9thNight is a new game coming out and you can see the trailer at youtube. But after seeing the gameplay, it made me remember when ZOE: 2nd Runner came out. Boy I loved that game. Come to think of it, were there a lotta games in that genre? I love the fast paced hack-n-slash and the combos you can do. Hope there are more of the same genre. Any titles come to mind if anyone knows? |

Not really. Zone of Enders was one of a kind in my books. I wish I could find a copy of ZOE2 though, I've played both but I only have the first one. I'll check out 9th Night though, sounds good if it's like ZOE. Armored Core was kind of like ZOE, but it was more simulation than arcade and that's why I didn't really enjoy it.    |

I foud 9thNight at gametrailers.com by chance and it's without the space in the title otherwise you can't find it on youtube. In my opinion, it's very much like ZOE and in short: freakin' awesome. So far, not even gamefaqs has info on it. And you tube only has the 59 sec. gameplay vid. |

Thought I would post it. It does look like a really good game from what I'm seeing there. I like fast paced arcade style games and this one really does remind me of ZOE, only thing is it seems a little quicker which isn't a bad thing. The one thing that may be a concern (Even though this is early gameplay footage) is that it could have a repetitive fighting system. From the looks of the footage there it looks to be the same attacks over and over. I know it's only like a teaser but still, it's something to look out for when the game is ready to come out. |

seems cool. i found that zoe and zoe2 were more like gundam than gundams games were. at least imo

Lost Planet the only part that looks like ZOE2 is the last boss fight mission 11 because the robot can fly after it transforms. |

Well a game that's similar is: Another Century's Episode 3: The Final. The game is made by Banpresto and the game has similar game play except all of the units are from different Mech Animes. Here's a vid of the game.
