivary Guild which has a relationship with Soul society. If he was to pull into his limits, he reveals his true form, the Vampire form, which is sometimes up to 10 times stronger than kuchiki byakugan. However, his vampire side, Angelus are drawing to take over his body on each revelations. Due to this, he was given the vorpal's mail Vampire Roar to protect him from revealing his vampire form. His best friends is Luka. __________________________________________________________________ Name: Luka (E) Race: Human Gender: Female Vorpal Mail Name: Makai no Tsurugi Vorpal Mail Power: Fierce style fast swords art, everytime she materialize, her sword give her enormous amount of intense power which allow her to run at light speed. Her attack is medium but is so fast until recently only one defense power can stop it, Angel's shadow black force. Vorpal Mail Appearance: Blue-color plate armor, and a light-weight swords. Bio: Female fighter betrayed by her lover. Was killed and somehow ended up in Soul Society. Vow to take revenge on her lover and was accepted only as DeathGod representative because of her fierce fighting style. Was then request to serve Vorpal Chivalry and was accepted as a swordswomen. Her name keep on heard everywhere in the guild. She is almost as deadly as Angel. His personalities is differ from Angel, thus make her somehow so close with Angel. |

Everyday he is whipped into training and force to learn about military's equipment. After his father die, he continue to live in that kind of lifestyle. @Koug: Well... actually no complains... only that you make a lot of mistakes and's hard to read :) @Everyone: I hope you all remember that i asked to avoid overpowering :) As for me - i'm going to start as a half-novice :) Anyway, i'll start this RP soon :) Name: Megumi Senio (E) Race: Human Age: 15 Gender: Female Vorpal Mail Name: Valkyrie Vorpal Mail Power: Spear-mastery, armor, battle-supportive holy magic. Vorpal Mail Appearance: Long spear and golden plate armor. Appearance: Senio is kinda short, that's natural for her age. Her face looks kinda naive and easygoing, yet she tends to be serious when it's needed. She has a long light-red twintails. She's wearing blue valkyrie dress, somewhat similar to maid outfit. Bio: Being an orphan, Senio grew up all alone on the streets of a small town. The only person she knew, was an old man, who was usually sitting on a bench near the park, that Senio often visited. She never asked his name. That old man was the one who somehow raised her. He used to read her books, that were knight's tales, or other books about heroes and stuff. When Senio was 13 years old, he died... or maybe not, he just suddenly disappeared... It's not like Senio was someone, who would know if he'd die or not... that was what she assumed... just one day, he wasn't there... and he never appeared later. It was a year later, that she knew he was some kind of hero, that once saved all the world... but noone knew his name, or anything about him... and noone knew where did he go... Dedicated to follow her mentor's steps, she joined VK. A year has passed. During that year, that was a year of her apprenticeship, several people tried to show her a reality of world, that it has no such thing as valor... but they failed... Senio already learned all of that, growing up on the streets. Soon, those people realized, that she already knew about the cruelity of the world... yet, somehow, she remained faithful to her valor, always following her own code of honor. That was a reason for bullying her... yet she always stood up to her opponents an never cried. If someone attacked her, she fought back. If someone taunted her, she fought back. Maybe all this fighting made her really strong, so soon, noone dared to bully her... In fact, she showed that she can stand up for her words. Her strength allowed her to pass a Vorpal Test, a trial, that's required to become a Vorpal Knight. Although she scored poorly, due to her valor, that often made her take not the wisest decision, she was praised by the Judge himself, who's known for being absolutely neutral. That praise made others overlook her bad score, and she was allowed to pass. When someone asked Judge about why he did this, he said: "Yes, her valor makes her vulnerable to traps... but the same valor is her strength, that allows her to overcome those traps.". And so she passed... Her power was revealed and she made a Vorpal Oath with her first VM. Somehow, noone was surprised by VM she summoned. She named it after a female warrior, that her mentor once read her about... Valkyrie... And so she became a full-fledged Vorpal Knight... Living alone, she learned how to cook, knit and many other similar skills. For the year of her apprenticeship, she really improved those skills. That was when she decided a clothing, that would really suit her. Near the end of the year, she finally finished making it. As she became a Vorpal Knight, she changed her old street dress to this new one. Many people said how it suited her and how well was it made... But noone ever figured out, that she made it herself... |

YAY!! She started another RP. SUKI DIEO MOGGLE-CAHN!!! I'm so joining, but since I'm sure I'm gonna majorly confuse myself, tell if something is like off, or just plain stupid.^^ First though, a few questions. Can we do muts, or half and half? (Dumb question that i feel inclined to ask^^) Do bios have to be....extensive? And Can...you...explain this to me in lamence terms? I really wanna play, but have no clue what you said. ^^ Gomenasai, but I've never read/seen any of the tings you mentioned in the original post.   |

Umm... She? I'm a guy actually... Yeah, i'll tell :) Half and half... you mean race? Yeah, you can... Bios... nope... they doesn't... And in short... you're playing Vorpal Knight (or a few of them). Each of them has materializations, that give certain power :) Vorpal Knight's job is to do quests, offered by a Guild(Vorpal Chivalry). Most of those quests are in outer worlds. They can vary - they can be easy, or really hard... Extremely long and difficult quests are called missions :) |

| @Master: Got it boss, i'll starts with weak stats, well, the bio was just for a general measurement.. not exactly current stats.. haha.. anyway, tell me when you're starting.. Well, can we or cant we, do the quest with our own selves? i mean, i may just gathering with some exsclusive quest with other rp, while some may do it on my own, so that my char can developed a lil bit faster.. |

@Koug: I don't quite understand what you're talking about... if you ask can we interact with characters from other RPs - why not? Although you should write it the way, so everyone who don't know ANYTHING about that other rp would understand... If you're asking - can we just let characters themself do the quests, without our guidance... well, that's the difficult question... I think yes, but only minor quests and only if you have other characters to play during it... Well... i think we may just skip minor quests... during them - do flashback or something :D And if you're asking about teaming up with other characters (including your own) - yeah, that's avaliable... in fact, it's better if you team up with other players (of course not all of them :D) to do quests :) If neither - explain... since i don't understand you :) @Everyone: I'll be gone from town for weekend... When i'll get back - i'll start this RP. That would be the time for you to read first post if you still hadn't, join, correct your characters (like write bios for them... Until the bio is done, you can't play... since there'd be almost no information on your character... and many people leave those "I'll write later" messages in their bio for all the game) or ask questions... When i'll get back - i'll start the RP... But you're still free to join it, even when it's started... :) |

| @Master: Gotcha, you go to the point strike.. I just wondering if i can connect this rp to other. example is the 'shinigami...to human' rp. well, basically that rp was more like bleach rp. And my characters here same with my characters there, so maybee i can develop mine while killing the hollow in that other rp, but still gain the exp here, with the mean of leveling my character stats.. haha.. silly eh? |

Well... i guess it's possible... as i said - as long as that won't force us to read that other rp to understand it's plot...
